Herschel Walker was the problem

Original Article

Posted By: Dreadnought, 12/7/2022 11:05:13 AM

Just how historically anomalous was Herschel Walker's 2-point loss to incumbent Sen. Raphael Warnock (D-GA) in the runoff on Tuesday? Consider these facts in light of the reality that President Joe Biden expanded Democratic control of the upper congressional chamber to a 51-49 majority. Since World War II, the president's party has gained Senate seats in only four of those 19 midterm elections. For the first time since the 17th Amendment, which transferred the voting power of senators directly to the people, all incumbent senators in the president's party running for reelection won.

Thle Republican National Senate Committee only acknowledges the existence of globalist, wall street establishment types willing to eat out of the trough, So the vet and present hideous people of the hedge fund class unwilling and disinterested in the intentions and concerns of populist conservatives. So we are at a loggerhead and the one guy who seems able to straighten this out is under attack. Did DeSantis lend any of his new found popularity to help Walker, by the way>

If we accept the premise that Walker was the problem, how does the author explain the “election” of John Fetterman?

Senator-elect Fetterman won in Pennsylvania. Compared to Fetterman, Walker is a genius. Walker's grammar is not excellent, but unlike Fetterman, Walker speaks in complete sentences.

Re#3 Different state. Pennsylvania is by default a blue state, heavily unionized and has been all of my life. Georgia has been a red state for maybe 20 years. I live in one and grew up in the other. And yes, vote fraud has been going on in Pennsylvania since voting machines were invented.

Cheating is *a* problem, but since many other Republicans did win in November at the same time and on the same ballots, it clearly was not *the* problem.

Walker was the only statewide election in Georgia the Republicans lost. Why is that? Did Republicans vote in any other black person statewide? Please tell me this wasn't about race. If so, Abrams is going to have a field day with this. Can Republicans be just as suicidal as Democrats in their voting choices?

7, it was -the- problem. Dirty elections are -the- problem. With such corruption how do you know who actually won what and by how much? Maybe he would've won by 10 points and the others by 15 in a clean election. How can you know? You can't. Summary: dirty elections are -always- -the- problem. Everything else is secondary.

Bull. The GOP was the problem and has been since the theft of the 2020 election. The democrats have run many unqualified deadheads beginning with Joe Biden and they win with no logical explanation. I could type the list at risk of cramping my fingers. Fix the voting process and you will see a new country.

No, he wasn't the problem. The problem is that the Democrats have mastered the formula for taking over the government. They didn't care who won the statewide elections--what mattered was the Senate. The formula is smear-tactics, early voting, getting people to the polls, harvesting absentee ballots in nursing homes, directing millions to the incumbent Democrat. Warnock beat the white candidates in 2020, too. I don't think a Republican can win a contested national election anymore. And that includes the Presidency, no matter who the candidate is.

The Republican turnout was apparently a 100K less than the general election turnout. Combined with the gimme and welfare crowd that inhabit the big cities and rely on the handouts from their Democrat masters AND early voting ( they must adopt it use it like the Dems ) plus harvesting it is a done deal. Oh yes, the RINOS assisted mightily in this defeat also IMHO.

While it is true that Walker was lackluster, inarticulate, and sounding too much like a football player than a statesman, the election was rigged from the beginning. That said, other politicians who did win with almost zero political experience behind them, were far more articulate. Sometimes, much as I like Mr. Everyday Guys and Gals, some pols are dumb as rocks. To wit, Eric Swalwell, Maxine, Sheila Jackson Lee, AOC, Kamala, and Joe Biden.

Besides cheating being the problem in Georgia (like the demonrat counties calling in their votes LAST to see how many votes were needed), Charlie Kirk yesterday gave another reason. Charlie said 500,000 voters said they would not vote. Don't know where he received this info, but it's out there. Why wouldn't the Georgia voters want to vote? Didn't they trust the voting machines or did what happened in Arizona make them reluctant to go and vote? Something has to be done to bring back trust in our elections, or elections will be just sham elections.

The one thing becoming more and more prevalent with the Right wing media is the narratives that in one form or another its always the Rights fault for losing. It is the Right does not canvas, the Right does not vote harvest where its legal, the Right keeps selecting weak candidates etc... and go as far out of the way as possible to avoid even hinting at possible democrat cheating. So much so it is becoming quite clear they are as controlled as the Left media and likely by the very same people.

