FDA Says Telling People Not to Take Ivermectin
for COVID-19 Was Just a Recommendation

Original Article

Posted By: earlybird, 11/20/2022 12:51:59 PM

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) telling people to “stop” taking ivermectin for COVID-19 was informal and just a recommendation, government lawyers argued during a recent hearing. “The cited statements were not directives. They were not mandatory. They were recommendations. They said what parties should do. They said, for example, why you should not take ivermectin to treat COVID-19. They did not say you may not do it, you must not do it. They did not say it’s prohibited or it’s unlawful. They also did not say that doctors may not prescribe ivermectin,” Isaac Belfer, one of the lawyers, told the court during the Nov. 1 hearing in federal court

Comments:

States picked up the FDC's “conversational recommendation” and ran with it. Doctors would not prescribe. Pharmacies would not provide.

I'm really glad we got some as soon as we saw the gov't demonizing it. We avoided covid for 2 years but got the omicron version this last June. Three days of ivermectin and all symptoms were gone! Took all 5 days' worth. Our neighbor, who called ivermectin, "horse paste," thirty years younger than us is STILL sick! Almost 6 months now. Migrains, leg pain, facial numbness, aches, pains, etc. So bad her mom moved in with her.

THIS IS A LIE. I was unable to get a prescription and when I did my pharmacy would not fill it. ALSO MANY hospitalized who wanted to take it were told NO it was NOT part of their protocol.

Those of us with enough savvy to go around the CDC and FDA got our Ivermectin (which would have been a lot cheaper if our doctors had not been threatened with their medical license for writing a script for it). But they purposely killed thousand of people in hospitals with their anti-ivermectin covid protocols. My cousin had to sneak ivermectin into the hospital to her husband. His hospitalist doctor was furious that they refused remdesivir and a vent. He survived even though the hospitalist had little hope to offer.

Here is an article from Dec 2021FTA, "The FDA has not authorized or approved ivermectin for use in preventing or treating COVID-19 in humans or animals. Actually, I DID get ivermectin at the feed store when because of the FDA it was damn near impossible to get at the pharmacy. But it is disingenuous for the FDA to claim its 'advice' didn't HAVE to be followed when its 'opinion' carries legal weight on most every matter and most states enforced the FDA's advice as gospel truth.

Do they not realize the we were all there? We lived all of this. Governors BANNED doctors who prescribed it and shut down pharmacies that filled prescriptions. Are ANY of these people grownups? ALL of the Biden Administration and related agencies are just like teenagers who can't keep their stories straight. "I never said that, I didn't do that, up is down, down is up" and when questioned they have no problem lying to your face hoping that you"re so "old" you won't remember you were around when it happened. Actually, I am being harsh on teens. A 14 year old is a kid. These people should know better.

Well of course the FDA "...did not say that doctors may not prescribe ivermectin..." What the FDA and other state and federal agencies said was that Ivermectin was an "unapproved drug" for the treatment of COVID. States like Michigan threatened doctors and pharmacists with losing their professional licenses if they dared prescribe or fill prescriptions for drugs like Ivermectin and Hydroxychloroquine to treat COVID. The part they left out was that these well studied drugs are cheap, and have a long history of safe use in humans. People could take pills at home for a few days and the virus was cleared from their systems. Another barrier to treatment came from states made being hospitalized with COVID a requirement for getting the drugs. Which meant only the sickest patients qualified for treatment, and were most likely to receive that treatment too late to reverse the effects of the virus. It's not surprising that government attorneys are trying to walk back intentionally misleading statements surrounding drugs doctors reported early on, from their own experience, were effective in clearing the virus. Thousands of Americans died of COVID before vaccines were available, because government bureaucrats declared there were no "approved" treatments. While warning doctors not to prescribe the drugs for "off label" use. The victims and their families are entitled to a full investigation, not just of where the virus came from, but of the "genesis" the fear mongering that denied doctors the ability to prescribe drugs they knew were effective, and could have saved their patients.

