In his remarks following the Supreme Court’s decision on presidential immunity, President Joe Biden pretended to be mortified by it. But there’s a reason Biden seemed so energetic and focused Monday night. The Court might just have done him and his reelection campaign a huge favor. At least, Biden thinks so. In his very brief remarks, Biden called the ruling a “dangerous precedent.” He said it “continues to the Court’s attack on a wide range of long-established legal principles.” He quoted Justice Sonia Sotomayor’s inflammatory opinion which said “With fear for our democracy, I dissent.” I concur, Biden said.

The majority opinion states that the president has two sources of authority: the Constitution and statutes passed by Congress. Those are the sources for official acts. There is no provision in the Constitution or federal law that authorizes a president to assassinate his/her rival. One can only presume that the Wide Latina coordinated with the white house to give Joke Bidet this talking point. Just like the 51 "experts" did for the laptop.

The Supreme Court Decision vs. I can't pay all my utility bills this month. I can't purchase all the groceries I need this week to feed my children. School is starting next month and I cannot buy new clothes, shoes or supplies. My car need repairs. Cannot afford repairs or a new car. Insurance rates are going up, Illegal alien needs are hurting our schools and the rest of the community. Rent just went up. I am worried about my job. I am worried about drugs and crime in my neighborhood. FJB is out of touch with reality in more ways than one. FJB can still read (not well but he can still read) other people's words. Does he comprehend, will be remember what he just said in 30 minutes? I doubt it.

And so the war cry for demonrats this election is NOT focused on the obvious fact that Joe is a Vegetable needing senior memory care, or that the economy is ruining the elderly with little savings or war on the middle class struggling to make it-- No, the emotional vague notion that "democracy" or mob rule is at stake, and that the mistaken idea NOT rectified with facts about Abortion being banned for all women. In fact. there were 1.3 million abortions in 2023 which was more than before the Dobbs decision was leaked to stop a red wave in the 2022 elections. We certainly thought that the economy in 2022 was bad enough to drive voters to the polls, but it wasn't BAD enough to do so. Will it this time? Who besides certain people in the over inflated stock market, the taliban nd illegal aliens are better off now? That market is due for a MAJOR course correction--- it had never been over 20,000 until Trump's election and it is well above 30,000 right now-- don't lose your retirement savings!

John McWhorter, the prominent academic, author and New York Times columnist, wants everyone to know that he’s sorry that he recently suggested it would be a good thing if someone were to assassinate former President Donald Trump. Except he’s not, really. But at least he owns it. “I have taken a great deal of heat for saying, for implying, that I wish somebody would kill Donald Trump,” McWhorter said on the new episode of “The Glenn Show” with Brown University economics professor Glenn Loury. “That is exactly what I was implying. It was irresponsible of me to say that in a public space. I really shouldn’t have said it here.”

Following President Joe Biden’s abysmal performance in the June 27 debate with former President Donald Trump, you might think he would suffer a crash in his support for re-election. Even the media describe the Democratic Party’s response to Biden’s poor showing as “panic.” Will voters abandon Biden? They haven’t yet, the latest I&I/TIPP Poll shows, but signs of trouble loom. The national online I&I/TIPP Poll, answered by 1,244 registered voters from June 26-28, includes last Thursday’s debate night. So the final day of the poll reflects that information. Did it have an impact?

Aside from repeatedly calling Donald Trump a liar, the only message President Joe Biden managed to convey during last week’s debate was that Trump left him a terrible mess to clean up. The first words out of his mouth in the debate were: “You have to take a look at what I was left when I became president, what Mr. Trump left me. We had an economy that was in freefall.” And his closing remarks began: “We’ve made significant progress from the debacle that was left by President Trump in his – in his last term.” It’s clear why Biden’s

We recently wrote about how Google’s AdSense ad network was blocking ads from appearing on a page that cited government data about weather — calling it “unreliable and harmful” — presumably because the data didn’t support climate hysteria. Now we find out that it’s blocking ads on an editorial we published over the weekend pointing out a glaring falsehood uttered by President Joe Biden in his debate with Donald Trump last Thursday. The article doesn’t just assert that Biden was lying when he said that the economy was in “a freefall” when he came into office — we proved it was a lie. See for yourself

Not surprisingly, the self-appointed “fact checkers” in the media went to town on Donald Trump’s remarks during Thursday’s debate, picking apart every utterance and rating them false even if they were mostly true. Also not surprising, President Joe Biden got a relative free pass. (Although to be fair to fact-checkers, it was often hard to tell what Biden was trying to say.) But what’s truly mind-boggling is that they missed the biggest lie Biden told all night. A lie that came out of his mouth as soon as he opened it. A lie that he then used to blame Trump

Many if not most Americans tuning into the debate Thursday night were probably shocked at President Joe Biden’s performance. He was confused and tired. He mumbled and bumbled through his answers. He looked at times despondent. He had trouble keeping focused. His closing statement was perhaps the worst in the history of presidential debates. And this was after spending a week at Camp David resting and preparing. Anyone who was surprised by his performance should be asking themselves Why? Why didn’t they know how bad a state Biden is in? How did the White House keep this under wraps for so long?

Donald Trump said if he’s elected one of his first orders will be to eliminate the Department of Education. Not a bad start. But he should quickly move on to the other DOE, the Department of Energy. Please pull the plug. The Cabinet-level department was created when Democratic President Jimmy Carter, whose energy policy was ruinous, signed the Department of Energy Organization Act, which he had asked Congress to pass. In “business” since 1977, the Energy Department has not generated, in any way that we can satisfactorily verify, a single watt of energy for consumers.

On Monday, the Supreme Court released a benchmark decision on presidential immunity, and it has resulted in enough hot air being shed to melt the polar ice caps. Most of the hysterical claims made about this decision are about as fact-based as the phlogiston theory, and some of the most ridiculous claims are the assertions that presidents now have the power to order assassinations of their political opponents. This is, of course, poppycock, which hasn't prevented even a Supreme Court Justice from doubling down on stupid. Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) is continuing her quest to raise taxes. She is now trying to convince the moderate Democrats and those who are against tax hikes to pass the progressives' tax hikes. For years, we have heard Democrat politicians criticize corporations that employ millions of people for not paying higher taxes. That may sound like a great idea — if it were realistic. Corporations will never pay their "fair share" in taxes. If Congress ultimately decides to raise the corporate tax, that will be a tax on the consumers because those corporations will raise prices to cover their costs and offset what they would be paying in taxes.
