President Joe Biden will commemorate the second anniversary of the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol by presenting one of the nation's highest civilian honors to the officers who fought to protect Congress and local election officials who defied extreme pressure to overturn the results of the 2020 ballot. Biden will present the Presidential Citizens Medals Friday during a special White House ceremony. The honor is bestowed to those who "performed exemplary deeds of service for their country or their fellow citizens," White House officials told NBC News, CNN and The New York Times. MEDALS for that? Another bit of evidence that we really have become a Communist country. These medals are more to back up the "insurrection" propaganda than to honor actual heroism. FJB, FNP, FBHO.

No doubt the leftist Democrats will keep pushing their January 6th insurrection scheme indefinitely. While the violent riot at the US Capitol is indefensible, is has become pretty clear that the 2020 election was rigged by leftist Democrat operatives in many ways in the so-called battleground States by changing many State election related laws and regulations that they knew would favor Democrat candidates long before the election ever took place. The wimpy Republicans never had a clue.

I have absolutely no respect for the Capitol police. They are liars. I would not doubt for one second that some of those police have lots of new money in their bank accounts. They are serving and protecting the people who set this “riot” up. Sad. And disgusting!

The old Soviet Union, the Communist Chinese, the North Koreans and Cuba all have/had political prisoners. Lots of them. The United States did not have political prisoners. Not until Joe Biden's Democrat Party came along and decided we needed to follow the lead of the totalitarians and imprison our own people for their political opinions. January 6 is our Reichstag Fire. And Dems will celebrate that "date with infamy" as long as they can get away with it.

The Capitol Police were denied the National Guard reinforcements their Captain requested (on January 5) be put on standby in case they were needed January 6. This was one day before the organized, munitions carrying disrupters “just happened” to arrive like clockwork. Our intelligence agencies either missed, or did not miss, but failed to warn even the two Sergeants at Arms, that violence was a real possibility, leading one of them to say intelligence “didn’t support” taking the precaution of putting the Guard on standby. Those officers who waived people into the building need to be questioned. Were they acting on orders, or on their own? The government rush to further the “insurrection” narrative, while withholding video evidence it doesn’t want the public to see, looks a lot like self serving propaganda. Narratives designed to put some government officials in a favorable light need as much scrutiny as the false narratives claiming Donald Trump was a Russian asset. Let’s see the videos and the Twitter emails before we accuse American citizens of trying to “overturn” an election.

Sometimes, these articles almost write themselves. Or, due to hypocrisy, dishonesty, or unintentional humor, many stories beg to be covered. This is one of them, and the cast is perfect: an ex-Republican congressman, MSNBC, and the Democrat-weaponized FBI — with the CIA tossed in as a bonus. Our tale begins with Kentucky Republican Rep. Thomas Massie’s revelation that now-House Speaker Kevin McCarthy agreed, as part of a deal with GOP lawmakers opposed to his speakership bid, to the formation of a committee modeled after the 1975 Senate Select Committee, formed by Senator Frank Church, which investigated abuses by the CIA, FBI, National Security Agency, and the IRS,