If anyone took the time to read about the development of Ivermectin, they would have learned that its creator received the Nobel Prize in Medicine, and that Ivermectin is considered to be one of three wonder drugs ever created, the other two being aspirin and penicillin. You also would have learned how Ivermectin evolved from use as an anti parisite in animals to a prevention/cure for river blindness and elepthantitis (unsure of spelling) both of which are parasitic infections of humans. You also would have learned how and why Ivermectin conquers viruses like the Kung Flu, if given early on in the course of infection.. Finally, remember the little eyetalian and his smirking and eye rolling henever a course of treatment was mentioned by DJT. Successful treatment was not on the table for the NIH and CDC, because it would have negated the use of the Kung Flu mnra vaccines.

The FDA most likely relied on the limited study of IVM that was reported in the NEJM. That study showed no statistically significant difference in preventing hospitalization or death by using IVM. Unfortunately, the study selected a dose that was substantially below that in the FLCCC protocol and only gave it for 5 days rather the 7 days or until symptoms subsided. When you are directing a war you are only as good as your intelligence and the experience of your generals. The FDA relied on their immediate collegues and did not bring in a broad enough team of front line, practising physicians to inform their public statements. Some of this was political as well which did not help.

We got a good supply from the feed store here in Colorado, while visiting our vacation cabin. And after a few months of talking to friends found a physician who prescribed ivermectin, antibiotics and several other things that she thought would be smart to have on hand. She's a lung specialist, and we got several different things to treat lung problems, just in case. So far, no need for any of it, neither my wife or I have gotten this virus. We keep our vitamins way up, especially D3 and zinc. IMO, D3 levels is THE single most definitive risk factor for people on this virus, probably any virus.

Point 1, ivermectin should be administered at early onset with zinc, d3 and an antibiotic, as Dr. Zelenski and the FLCCC doctors said many times. Point 2, An EUA, per federal law, can only be authorized if there isn't a workable alternative. HCQ and Ivermectin being workable alternatives would put a kink in the money hose from which these rats and big pharma were sucking billions.

Two days in bed and then good as new. After learning from president Trump, my champion, wife and I took prophylactic Hydroxychloroquine, 1 pill per week for over a year. We then moved on to veterinary Ivermectin paste 1.3 cm sandwiched in Wonderbread every two weeks. Three Moderna injections, Vit D3, Zn, plus all that prophylaxis and still got the pest. I swear if we get it again I’ll go to the feed store and get some horse paste if need be and do the weight to dosage ratio to help us get over it. But Covid was funny, it hit everyone differently. Everyone in the family who got it had varying degrees of symptoms and we all pulled out within a week. Except my youngest son who got Covid pneumonia and spent a week in the hospital. Strange stuff. I still have suspicions about that disease germ and I don’t think there’s anything natural about it.

There’s a remarkable concession appearing in The Washington Post today: “a majority of Americans dying from the coronavirus received at least the primary series of the vaccine.” The latest data shows that 58% of COVID-19 deaths in August 2022 were from people who were vaccinated or boosted. Based on past figures and the current trends, we can reasonably estimate that the number of vaccinated/boosted COVID-19 deaths will only rise. (In September 2021, the vaccinated accounted for 23% of COVID-19 deaths; in January/February 2022, the vaccinated were 42%.) This is what happens when you rush ineffective and dangerous vaccines. Arizona GOP gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake responded to speculation that she could be a conservative star if she pivots away from former President Donald Trump, who had endorsed her. “If she concedes graciously in the coming days and weeks, then I think there could be a path for her in the future in politics in Arizona,” political consultant Lorna Romero told the Washington Examiner (snip)t “it still seems like she is mulling over a potential lawsuit over the way Maricopa County handled the election” and if Lake “goes down that route, I think she will forever be branded as a Trump-type candidate.” (snip) Lake responded: “Never.”

