Ivermectin has been hailed as a “wonder drug” and, according to the UNESCO World Science Report, a critical component of “one of the most triumphant public health campaigns ever waged in the developing world.” However, since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and affiliated health authorities have vociferously recommended against ivermectin as a potential treatment for the virus.(snip)Analyses of studies on ivermectin have found it effective as a prevention, a treatment for acute COVID-19, and in advanced stages of infection(snip) 1. Ivermectin as a Prophylaxis Prophylaxis intervenes in the first phases of COVID-19 infection, which is mainly asymptomatic, when the virus replicates to increase its viral load—

Now the gov't is joining The Nation's call for "amnesty." Still a hard, "No." Too many are trying to ditance themselves from what ought to be the natural consequences of their dictatorial actions. They should pay, and pay a lot. Maybe jail time, too.

It is tragic that this drug, along with HCQ, was not allowed to be utilized by doctors and researchers when COVID broke out. How many lives might have been saved? My husband and I did procure some and took it when we got COVID. We recovered easily. Who knows exactly why but I am glad we had Ivermectin.

The government HAD TO, maintain the fiction that ivermectin could not be used so that their EUA for the poison shot could be enforced. The question remains: WHY? 1. I’ve been taking it since May 2020, after reading about research on the internet. I’m unvaccinated. And yes, I take the horse paste. Took it weekly through the Omicron wave last summer, now take a monthly dose. My wife came home from an out-of-state trip last week with flu symptoms and tested positive on an at-home Covid test Saturday morning. Guess who remains symptom free?

My Doc would not prescribe it for me when I asked. I had read a number of studies and wanted it on hand for early treatment. He's no longer my Doc. A cash only Doctor wrote me a script, but Kroger Pharm, Walgreens, and CVC would not fill it. I found a formulating pharmacy that would. No gap insurance reimbursement, but I didn't care. This crisis was used to make a ton of money, and to condition the rabble to obey dictates! My sister died in a nursing home ... ALONE! I say no amnesty!

Ivermectin is a lifesaving drug for onchocerciasis and lymphatic filariasis. It is cheap and safe. But its use in COVID has been endlessly politicized. Most of the trials reported in this article were were not placebo-controlled or blinded. Under these circumstances, those trying to discern the truth should pay attention only to double-blind randomized controlled trials. These trials assign patients randomly to either ivermectin or a placebo pill, and neither the clinical trial team nor the patient know which therapy the patient is receiving until after the trial is completed. This protects the trial from biased reporting by the patient or the trial team. Dozens of such trials have been reported, and none shows any real benefit for ivermectin. You can find a review of these trials here: https://academic.oup.com/cid/article/74/6/1022/6310839

When there is a cheap, available, 100 % effective drug that can cure a so called death virus that allowed to govt to keep the population at a high level of what we know to be phony fear in order to control them, that proven drug, ivermectin , had to be vilified and outlawed. The goal of the covid pushers was to wreck economies world wide and have people controlled by fear.

Good article, good read. Even someone living in the corn fields of the Great Plains should know that a double blind study during a pandemic is unethical. Not covered in the article has to do with cell walls. The kung flu virus, like other viruses, has no cell wall. instead, it has a protein coating, and the protein coating cannot be penetrated by antibiotics. Bacterial infections can be treated with antibiotics, because the antibiotic can penetrate the bacterium cell wall. Ivermectin, in all of its successful uses, penetrates the protein coating of the virus - in this case, the kung flu virus cell. Government scientists know this, and logically should be cheering on the use of ivermectin for kung flu treatment. Unless they are receiving royalty payments for vaccines that don't vaccinate.

I lost my brother to COVID before vaccines were available. Long before vaccines were rushed to market American doctors in the field reported successful treatment of COVID patients using Hydroxychloroquine and Ivermectin protocols developed by themselves and other doctors. We have yet to receive an explanation from our government regarding the blanket prohibition on off label use of those drugs to treat COVID. We were told the drugs were far too dangerous and were denied patients “for their own good.” Despite the FDA claims their warnings were merely “suggestions” doctors were warned NOT to use those drugs off label despite both drugs having a well known and long studied safety profile. So let’s not pretend the only route to discovering effectiveness of these old and cheap drugs during a pandemic were long clinical trials and stripping doctors and pharmacists of their professional licenses if they treated patients or filled prescriptions for off label use. Remember that state governments saw fit to require patients to be hospitalized before receiving those drugs to treat COVID. Patients were allowed to die by the thousands because vitamins and hydration and sometimes antibiotics were the only “treatments” allowed by our own government. I will never forget that Americans were denied actual treatment. It was not for their own good.

Mr McCarthy's party had taken control of the House – the US lower chamber – following the midterm elections in the autumn, with a slim 222-212 majority. How do you make apartheid sound good? Easy. Just call it the “historic status quo”. Under Muslim rule, the historic status quo by the invaders was to ban Jews from their own holiest site, the Temple Mount.
