MAGA!” — Trump Cancels Scheduled Testimony,

In a fiery statement released on Sunday, former President Donald J. Trump announced that he will not testify in his scheduled testimony in New York, slated for Monday. Trump has labeled the investigation led by radical Marxist New York Attorney General Letitia James, which concerns financial statements and business practices of the Trump Organization, as an “election interference witch hunt.” Attorney General Letitia James is seeking $250 million in ‘damages’ when there is no victim in this fraud case and she is also seeking to ban Trump and his sons from operating any businesses in New York.

Trumps businesses have been profitable for New York and have given employment to many residents. This crazy woman wants to take that away. That can only make sense to a true moron.

The banks who funded the loans have not claimed fraud. One bank testified to that act. There was no crime and no victim. The only fraud is what the New York Attorney General, Letitia James, is doing to Donald Trump. She should be sanctioned for fraudulent prosecution and made to pay Trumps attorney fee and all costs related to the trial. The judge should be sanctioned also for allowing this farce to continue.

President Trump's legal team have revealed to the American public, and the world, the courtroom farce the State of New York has produced in the name of "Law". The true traitors of "democracy" have put on a Kafka inspired insanity they call a trial, and have no idea how they have besmirched themselves, much like the three Macbeth witches from the Ivy League colleges. I wonder if the denouement of DEI "context" and the subsequent hit to Leftist "thought" had anything to do this strategic decision.

Democrats are at a crossroads when it comes to Joe Biden. If he's going to pull out for 2024, one would think it has to be soon. If he doesn't, his numbers right now are awful against former President Donald Trump, the leading candidate for the Republican nomination. Trump's winning in five of the six swing states, with his lead increasing since July. Even CNN had to admit he was up in Michigan and Georgia by some significant numbers. You know the Democrats and the Biden team have to be tearing their hair out behind the scenes that Trump might win. So, it looks like the talking points

As Cop28 in Dubai enters its final hours, the emotional weight of the moment is hard to bear. I find myself thinking of a six-year-old boy called Desmond I met in Turkana county, Kenya, who died from severe acute malnutrition on the same day. His death was the result of a climate-induced drought that has left millions of people on the brink of starvation in the Horn of Africa. I want the negotiators deciding the outcome of Cop28 to know Desmond’s story. Because in the end, the climate crisis is not about pledges, statistics, reports or activists. It’s about human suffering and ruined lives. It’s about death.

Ron DeSantis is running as the true-blue conservative in the race for the Republican presidential nomination. And he's learning the hard way that Republicans don't nominate true-blue conservatives. As Donald Trump leads every poll by double-digits, the Florida governor who seemed such a promising prospect just a year ago is now at risk of falling to third place. If Nikki Haley bests DeSantis in Iowa, his 2024 campaign won't be the only casualty; his hopes of ever becoming president will dim, and rivals won't fear him as they look to '28 or '32. How did DeSantis go from a 19-point reelection only a year ago to a fight for his political life today?

Pollsters and economists say there has never been as wide a gap between the underlying health of the economy and public perception. The divergence could be a decisive factor in whether the Democrat secures a second term next year. Republicans are seizing on the dissatisfaction to skewer Biden, while the White House is finding less success as it tries to highlight economic progress.