The White House has pushed back against the newly-announced Republican probe into President Joe Biden’s alleged involvement in his son Hunter’s foreign business dealings, claiming that the investigation is a politically-motivated rehashing of “long-debunked conspiracy theories.” It comes as Reps. James Comer (R-Ky.) and Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) announced on Nov. 17 that the House Oversight Committee will investigate whether the president was involved in his son’s business dealings, claims that the elder Biden has denied. Comer, who is the incoming chairman of the Oversight Committee, said at a press conference that, contrary to the president’s claims, whistleblower evidence shows that he was directly involved in his son Hunter’s international business dealings.

The previously unimaginable has happened: The storybook island of Martha’s Vineyard, the seasonal home of billionaires and hundreds of elite cultural and political movers and shakers, not to mention one of three year-round homes of the Obamas, has finally experienced that rarity previously limited to the mainland: violent gun crime. And surprise: The alleged perpetrators are not MAGA white nationalists. Rather, evidence so far points to migrants, possibly of the illegal kind. This is a bitter pill for most Vineyard residents to swallow. The island’s six towns have all declared themselves to be sanctuary communities.

He also said he and his family will give “prayerful consideration” over the holidays to whether he intends to run for president in 2024. Pence, who is promoting his new book So Help Me God, started by congratulating Republicans on retaking the majority in the U.S. House of Representatives.

Alaska Sen. Lisa Murkowski, a Republican senator who voted to impeach former President Donald Trump and was up for reelection, beat challenger Kelly Tshibaka to secure her fourth full Senate term. Murkowski is considered to be one of the more centrist Republican voices in Congress, and her win could help President Joe Biden pass his agenda as well as extend her clout in the closely divided Senate. Neither Murkowski nor Tshibaka, the top two candidates in the four-person race, reached the 50% threshold needed for an outright win, which meant the winner was decided by ranked-choice tabulation that was announced on Wednesday.

President Biden’s granddaughter Naomi’s White House wedding was “a private affair,” and off-limits to the press. Well, except for Vogue. The White House press pool wasn’t allowed into The People’s House, but the fashion magazine got the full spread, the private pics, the kisses, cake cutting and all the pomp and circumstance. The media is furious, but they shouldn’t be surprised. This is a president that rarely does a press conference, that prefers TikTok and Instagram influencers to “60 Minutes.” Of course they pulled a bait-and-switch

Rep. Kevin McCarthy, who is expected to be the next House speaker, gave Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas an ultimatum: resign or face an impeachment inquiry. “Our country may never recover from Secretary Mayorkas’ dereliction of duty. This is why today I am calling on the secretary to resign,” McCarthy said. “If Secretary Mayorkas does not resign, House Republicans will investigate every order, every action and every failure. And we will determine whether we can begin an impeachment inquiry.” The stark warning is a significant change in tone from McCarthy

Late on Tuesday night, court filings by the attorneys for the alleged shooter from the LGBTQ night club in Colorado Springs, Colorado revealed the shooter is non-binary and goes by they/them pronouns. After spending the past two days smearing conservative Christians for allegedly inspiring this apparent attack against gay people, CNN Tonight anchor Alisyn Camerota was clearly stunned as she watched her network’s narrative come crashing down. Breaking the news to her audience, Camerota begrudgingly reported that the “attorneys for the accused shooter, Anderson Lee Aldrich, say in new court filings tonight that the suspect now identifies as non-binary.”

Senator Manchin’s dirty ‘Inflation Increase Act’ deal, its betrayal of coal country, army of IRS agents, and inflationary spending has paid off some of his backers and made Bill Gates very happy. Gates was described as having personally lobbied Senator Manchin and Schumer in “anticipation of a rare moment in which significant federal dollars might be secured for the clean-energy transition.” Billions of those dollars, ripped out of the hands of truck drivers, veterans and small businessmen, will have been “secured” for Gates and his ventures. The Microsoft founder was described as having “tapped into a relationship with Manchin that he’d cultivated for at least three years”.
