Former President Donald Trump's press conference previously scheduled for Monday regarding Georgia's 2020 election results -- in which he was expected to provide more unproven claims about voter fraud -- is now canceled. Trump posted on his Truth Social platform Thursday that the press conference was canceled because his lawyers would prefer putting his allegations "in formal Legal Filings." His campaign subsequently confirmed that the event has been called off. Trump had scheduled the press conference after he and 18 others were charged in a sweeping racketeering indictment for alleged efforts to overturn

My only concern with the cancellation is that the judge will not allow any of this information to see the light of day in a courtroom. This was the tactic used by every court to refuse to hear the evidence after 2020 because of standing. This Judge will be no different. Why do his lawyers now believe this court is going to allow it with the history of it being inadmissible in every case prior to this one which effectively put paid to any lawsuit. I pray this is the right decision but President Trump has been undermined before.

With all due respect to this professor, #4, democrats are never bothered by not having a process; they simply make one up and charge ahead. We get nowhere playing by the rules with an enemy that long ago discarded every one of those rules. To put one’s hope’s into winning the next election is foolish, when every election is now predetermined for the democrat candidate. This type of advice is not only naive, it is downright dangerous. There is no “process” in place?? The entire Declaration of Independence IS the process. What we need are mean and women of courage and vision. What we need less of is overly-educated, classroom quarterbacks. I believe that President Trump announcing this press conference and then cancelling it was not a rethinking of an ill-advised strategy. I believe it WAS the strategy.

He is being called a “coward”. Common sense and his lawyers have told him this is about to be pulled from Fani as the charges are similar to what Mad Jack is pushing and they are in the federal realm. Not a good time for a presser.

SARASOTA, Fla. — Ron Filipkowski sat at a table in the Sarasota courthouse waiting for the judge to call his client’s name, when the urge to pull out his cell phone finally overcame him. The docket was stacked that day and he had time to kill. So, he did what he often does: checked X, formerly Twitter. His eyes began to scan. His fingers moved into place. Filipkowski saw that former Vice President Mike Pence had turned down an invitation to appear at a Georgia GOP convention where Donald Trump was slated to appear as the keynote speaker. He dashed off his take. “Pence is afraid

Former president Donald Trump plans to skip the first Republican primary debate on Wednesday and will instead sit for an interview with Tucker Carlson. The debate night plan, first reported by the New York Times, was finalized in recent days after Trump spent weeks crowd testing the question with campaign crowds and waffling on the topic in private discussions with advisers. The exact timing of the Tucker Carlson interview is still up in the air, but if the sit-down streams live on X, the platform formerly known as Twitter, during the debate time slot, it could simultaneously strike a blow against Fox and diminish Trump’s Republican primary opponents

District Judge Maryellen Noreika has dismissed two outstanding misdemeanor tax charges against Hunter Biden following a request from federal prosecutors, setting the stage for additional charges from newly appointed special counsel David Weiss. Under the terms of an initial plea deal that later collapsed, Hunter was to plead guilty to two misdemeanor tax violations and submit to a pre-trial diversion agreement to avoid a felony gun charge in exchange for broad immunity from future charges. Noreika challenged the terms of the deal in court last month, noting that the broad immunity prosecutors offered Hunter was unprecedented.

Growing up, being a princess used to be something to look forward to for some girls. Who wouldn’t want the beautiful dress, the schweet crib, often times furry animal friends, or small human ones. Magic, wands, witches, ogres, gnomes sprites, and fairies. Even before the advent of video, fairy tales were there for a reason. For entertainment, sure, but also as cautionary fables about the power of good vs evil, the honor of virtue, and to explain the odd bump in the night. Now, to be honest, the fairy tales of the 20th Century are much more accessible, heartwarming, and nowhere near as terrifying as those told to Victorian children,

Arguments were made to reduce the cost of the surgery in its Journal of Ethics issue in June titled Patient-Centered Transgender Surgical Care. But the AMA has been criticized for floating the idea and has been accused of holding an 'activist position'. It argued that trans women's inability to bear children may cause them to experience 'psychological dissonance' which undermines their health and well-being.

That request went to M. By the time the approval was received, workers were unable to reach the siphon release so that the water could be diverted.
