Arizona Attorney General Nominee Abe Hamadeh has filed the state’s first statement of election contest in the Arizona Superior Court.
Abe Hamadeh currently trails radical left Democrat Kris Mayes by just 510 votes, and there is expected to be a recount.
However, the Arizona election was an uncertifiable mess due to voters having their ballots stolen, not counted, or being prevented from voting altogether.
The Gateway Pundit reported on the serious issues in Maricopa County’s General Election on November 8. Due to the incompetence of Maricopa County

At least they are going to court prior to the election being certified.

If they find voter fraud in Arizona, hopefully that might open up investigations in other states.

Now we know why Hobbs didn't recuse herself from being the top dog in the election rules.

Hobbs, the Secretary of State, is ultimately responsible for the elections. Wait, she is running for Governor. The election shenanigans benefit her. Something is rotten in Phoenix and it's not the desert air.

Does he have “standing”? No seriously. That’s where this case will be shown the door. Once adjudication starts it’s over. The ‘Rats know it. The corrupt co-opted judges know it. Sorry, the system is not going allow it’s own dismantling.

#5, I agree. The election thieves know if one case is allowed to be heard in Court and the evidence is presented, the jig is up. They will do anything to keep that from happening. If one election is proven to be stolen, the gates will be open to others in similar circumstances. Democrats cannot have that. Therefore, don’t expect any judge to hear one case of election fraud. They cannot allow the evidence to be legitimized.

The sad & truthful part is nothing will be accomplished ... the dems are confident the republicans will fold.

I wish this were not necessary, but it is if we want it stopped. Democrats are counting on Republicans to cave. They’d better not.

Do you really think Maracopa county is just incompetent? It is far darker than that. They believe that since they openly cheated in 2020 and got away with it that they can do it again. Looks like they were right.

This should be done everywhere that democrat shenanigans occurred. Find the cheaters and jail them. Doesn't anybody in Pennsylvania know an effective lawyer? We are going to be represented by a hoodie-wearing version of Joe Biden, not that Toomy had a brain.

The McCain family was adamant that Kari Lake not become governor. That family has a lot of cohorts in Arizona. I wouldn't be surprised if they were involved in the fraud

If anyone should have standing, it is a candidate for statewide office whose vote count is within 500 of the opposing candidate, where the election results are not yet certified, and where voting irregularities have been documented (not proven as evidence, but documented) by thousands of witnesses and many whistleblowers.

When is Kari Lake going to also file a lawsuit? Yes probably a token effort but what has she got to lose.

The election "officials" in Maracopa County were right on the money, for the steal. Arrest them all including the current SOS.

It will be interesting to see how Hobbs pulls off certifying the election that got her the governorship with all the mess that took place to get her there. Interesting indeed.
