Cardiac Arrest in Athletes

Original Article

I have been asked to speculate about the cardiac arrest suffered by Damar Hamlin. First off, I truly believe that giving his physicians and trainers space to work professionally is critical: we need to allow them to do the tests, diagnostics and whatever procedures need to be performed outside of the glare of corporate media AND internet armchair physicians. We won’t get the details we would like at the moment we would like, (snip)Corporate media and the news cycle are monsters, and they prey on these types of stories and controversies, which generate clicks, views, likes and revenue. “If it bleeds, it leads”. Let’s not play into this please.

I hope that you will read this. Especially if you have a young athlete in your family. We can never have enough GOOD information, and Dr. Malone is an excellent very measured, thinking person’s source.

Not an athlete here, but a blue collar factory type. Our company mandated covid shots in 2020 and most bent over and complied. I didnt. I filed for and got a religious exemption. Now, here I am the oldest guy in the place and while I've been sick a couple times, it was never bad enough to stay home. Meanwhile all these young guys who got the shot are calling off frequently. Their illnesses are much worse and of much longer duration. Guys half my age are not nearly as healthy as I am. Proof of anything? No. But mighty suspicious.

One very interesting point in Dr. Malone’s article: There are tests that should have been done on the athletes coincident with the mandated inoculations that would have disclosed preexisting heart weaknesses/vulnerabilities as well as tests after the fact to determine any vax effect on the heart.

Read this publication dated 2018, well before COVID: “Sudden cardiac death (SCD) is the leading cause of mortality in athletes during sport. A variety of mostly hereditary, structural, or electrical cardiac disorders are associated with SCD in young athletes,” https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/28329355/

It is my opinion that the vaccination mandate was pushed down our throats and there was not enough time to take a serious look. I was very concerned that you could get these vaccinations almost anywhere. It is a strong opinion that they all should have been done in a doctor's office after they were vetted.

After three rounds of voting on Tuesday, Republican Rep. Kevin McCarthy failed to secure the 218 needed to become speaker of the House. It was the first time in a century that the vote has gone to multiple ballots. Now, the “fight spills into a second chaotic day,” notes ABC News. There’s a lot of excitement in Washington. Of course, somewhere in the vicinity of zero voters will change their worldview or political affiliation because the GOP is taking a few extra days to grind out their leadership vote. Nor is there anything particularly “dysfunctional” about disagreeing on the question. McCarthy isn’t an admiral or preordained by the Lord

Most people are unaware that outside lobbyist groups hold the power over the internal dynamic. In addition to internal financial systems, each congressperson is aligned with a lobbyist group that pays for their political election efforts, (snip) According to Politico, the Congressional Leadership Fund (team McCarthy) has come to an agreement with the Club for Growth Fund (team not McCarthy) and worked out a deal the representatives may be permitted to support. The deal “includes a vote on term limits for members, more seats for Freedom Caucus members on the powerful House Rules Committee and allowing a single member to force a vote on ousting the speaker.”

MATT ROSENDALE: We gave Kevin McCarthy opportunities over the last two years to demonstrate leadership skills, whether it was the C.R., the NDAA, the so-called infrastructure bill -- we put him in a position where he could have negotiated some common-sense reforms, and he failed on every measure. Barring some last-minute rescue by a judge or the governor of Missouri, tonight will be the last night in the violent and crazy life of Amber McLaughlin. The media is billing this as the first execution of a transgender. Nearly two decades ago as Scott McLaughlin, he brutally raped and killed his estranged girlfriend, Beverly Guenther, despite a protective order. The LGBT crowd might want to give McLaughlin's case a hard pass. Scott McLaughlin's criminal career began in 1992 when he was convicted of raping a 14-year-old girl. He was 18. He served time in prison and was placed on the sex offender registry. Release in 1997, he apparently went straight.

Dr. Yusuf Saleeby has practiced medicine for more than 30 years. He serves patients in South Carolina and until recently had never faced an investigation from his state medical board. But after Saleeby started prescribing ivermectin to his patients, he was reported to the board, which opened an investigation, despite the state’s attorney general’s promise that his office wouldn’t prosecute doctors who prescribed off-label medications. Jennifer Wright, a nurse practitioner and clinical director who practices in Florida, but can prescribe across state lines, told The Epoch Times she received a letter from the Office of the Attorney General of New York ordering her not to prescribe ivermectin.

Barbara Walters died last week at 93, but the legendary journalist’s legacy lives on: “The View,” the daytime-TV talker she created in 1997, is the most-watched — and most-talked-about — show in its genre. Some legacy, though: What Walters envisioned as “women of different generations, backgrounds and views” discussing “the topics of the day, mixing humor with intelligent debate,” devolved after she departed as co-host in 2014 into a four-against-one daily catfight with few laughs and even fewer smarts. The New York Times calls it “the most important political TV show in America.” If so, America is in trouble — because “The View” is the biggest source of misinformation in the country.

How much has America changed? Well, consider moves being made at West Point. Over the summer, Washington’s Naming Commission — comprised of four civilians and as many retired military vets — came to final conclusions regarding seven different Department of Defense “assets.” In its report, the group recommended a renaming of sites honoring Confederate General Robert E. As relayed by the Daily News, Superintendent Lieutenant General Steve Gilland released a December 26th statement:
