Biden family 'fully' supports 2024 re-election

Exclusive: President Biden intends to run for re-election in 2024, and a senior adviser told Fox News that another run is something the Biden family "fully" supports. The White House in recent months has emphasized Biden’s "intentions" to run for re-election, but has not committed either way. Biden, who turned 80 last month, is the oldest president in history. "As the President has said, he intends to run for re-election," a senior advisor told Fox News. "That is something both Dr. Biden and the family fully support." Biden has faced questions about whether he will run in 2024 in part because of his age, as well as concerns from Democrats

Here we are in December. Biden is running for re-election, the Dems picked up one seat in the Senate, the Repubs hold a slim majority in the House and the RNC has no answers. Not what I was anticipating a few months ago.

It would seem, on the surface, that it would be fairly easy to defeat useless Biden. Sadly, the Republican contender would face a brutal assault from the mainstream media and they would need an overwhelming victory to beat the unverifiable mail-in ballot attack.

The Biden administration can rightly be called the Biden regime. As more evidence has leaked, for example the information about Hunter's laptop, validating the worst charges against this detestable regime it might rightfully now be referred to as the Biden cartel, as they probably have financial ties to the foreign cartels that control the southern border.

The political time is not right for Biden who is clearly suffering from serious age related declining cognitive abilities to step down for health reasons, thus making Harris the first Black and female President, along with putting in place as Vice-President the Democrat politician who the Democrats believe will be their 2024 presidential nominee.

So, Biden has to run for a second term so that he can pardon his crackhead son, who may not be finished collecting bribes from the ChiComs, the Ukrainians, and whoever else. Then, when he is re-elected or sooner, if he's fading fast, the people who think for Joey can negotiate with the people who think for Kamala. The deal will be, Joey will pardon his brother, and Hunter, then he'll "reluctantly" resign and hand the reins to Kamala. Kamala's first official action will be to pardon Joey for anything he may have done--ever--in the past. Then Kamala will appoint some extreme black leftist, maybe Big Mike, as vice-president. That will quickly be ratified by the Senate, which has a majority of democrats now and for the foreseeable future until McConnell is done loading up his pockets. Murkowski, Romney, Susan Collins, et al. will be happy to join in ratifying Big Mike's appointment as VP, because they're so "civil" and "compromising." Big Mike will have the same leftist/socialist staff, ready to take over at some point when Kamala will stick her foot in her mouth to any egregious degree.

In one of a series of tweets Friday evening, independent journalist Matt Taibbi said internal company messages showed how Twitter’s internal standards eroded during the months leading up to Jan. 6, with high-ranking executives violating their own policies while interacting with various federal agencies.

After blowing smoke about the condition of Biden’s economy, many news outlets are suffering losses. On Thursday, close to 1,100 New York Times workers staged a strike, of sorts. The effort appears rather neutered considering it was only a 24-hour walkout, and the desperation was evident as they attempted to get readers to also join in by not consuming any Times content for the day. (Their position was further weakened as they realized the biggest challenge in this attempt was not concerning their work but in getting people to stop playing Wordle!) This barely recognized quit-snit was possibly met with shrugs based on one of the core complaints

A federal court on Friday blocked a Biden administration mandate that would force religious hospitals and doctors to facilitate gender transitions against their sincerely held moral convictions. The Eighth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals affirmed a lower court’s decision to block enforcement of the rule on the grounds that “intrusion upon the Catholic Plaintiffs’ exercise of religion is sufficient to show irreparable harm,” the filing reads. Catholic nuns, clinics, a university, and hospitals were among the plaintiffs in the case, represented by the Becket Fund. The plaintiffs all provide medical care for transgender patients but refuse to provide gender-transition surgeries

Why Does the GOP Elite Hate Its Own Base? 30 replies

It is one of the most bitter and tragic ironies of our contemporary politics that the leadership of one of America’s two major political parties, the Republican Party, utterly despises that party’s very own voting base. The GOP elite’s scorn for its own voters has, at this point, been a long time in the making. The trend accelerated during the 2009-2011 rise of the Tea Party, a grassroots movement fueled by constitutionalism and anti-elite populism. The crustier elements of the Republican establishment ran as far away as possible from the Tea Party, and the 2012 presidential coronation of private equity plutocrat Mitt Romney effectively killed the movement.
Does Trump Really Want To Be President Again? 30 replies

Team Trump has sometimes compared former President Donald Trump's current quest for a non-sequential second term to two-term President Grover Cleveland's similar three election bids. Cleveland remains our only elected president (1884) to have lost a reelection bid (1888) -- in a disputed vote -- only to be reelected four years later in 1892. Yet Trump seems determined instead to follow a different, and bullheaded, Teddy Roosevelt model. Roosevelt left the presidency in 1908, sat out four years, and then lost a reelection bid in 1912, split and alienated the Republican Party, and ensured the election of the progressive Woodrow Wilson.

The Georgia runoff is over. Raphael Warnock came out on top (as expected). And Republicans are once again running the “quality candidate” canard as the reason for Herschel Walker’s loss (in addition to the overblown, overused, Trump scapegoat). Yet despite the fact Walker was outspent by Warnock nearly 3 to 1 (Warnock spent $126,232,942 to Walker’s $48,455,356), Walker performed remarkably well, netting 48.6 percent of the vote to Warnock’s 51.4 percent. This as Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp only came out in full force for Walker after he coasted to reelection in November (loaning his field organizing team to the Senate Leadership Fund — the GOP’s Senate super PAC which backed Walker).
