Sadly, Republicans will be slaughtered

As a three-time Trump voter with no regrets, I don’t like this message any more than most of you. So don’t shoot me, I’m just the messenger. The message is the Republicans in next fall’s midterm elections will lose the House, bigly, and probably the Senate. If politics is indeed “war by other means,” expect the political war next fall to be bloody. Think Battle of the Little Bighorn. Think Stalingrad. Think Pickett’s Charge. Think the Battle of Midway. Think Waterloo. It will be one-sided. Oh, I know the President has done some terrific things – at great personal risk to himself, by the way – even if they were sometimes done unartfully.

If nothing is done to stop the cheating, have only vote in person and only on ONE day, ballots by paper and counted by hand, the rats will still cheat the same that they have been doing since Kennedy became president.

Do not underestimate the stupidity of the American voter. If the dems take over the house and senate look for DEI, green energy, EV, lgbtqcabc123 sexually disfunction acceptance, boys in girls sports and safe spaces, socialism/communism, out of control taxes and all the other disgusting nonsense to come roaring back. Trump as president can only do so much. This will be so ugly we will not believe it when it happens. But it will happen.

Fearfully, I must agree. But the DimoTwits will not win enough to push their agendas over a Presidential veto. At least, not as long as some RINO doesn't pull a McCain.

Trump not on the ballot. Americans are being eaten alive by inflation and the debt. Spending is out of control. Both parties point and each other and shout 'It's their fault!". Would love to see both parties get slaughtered during midterms. They aren't governing.

Comments to voters: You give this country back to the democrats you will deserve what happens! One of two possible results. 1. You are going to be enslaved in ways the South never imagined. It will be a tyranny to end tyrannies. or 2. There will be a Civil War as those who love freedom, give up on the current system and attempt to exterminate those who betrayed us all, while the elites and their little gangs of professional killers attempt to regain control. The Deep State will triumph or die.

There is still time. Reagan had the same problem at the end of his first term, but people started going back to work and he was reelected. That said, to these sad Republicans that are talking about quitting before their term ends. Your word is no good. Don't ever expect to receive another vote for any public office whatsoever. You agreed to do this job. If you pick up your ball and go home, don't expect to come back and play ever again. Sorry MTG. You've started this trend. Please, change your mind and complete your term. Don't make this about you.

I don't disagree. There isn't enough time to tame inflation between now and November, the dems will hang it around the GOP's neck, and the compliant media will run with it. There won't be a new green new deal or other madness but the Trump agenda will be blocked at every turn. The White House needs to begin strategizing for 2028.

So they say this month. Just a month or so ago, everybody was saying democrats will never be the ruling party again. Did the November election change everything? If so, what are these monkeys doing about it? They write articles and go on TV telling US how bad things are, but never do anything about it. They expect to wear a title, collect a paycheck, have two homes but leave the hard work to We the People. We sent their behinds to DC and to our states, cities, and counties to represent us. If they truly think they're going to lose they should be passing every bill possible to stop the leftists. They're not doing that; they're pretending to be MAGA and screaming fire so we vote for them again. Most of them are fake, phony, and part of the problem. We need a complete overhaul of all the fools in office. MTG just showed her true colors, and we're all waiting for the real story behind her "lurch" to the left.

We're a year out. Any speculation about the midterms is just that, a guess. If after the new year, the economy takes off as expected. Interest rates fall after Powell is removed which will happen, and the Republicans can point to the success of the economy, inflation, and the reduction of interest rates, the demonuts don't have a chance. However, it seems most voters have short term memory loss and will believe whatever the MSM tells them and won't remember that it was the demosluts that caused all of the economic troubles to begin with.

