Claudine Gay will remain as Harvard president with the full support of the Ivy League college's governing body, the university's board announced in a statement on Tuesday.
The board wrote: 'As members of the Harvard Corporation, we today reaffirm our support for President Gay’s continued leadership of Harvard University. Our extensive deliberations affirm our confidence that President Gay is the right leader to help our community heal and to address the very serious societal issues we are facing.
The board acknowledged Gay's mistakes in handling anti-Semitism on campus, adding:

They only saved her hide because she's Black and they didn't want to be called racist for sacking a Black woman.

Who cares what the Board says. They're a Bunch who are just like Ms. Gay! I think the Donors are the Ones who will make the decision as to her firing or not! If the money begins to leave, the "Board" will have to back down and let her go!!

The many tenured Marxists at Harvard need to stick together in order to churn out young oppressors into the world. Continuously polishing their steel-tipped boots achieves them extra credit.

Sure. It's always a healing moment when a person in authority allows genocidal antisemitism to flourish in the name of "free speech".

It's a foregone conclusion that affirmative action hires never lose their jobs for cause. Otherwise, the pretense would collapse.

And Richard Nixon and George Santos would have kept their jobs, but for Republican Congressman. If you want to save your Country from social and economic collapse, it's time to get shameless. We are fighting the political Viet Cong in British marine uniforms from 1776 with muskets.

So, they are cool with having a racist plagiarizer as their President? Kind of tells you everything you need to know about Harvard.

Believe Penny Prizker is on the Harvard board, so they weren't going to fire her, at this time.
Now, how would they normally handle someone who plagiarized their dissertation?
Something they've known about since October, and now look to allow her to update her content.
Is this the normal process in the Ivy League?

There'll be no "healing" for Harvard or for us until we've disabused ourselves of erroneous beliefs planted in our collective consciousness by The Deceiver. One of those beliefs, the one that I infer put her in high office, sounds so righteous to the better angels of our nature that I doubt we'll be able to renounce it before it brings us down.

.Way to go Harvard board. A plagiarist, an "equal opportunity" appointment, a "racist" individual as president of one our most prestigious schools. Isn't that "special"? A school that was started to teach and educate the clergy. This support speaks loudly about you, the board, about how your feelings of the Jewish community with in your ranks. Sad, sad day, IMHO, of course!

How can someone who equivocates, who doesn't tell the truth, be the right leader to help a community "heal." These educated idiots speak such nonsensical gibberish.

Incompetent blacks get a pass for being incompetent...by the racist leftists who imagine that they are really open minded to realize that they "must" overlook black incompetence because they secretly are total racists and think that blacks are inherently inferior, therefore shouldn't be held to the same standard.
I have known and worked with very intelligent and competent blacks, and I don't buy this affirmative action crap at all. Hold ALL PEOPLE to the same exact standard. No special excuses for race, or sex or anything else.
Competence and honesty should be the only standards, applied equally to all. Gay is neither honest, nor competent......instead she's black.

How is any Jewish person attending that University supposed to "heal". Gay is backing the terrorists. She would have been a great concentration guard an perhaps Dachau. Harvard you should be ashamed of yourselves and I hope every Jewish person who has donated to Harvard never give again and better yet ask for a refund. Better yet, we Christians should do the same. Hamas doesn't like us either.

Black, Female and (most importantly) a Screaming Leftist.
I understand that the three idiot University poo-bahs at the Congressional hearing all attended the same 'preparatory' session, with the same bunch of crooked lawyer 'advisors', which helps explain why their answers were so similarly dishonest legalese gobbledegook.
It seems to me that the main thing of value that these fancy universities have is their reputation.
Just as Disney under Walt earned, over decades, a reputation as the Gold Standard of decent, high quality family entertainment, only to have that reputation destroyed in a few months by a bunch of leftist perverts, it seems to me that Harvard, as well as several of these other Ivy League schools are in imminent danger of becoming a laughingstock and butt of jokes.
It happened to Bud Light in what, a week?
"He must have gone to Haaavard!" said with a smirk, a guffaw, or a strong note of sarcasm.
If it catches on, these schools are TOAST.
At that point, the damage is done. Their graduates will not get hired, the best applicants will go elsewhere, enrollment will drop, alumni contributions will dry up.
It will cost them Billion$ and years of hard work to restore their good reputation.... and that's if they actually work at restoring it.
So.... what will happen?
We'll just have to Wait and See!
