Diversity? It's a re-tread. Make your own doggone movie with a fresh new diverse theme. No one will come to see that either.

I have no interest in watching these “diverse” remakes of Hollywood classics. I agree with an earlier poster: Why don’t these people write and film new scripts with new ideas and material, rather than rehashing old material.

Zuzu will be named Ashantish and have pink and purple hair corn rows and have a fentanyl overdose because she tried to have a sex change. There will be no Christmas tree or Merry Christmas wreath for the door - instead Satan worship with rituals because you can't say Merry Christmas. George will be driving an old electric car but it won't start because it's too cold and there is no charger out by the bridge. The town's people won't collect money because all they have is credit cards. And... Clarence will never get his wings. There, fixed it for you.

"Wizard of Oz," by L. Frank Baum, was probably a political commentary about the Congressional fight over the gold vs. silver standard. The characters in the book (movie) were actually parody caricatures of actual people at the time. Let them do whatever they want to do. It will FLOP. They'll overdo it with fast action CGI non-sense and infuse it with a heavy dose of DEI. I guess nobody told GenZ idiots that this was already done once before, and it was called, "The Wiz," starring an all black cast. Diversity is absolutely required, as long as it's not an all negro production.

Even taking the "diverse" BS out of this story, why can't Holly-weird come up with a single idea for an original movie that isn't going to bomb like Nagasaki? Of course I am being facetious. People want original good old-fashioned stories, with good good-guys and bad bad-guys. They want feminine women and masculine men, and they want those men and women to be romantically involved. And if there is fighting to be done, they want the masculine men to do it. That is why the two "Top Gun" movies were so successful. There is nothing they can do with 21st century PC sensibilities that aren't going to destroy any remakes of "The Wizard of Oz" and "It's A Wonderful Life". They are both going to get all sorts of acclaim from the Holly-weird insiders, but are going to lose massive $$$ and be total bombs!!! I know we sure won't be wasting a penny on them!!!

Wizard of Oz is already diverse. You've got a White female, African (lion), a silver guy, and a Strawn person. They have no brain, no heart, and social anxiety (disabilities). Dorothy has her support dog, Toto. There is also a green woman. Don't forget the Munchkins and Emerald City residents. Diversity doesn't need to be written into the movie. You just need to open your eyes to see it.

I live in California and frequently write about its crime problems stemming from disastrous progressive policies like Proposition 47—which changed a slew of offenses from felonies to misdemeanors—and woke George Soros-backed district attorneys like LA's George Gascón. Advertisement But even my jaw dropped when I heard about this judge's decision in Ventura County. Bryn Spejcher, now 33, got high on marijuana in 2018, stabbed her boyfriend over a hundred times, knifed her dog and then herself, and yet received no jail time because defense experts deemed that she experienced "cannabis-induced psychosis"—a conclusion which the judge amazingly agreed with. To put it bluntly, this is absolute lunacy.

Michael Patrick Leahy appears on Steve Bannon War Romm discussing, in part, the Jeff DeWit message to Kari Lake and who from “back east” was the originator of the message to bribe Mrs Lake to stay out of the Arizona senate race. {Direct Rumble Link} As expected, the sources for MPL’s report outline that Mitch McConnell and the National Republican Senatorial Committee originated the proposal. This should not be a surprise to anyone who reads CTH. The NRSC is primarily funded by the biggest lobbying group, the U.S Chamber of Commerce.

I don’t know how many times I have to say this because I’ve been around for a while, and I’ve seen this same thing happen again and again and again when squish GOP senators try to negotiate with the Democrats about immigration. I know it’s meant to bully mental defectives, but when it comes to the GOP Senate caucus, that rule does not apply since some of its members apparently cannot learn from experience and must learn through pain. Here is a message to you, spineless Republican senators…. Stop trying to do immigration deals with the Democrats.

Alabama was set to carry out the first-ever execution by nitrogen hypoxia on death row inmate Kenneth Eugene Smith on Thursday. The planned execution raises heated questions about the ethics of using the untried method to execute Smith, who has been through one previous execution attempt. If the execution is carried out, nitrogen hypoxia would be the first new method of execution since 1982, when the lethal injection was introduced. What is nitrogen hypoxia? Nitrogen hypoxia is a form of execution in which an inmate is deprived of oxygen until they breath only nitrogen, causing asphyxiation. Nitrogen, a colorless, odorless gas, makes up about 80% of the air we breathe. It isn't deadly until

Plans are in motion to build what would become the tallest skyscraper in the United States — and it is coming to an unlikely city. Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, has a population of just under 700,000, according to the U.S. Census Bureau. Although it has around a twelfth of the population of New York City, developers are trying to use it to take away the Big Apple’s title as home of the largest building in the country. Real estate company Matteson Capital hopes to submit a request to raise the tower’s original planned height of 1,750 feet to a whopping 1,907 feet — a nod to the year Oklahoma gained statehood

Welp, here Bud Light goes again. The embattled brand — once the top-selling beer in the country — is returning to the Super Bowl with a huge ad buy in yet another bid to get past the transgender influencer Dylan Mulvaney disaster that saw once-loyal customers abandon the brand in droves. But now, Bud Light parent Anheuser-Busch InBev will reportedly run a 60-second ad and a 30-second ad during this year’s Super Bowl that the company hopes will lead to a comeback after a nationwide boycott in 2023 led to a freefall in Bud Light sales.
