We wrote here about the disgraceful video produced by six elected Democrats, encouraging uniformed members of the military, as well as members of the intelligence community, to “resist” the Trump administration by refusing to obey orders. Today the Pentagon announced that it is investigating Senator Mark Kelly’s involvement in that incitement to insurrection: (Snip) As Secretary Hegseth said, Senator Kelly is subject to the Uniform Code of Military Justice. If appropriate, he could be recalled to active duty and courtmartialed. I assume that a number of cases have been decided under the UCMJ, that involve encouraging soldiers to disobey orders. I can imagine that such cases have not gone well

“Well Doctor what have we got, a republic or a monarchy?” is one of the more famous questions in American history. Elizabeth Powel asked this of Benjamin Franklin on September 17, 1787, the last day of the Constitutional Convention. He replied, “A republic . . . if you can keep it.” I am sad to say this, but the Democrat elites are not helping us “keep” our Republic, as Benjamin Franklin once admonished all Americans to do.
By that, I mean that the Democrat officials, “(t)hose who work in government—legislators, the president, judges, and officials” are NOT contributing “to a well-administered government.” They are, instead, fighting tooth and nail

As the sane residents of New York City await (no doubt with bated breath) the mayoralty of stated Democratic Socialist Zohran Mamdani, a senseless Saturday attack on a subway rider starkly illustrated the already-dangerous reality of out-of-control violent crime in America's once-premier city.
According to the NYPD, the 54-year-old straphanger was punched in the face, several times, then stabbed in the stomach after asking another passenger to talk more quietly on his cellphone.
The attacker jumped off the train at the station and was on the loose, police told the NY Post, while the victim was taken to Jamaica Hospital in stable condition. The attack occurred aboard an E train

Vice President JD Vance sharply criticized six Democratic lawmakers who encouraged military troops to defy orders from their superiors, suggesting they themselves had committed an "illegal" act.
Vance was responding to one of the individuals involved in the video message to service members and intelligence officials, Sen. Elissa Slotkin (D-MI), who admitted she was "not aware" of any illegal orders being issued by the Commander-in-Chief.
"If the president hasn't issued illegal orders, then members of Congress telling the military to defy the president is by definition illegal," Vance wrote on X.
The comments seem to echo complaints by President Trump that what the Democrats had engaged in was seditious behavior.

We've reported on Aftyn Behn before. She's the Democrat running for the 7th Congressional district seat in the Tennessee special election on Dec. 2 to replace Republican Rep. Mark Green (TN-7).
She's the one who got nailed by prior statements claiming she "hated" Nashville, which might be a small problem. Democrats are pouring a lot of money into the race, even though it's a pretty red district, and Republican candidate Matt Van Epps has the lead. They're thinking that with low voter turnout, they might have a chance. A big House Democrat PAC has dropped $1 million into the race. Behn appeared on MS NOW (the former MSNBC) on Sunday

On the May 22, 2020 episode of Charlamagne Tha God’s popular podcast, Joe Biden said words that have become infamous:
“If you don’t vote for me, you ain’t black.”
He did not hesitate. He did not show discomfort. And there was very little pushback from Charlamagne. Neither seemed to understand how incredibly grotesque it was for a white politician to declare that a black man’s voting choice determined whether he was eligible to be black.
To Biden, the line wasn’t a gaffe. It was a summary. A neat little distillation of the worldview dominant in academia, DEI institutions and the activist class for the past decade:
Race isn’t ancestry anymore. Race is ideology. Race

Israel has confirmed a successful strike on the murderous jihadi who was Hezbollah’s chief of staff and reportedly wanted by the United States for his bloody activities.
The Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) issued a statement on X confirming Tatbai’s elimination and explaining why it was necessary to take him out. And with Hamas saying they’re champing at the bit to start fighting again, hopefully this strike will help serve as temporary deterrent to the countless Muslim jihadis eternally obsessed with destroying Israel.
The MFA began its statement, “Israel has eliminated today in Beirut the Chief of Staff of Hezbollah, who had worked to rebuild and expand Hezbollah’s military and terrorist

House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer is laying down the law for Bill and Hillary Clinton: show up in person for depositions in the Jeffrey Epstein sex trafficking investigation, or face prison.
Comer warned the former president and his twice-failed presidential candidate wife that dodging these subpoenas with written answers will not cut it—it's a clear no-go, and could invite contempt of Congress charges.
Originally subpoenaed in August, the Clintons asked their lawyer to request that the committee accept written statements rather than require them to sit for live depositions. Their attorney, David Kendall, claimed that written answers would be the “most efficient and equitable” approach.
Comer shot that down.

Eric Swalwell sometimes flies under the radar among members of Congress who operate daily with a double-digit IQ. Often, it's members of the so-called Squad who earn that accolade. They get the spotlight, and rightly so.
But the congressman proves his mettle time and time again, spitting out ideas indicating he's clearly two beers short of a six-pack.
Swalwell, the Democrat Representative who has served California's 14th congressional district, recently announced he was jumping into the Golden State's gubernatorial race. He announced his laughable campaign with the less humorous Jimmy Kimmel because, of course.
Things got infinitely funnier when, speaking with CNN over the weekend, Swalwell

"Every kingdom divided against itself is laid waste, and no city or household divided against itself will stand." Jesus Christ, Matthew 12:25 (RSV)
In grade school, I often heard about our country's "Melting Pot," a symbol of the blending of diverse ethnicities united by the idea that we are a nation formed by various groups coming together to create a new and distinct culture unlike any other. As a predominantly Christian nation, we welcomed everyone through legal immigration. We expected everyone to share the same values—freedom, self-reliance, capitalism, and the willingness to learn and speak English. It wasn't about just living in America or being dependent, expecting freebies.

First, I am not a doctor, but I have medical experience in Respiratory Therapy. When the COVID-19 “Flu” emerged, I knew that an effective vaccine could not have been manufactured and tested effectively in that amount of time. I also knew that the 6-foot distancing rule was nothing more than political and social theatre. The mask fiasco was not only unnecessary, but it created more problems than it solved. Rebreathing damp, contaminated carbon dioxide-laden (CO2) air can lead to hypercapnia and even hypoxia. For these reasons, neither my better half nor I received the jab or ever wore a mask, and when we did experience the COVID “flu,” it lasted

A Long Island neurosurgeon who has the misfortune to be named Dr Jeffrey Epstein has an ingenious idea for how he might respond to Texas Democratic Rep. Jasmine Crockett after she confused him with the notorious sex offender of the same name.
“I think that I should contribute money to Jasmine Crockett and then let everybody know that she also took money from Jeffrey Epstein,” the physician joked to The New York Post.
Crockett threatened on the floor of the House of Representatives Tuesday that she was “gonna expose it all” after discovering that “somebody named Jeffrey Epstein” had donated to the campaign of the former New York Republican congressman Lee Zeldin,
