I'm not a fan of a lot of family involvement but the qualifications are abundant in all of Trump's choices. We are far ahead of the freak show that we have witnessed since 2020, including the First Crime Family and the first Indian/Jamaican/Canadian/Whatever she is.

Have no opinion on this appointment...but...if President Trump has chosen this dude...then so be it....he knows what he's doing....my Lebanese friends in Canada...who migrated there years ago when Assad and the Hezbolah party took over Lebanon...Christians were arrested and killed....because they wanted freedom...I went to many Lebanese Masses while in Canada...and the people were very determined to seek a better life.....in Canada...and now they are stuck with Trudeau....

President-elect Donald Trump appointed two of his in-laws to prominent diplomatic roles that could shape his foreign policy in his second term. On Saturday, he nominated Charles Kushner, the father-in-law of Ivanka Trump, as U.S. ambassador to France. Meanwhile, Massad Boulos, the Lebanese-American father-in-law of Tiffany Trump, was appointed as senior adviser on Arab and Middle Eastern affairs. Boulos will join a Middle East team with ardent supporters of Israel — real estate developer Steve Witkoff, who was appointed as special envoy to the region, and Mike Huckabee, an evangelical hardliner and Trump’s nominee for U.S. ambassador to Israel.

Rumble is suing California for allegedly forcing the social media platform to alter its own speech and censor its users’ speech, according to a copy of the lawsuit obtained by The Daily Wire. The lawsuit was filed Wednesday by Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF) in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California, Sacramento Division. Rumble is challenging California’s latest laws punishing speakers for certain political commentary, which California Governor Gavin Newsom has framed as measures that will combat the “harmful use of deepfakes in political ads and other content.”

The owner of an oil field in Los Angeles County is suing the state of California over a law that will require it to stop production and plug its wells or face costly fines. Inglewood Oil Field owner Sentinel Peak argues in the lawsuit, filed this week, that the law, which was signed in September by Gov. Gavin Newsom, is unconstitutional. Attorneys for Sentinel Peak argue that the law “represents an illegal attempt to coerce an individual company to stop operation of its legal business,” according to court documents. They allege that mandatory fines, in particular, violate federal and state laws forbidding excessive fines.

President Joe Biden's administration is urging Ukraine to quickly increase the size of its military by drafting more troops and revamping its mobilization laws to allow for the conscription of those as young as 18. A senior Biden administration official, who spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss the private consultations, said Wednesday that the outgoing Democratic administration wants Ukraine to lower the mobilization age to 18 from the current age of 25 to expand the pool of fighting-age men available to help a badly outnumbered Ukraine in its nearly three-year-old war with Russia.

Operation of the Georgia plant, where Rivian plans to build future vehicles such as its smaller, less expensive R2 SUVs and R3 crossovers, will begin in 2028, the California-based startup said in a statement.

Republican Sen. Rand Paul has hit out at the Democratic mayor of Denver for his plans to stop mass deportations of undocumented immigrants under President-elect Donald Trump. Mayor Mike Johnston has said that he plans to keep immigration officials out of the Colorado city, and warned that his planned resistance could compare to the infamous Tiananmen Square protests in China. 'You'd have every one of those Highland moms who came out for the migrants. And you do not want to mess with them.' (snip)Now, if Johnston were to start a similar protest, Paul said he could be removed from office and could even face potential criminal charges.

For the first time, officially communist Vietnam has taken delivery five T6-C Texan trainer aircraft from the US. Seven more are on order. According to a report in the Eurasia Times, this acquisition could put Vietnam in line to buy F-16 jets from the US, of which there have been reports since October last year. The Texan trainer is commonly used by the US Air Force to train pilots for advanced jets like the F-16. Vietnam has until now bought only Russian military hardware and its air force is known to deploy 35 SU-30 fighter jets and older Su-22s.

The division is targeting Nov. 30 as the date by which it will certify the results. There will be another tabulation completed then. Until that is completed, the results are unofficial, although unlikely to change.

President Joe Biden pardoned his son Hunter despite the White House saying over and over he would not do it. The pardon includes charges Hunter faced or might have faced from January 1, 2014, through December 1, 2024. Yes, ten years. Absolute insanity. That means anything else that pops up in that time period doesn’t count. Hunter cannot face any charges. Hunter pleaded guilty to tax evasion. He was going to face sentencing on December 16 for lying on a federal form by saying he was not using drugs or addicted to drugs when trying to buy a gun. The bromance between George Clooney and Barack Obama is reportedly on the rocks, with the Hollywood star said to be “furious” with Obama for setting him up as the “patsy” to end President Joe Biden’s career and then absorb the blowback following Kamala Harris’ election defeat. Another unnamed source said: “George feels duped and vows he’s not going to be anyone’s political water boy anymore.” George Clooney emerged as a major player in the 2024 presidential election cycle when he wrote a New York Times op-ed calling for President Joe Biden to give up his re-election bid following his disastrous debate performance in June.

Donald Trump is on course to assemble the richest cabinet in American history, with a number of billionaires sending its total net worth soaring over $9 billion - not even including Elon Musk. While Musk will serve in an unofficial capacity focused on slashing government waste and therefore will not need Senate approval, those that will are set to break records. The previous mark was unsurprisingly set by Trump in 2016 when his first cabinet boasted a combined net worth of $6 billion.

It was the summer of 2019 and President Trump was about to embark on a state visit to the tiny Nordic country of Denmark. Both parties were readying themselves for bilateral talks, but that was before President Trump floated one of his famous spontaneous trial balloons. Trump said that he had had a conversation with the Danish prime minister, stating that the U.S. might be interested in purchasing the island of Greenland. He said that the concept came up and he said that he would be interested in the purchase from a strategic point of view. This did not sit well with the Danish prime minister, Mette Frederiksen, who has been described

It's not easy being George Clooney these days. The realization has finally hit him that Obama, his best friend forever, used him for a patsy in the recent election. First he had him hold a fundraiser for Joe Biden, where he could clearly see Joe's senilkity, and then he had Clooney write the editorial for the New York Times calling on Democrats to get that guy out of there. Now that the electoral disaster has happened for the Democrats as a result, Obama has left Clooney holding the bag.

But as a victim of devastating Facebook censorship warned, Zuckerberg is not to be trusted, especially since he has yet to apologize to and restore the data for multiple users whose lives were transformed by online censorship. When Zuckerberg issued a semi-apologetic letter and made a phone call to Trump over the summer, many conservatives, and Donald Trump himself, were delighted. Since then, Facebook censorship — including election-interfering censorship — continued unabated. Like many a careful businessman before him
Birthright Citizenship: The 14th Amendment

America is about to go to war over whether the government has the power to deport entire families of illegal aliens. That question involves “birthright citizenship”—that is, whether a child born in the U.S. to illegal alien parents is automatically a U.S. citizen and, thus, an “anchor baby?” The answer, by any fair reading of the Constitution and history, is “No.” Our nation must have complete control of our borders. No illegal alien should be able to circumvent the laws of our nation. English common law, the basis for U.S. law, did not allow such people, the children of “hostile occupiers,” to become citizens by virtue of birth.

Turley just eviscerated Biden when he was asked about it by Fox News and the "bad precedent" that Biden could be setting.
