Mayor Eric Adams’s administration has reportedly injected another $2.6 million of the city’s budget into a controversial program that distributes pre-paid debit cards to illegal immigrants. According to the Office of the NY State Comptroller (OSC), by May 31, 2024, the city reported spending $1.47 billion in Fiscal Year 2023 and $2.72 billion in Fiscal Year 2024 on expenses related to “asylum seekers.” This latest cash infusion brings the total expenditure on this initiative to an eye-watering $2 billion, according to the New York Post.

Plenty of our own people could use some of these billions to help them survive Biden's economy. Many seniors are trying to survive on just social security, deciding between food or needed medication. The illegals are already getting free housing in luxory hotels, which are now turned into trash heaps and then complaining about it. Adams and our gov. need to put our citizens first! Deport the illegals and get rid of Biden as well. MAGA

I hope all the democrat voters in New York City are satisfied with how their tax dollars are being spent. What does all of this focus on illegal immigrants tell you? It doesn't tell you that democrats are compassionate it just means they intend to use the illegals to steal elections and ensure a permanent democrat majority. I'm sure from a leftist perspective that 2 billion was money well spent if they're able to maintain control. You have to admit, the democrats really know how to use taxpayer dollars to steal elections.

Half of that money is for the custom suits and travel expenses for thief that have as mayor. Sad fact is most voters in NYC are either illiterate or living off the taxpayers dime. Tossing around OPM like a drunken sailor. The massive difference is that a drunken sailor spends his own money and has to stop when his pockets are empty. Not so for drunken Dems, they continue to spend OPM after the till is empty, just racking up billions in debt for some other sucker to pay off.....or not ever pay off. They really don't care at all.

CBS News president Ingrid Ciprian-Matthews — who was accused of sidelining white journalists and blocking an acclaimed correspondent’s reporting on the Hunter Biden laptop — is stepping down at the network, the company said Wednesday. The controversial news boss, who was named president just last August, is exiting after she made headlines in February over the firing of Catherine Herridge, a respected senior investigative reporter who had been doggedly covering the Hunter Biden laptop story for the network. At the time, media insiders speculated that Herridge’s exit was linked to her reporting that President Biden may have kept evidence that he had foreign business dealings while in office.

Maples, who shares daughter Tiffany Trump with the former commander-in-chief, said her willingness to help Trump’s second White House bid has not been affected by her ex-husband’s legal troubles.

"Each one hopes that if he feeds the crocodile enough, the crocodile will eat him last," is how Winston Churchill, just months away from becoming Britain's wartime Prime Minister, described the appeasement that led to World War II. "All of them hope that the storm will pass before their turn comes to be devoured. "The same could be said of France's snap election, in which everyone from French Stalinists to the country's business interests banded together to defeat the country's "far right" at the polls. But the far right is not the threat, and the crocodile snapping at everyone's heels is the accelerating Islamification of France.

So even though there are a lot more government workers, good luck finding them or getting them on the phone. This is because so few of them are actually physically on the job. It has been nearly nine months since Hamas began its war against Israel. During this time, our prime minister has given almost no interviews to journalists from his country, limiting himself to the occasional exchange with a reporter from abroad or a local admirer. Problems with forcibly removing Biden 14 replies

It looks like Joe Biden is refusing to step down from the Democrat presidential ticket. Putting aside the legal issues and deadlines resulting from late ballot changes and the undesirability of Kamala Harris taking over, there are problems with removing Biden by force. Let’s take a look at them: 1. Removing Biden at the convention: The delegates are already pledged to Biden. This would require 300 delegate signatures and would be very messy at best, with Michelle Obama (assuming she is their savior) having to compete with other potential candidates. An alternative plan,

Donald Trump’s choice for veep is reportedly down to Gov. Doug Burgum and Sen. J.D. Vance, with Burgum having a slight edge. But the race is changing fast, and the former prez certainly isn’t afraid to shift course to up his odds in response: The larger his landslide, the stronger his mandate and the longer his coattails. So, while North Dakota’s Burgum would be fine (while Vance looks risky in any circumstances), it’s not too late to consider someone like Virginia’s Gov. The Democrat Party is on the ropes, and frankly, it's long overdue. The Democrats have been on the wrong side of history since its birth. James Buchanan, a Democrat, sat on his hands as the nation slid into the Civil War, which would eventually kill 2.5% of the nation's population. When Republicans took away their slaves, Democrats responded with Jim Crow laws to keep black people down and the KKK to terrorize them with near impunity for generations. Many consider Woodrow Wilson to be the grandfather of progressivism, a racist, and a fiend. FDR refused to pass an anti-lynching law as black people were being hung throughout the Democrat-run South.