FTA - "What many of them will remember is that they dislike the President on a personal level. People vote against people they dislike. Right now, a large and growing number of people dislike the President." Nice try, Glenn. But do you know President Trump personally? How many of us know President Trump personally? Answer - None of us. I have never met President Trump. Meanwhile, the msm does its level best to connect us to him "personally" based on its propaganda schtick. But I tend to think people consider their financial situations, lifestyles, morality, and spirituality and don't lower themselves to whose personality they like or dislike as they cast their votes. But look, the President alone does not control our standard of living and who we should like or dislike. We do and must be accountable for our own decisions. Keep in mind that we elect people to office everywhere. They do just fine until the deep state and the globalists get their hands on them. Corruption. The problem is bad for the dims, if not worse, than it is for the GOP. See the problem? Sorry, Glenn, I'd take another look at your views if I was you.

As pointed out above. one year is a decade in politics. Peace in the Ukraine. Lower inflation. Lower interest. Housing starts. Better energy prices. Antifa crushed. Lower unemployment. Medical insurance costs increases held in check. Policy announcements to lower food prices (hello Argentina, you owe us one) Tighter regulation at the polls and organized, motivated monitoring. And --a substantial TAX REFUND. Most, if not all of these things are attainable.

“A democracy is nothing more than mob rule” -Thomas Jefferson The other Founders were similarly scornful of pure democracies. John Adams proclaimed: “Democracy… while it lasts is more bloody than either aristocracy or monarchy. James Madison said: “Pure democracies have ever been spectacles of turbulence and contention.” Alexander Hamilton warned: “Pure democracy is as much a fallacy as the idea of eternal vows and permanent alliances.” Ah, you might say, but what about the democracy of ancient Athens? I’m glad you brought that up. Athens was indeed a pure democracy in the sense that the people voted directly on matters of governance. But not all the people.

The fascist who gave fascism its name came to an ugly end. Benito Mussolini was impaled on a meat hook and hung upside-down from a lamppost. Fascists don’t tolerate failure. Democrat leader Charles Schumer is someone I don’t like, and I felt a certain schadenfreude when his Democrat “friends” blamed him for their caving on what has come to be called the “Schumer Shutdown” or, more accurately, the “Schumer Sh*tshow.” But there’s something disquieting about the barrage of criticism from the left.

If this were a boxing match, the Democrats didn’t come out of their corner for the 8th round. If it were a softball game, the ten-run rule got applied. If it were a war, they flew the white flag and laid down their arms. If it were wrestling, they tapped out. If it were poker, they folded, though the time to fold ‘em was a month ago. Democrats have gone full Islam. On the surface, that’s a bit peculiar. When you dig deeper, it’s downright weird. But as always, there’s a cause for this particular effect. Let’s start with the peculiar part. Islamists tend to be religious, much as Christians, Buddhists and Hindus (and, for that matter, atheists, who often disbelieve with a blind religious fervor). In contrast, Democrats tend not to be religious. They’re simple vanilla agnostics. Go down to Starbucks. Ask one whether he believes in God. His response would be along the lines of, “Umm, I’m kinda in-between . . . it all depends . . .

The Senate filibuster is an odd rule. It says 60 votes out of the 100 Senators are necessary to end debate on a piece of proposed legislation. Absent those 60 votes, the legislation never gets put to a vote. The effect is that it takes not just a majority of the Senate – 51 votes out of 100 – to pass legislation. It takes a supra-majority of 60. The filibuster rule is not in the Constitution. In fact, it’s not even in a statute. It’s simply a rule dreamed up by the Senate. In various forms, it goes back to the 19th century, and has been tweaked many times since then.

After Hamas invaded Israel two years ago to behead babies, rape women, torture men, burn people alive, and take hostages, they gleefully promised to do so repeatedly. Israel sought to prevent that. They went into Gaza to root out the barbarians from their underground tunnels. In the process, some people got killed. Sometimes that was because Hamas put civilians in harm’s way. Sometimes they did so for the purpose of hiding behind them, as when they set up their military headquarters in civilian hospitals. Sometimes they did so for the very purpose of getting the civilians killed in order to increase the overall body count.