Let's not kid ourselves. A filibuster proof (60 votes) GOP majority is not the same as a 60 vote Dem lock-step majority. We always get the squishes. That's part of the reason we have $30 trillion in debt. A 51-49 Dem majority is basically equivalent to a GOP 70-30 Senate majority. They get stuff done by hook or by crook. We win the House and then immediately give them a big spending bill and vote for a showboat easily overturned Gay Marriage Act.

“This is a huge victory for Moscow over Washington,” former national security director John Bolton declared this morning on CBS. “It endangers other Americans in the future, who can be grabbed and used by bargaining chips,” he said of the swap of Brittney Griner for Viktor Bout, one of the world’s most dangerous men before his arrest and conviction. Bolton also revealed in this clip that the Trump administration had an offer to trade Paul Whelan for Bout two years ago. They passed, and as Bolton says, “for very good reasons” (via Caleb Howe at Mediaite):

We just reported about the release of the Twitter Files Part II. This release pertains to blacklisting, or what we’ve come to know as “shadowbanning.” As journalist Bari Weiss detailed, conservative personalities like Charlie Kirk and Dan Bongino were “blacklisted,” with the visibility of what they were saying suppressed. Other people who said things against the narrative, such as for COVID, were also blacklisted, even if they were prominent scientists, such as Dr. Jay Bhattacharya. All this was going on, even as Twitter denied it was happening. They claimed they didn’t shadowban, and they certainly didn’t do it based on political ideology.

The bailout is funded through the March 2021 American Rescue Plan (ARP), Biden’s signature COVID-19 relief legislation, and is intended to keep the CSPF solvent through 2051 and prevent a 60% cut to members’ retirement benefits, Bloomberg reported.

In years past, when journalism was trusted by consumers much more than it is today, The New York Post might have been nominated for a Pulitzer Prize for its reporting about Hunter Biden’s laptop. New Twitter owner Elon Musk might have also won awards for his revelations of collusion between Twitter, intelligence officials who claimed the story was Russian disinformation and leading Democrats who were in touch with social-media owners to suppress stories that might have harmed Joe Biden’s election as president. There is a snobbery among the journalistic elite, which distrusts information that doesn’t come from certain organs, like The New York Times, The Washington Post and major broadcast media.

Liberal and tolerant Public Health™ experts seem to have finally sussed out, based on hard clinical research, the true sources of LGBTQ+++™ youth suicidality. (Snip) What on Earth could drive 60% of non-binary children to want to kill themselves? Probably bigotry! Forbes continues: Researchers said the resulting data shines a light on the mental health disparities, discrimination, housing instability, barriers to accessing mental health care, conversion therapy, and suicide plaguing LGBTQ youth. It’s obviously just a major coincidence that suicidality increases when pop culture floods children’s corporate media programming to celebrate “Transgender Day of Visibility” and libbed-out parents encourage their four-year-old children to “explore their genders.” This is clearly not disorienting

Tom Cotton (R-AR) predicted on Thursday that leftist President Joe Biden’s decision to trade imprisoned basketball player Brittney Griner for notorious Russian arms dealer Viktor Bout, known as the “merchant of death,” would result in people dying as rogue states interpreted the move as open season to arrest Americans. Cotton’s remarks came in an appearance on the SiriusXM Patriot program Breitbart News Daily hosted by Breitbart Editor-in-Chief Alex Marlow. Biden announced and the Russian Foreign Ministry confirmed on Thursday that Griner and Bout were both free. “As a result of the efforts made, we managed to agree with the American side to arrange an exchange of Viktor Bout

Monday, Service Employees Internation Union Local 87 in San Francisco went out on strike. Ordinarily, a janitor’s union local striking wouldn’t make national news, but this local provides cleaning services for Twitter headquarters. It started last week when 20 cleaning crew members were told that Friday would be the last day they were needed at Twitter headquarters. Twitter headquarters is serviced by a company called Flagship Maintenance Solutions. As expected, this company devotes part of its website to its role in mitigating climate change (huh? w*f?) and its inclusion and equity program. From the various accounts, it seems like Twitter had opted not to renew its contract with Flagship
