Poor Fani. Her moment of glory will be a short one. Lawyers tell us that Fani’s case against President Trump is likely to be moved to a federal court -- because it is directed at federal officials and because the accusations are very similar to those made by Jack Smith in the January 6th indictments.
In the end, however, Fani may be happy to let the feds conduct the trial because some of the 161 “Acts of Racketeering” (ACTs) in the indictment involve dangerous criminals doing dangerous things. For example, here is ACT 6 (in its entirety):

I relish the thought of the rug being pulled out from under her feet.
When she joked about looking forward to getting some sleep as soon as her self-promoting press announcement was over, I wat itching for her to be taken down hard. The pomposity and lack of compartment were stunning. As is starting to be suspected, the suddenness of this indictment, including time of day, showed the GO button was hit rashly and in desperation.

Fani doesn't give a shite about the Trump case. She is using 45 for her own re-election campaign. Strange shenanigans were observed when the lights went out in Georgia. That is known. As for Kemp, he is sleaze incorporated.

Black dim politicians, commentators, prosecutors and judges cannot be questioned nor criticized because - racism!!!
Trump recently mentioned election riggers and chucky todd said it was a racist comment because it implied the "word"
BTW chucky's wife is a "democratic campaign communications strategist" a long way of saying propagandist.

I think she will be relieved to have the Feds take over. She can point out to the DNC that she did her part in the destruction of Trump, and as such, should be rewarded with an upward mobility political career, all the time being secretly relieved that this legal house of cards is now someone else's problem.

My question is ...
Suppose the judge in the case throws out all of these trivial citations (asking for a phone number, looking for a website, etc.) and the remaining indictments drop down to say 12 or so. Won't it be impossible to make a RICO (racketeering) case out of 18 people taking 12 different actions?
I thought the last indictment that depended on the jury being convinced Trump does not REALLY believe the election was fraudulent (i.e., read his mind) but lo and behold Fani has put together a case that even exceeds that for incredible stupidity.

Win or Lose, Fani will be a hero in democrat circles. She will continue to have a bright future in the party. Read somewhere that her unnamed father was a member of the Black Panthers.

#7 I would add Letitia James, Stacy Abrams - can't remember all the other Soros ladies scattered around our country but you know their names. I think they should be sent back to where their ancestors came from and after a time, maybe they could appreciate what this country is supposed to be and has been for so many years. Until they crawled out from under their rock.

The article has so much more about PROOF of ballot counting tampering than about Fani.
Just sayin'.

All these indictments are for one reason. To take President Trump down before the election. The 'rats know that millions of Americans will vote for him and he will win again and the corruption to defeat him this time would be so massive that even the most brain dead GDdemocrat voter couldn't ignore it.

Even if 2+2=4 is offered as proof, it will be called conspiracy. We are dealing with corrupt criminal hypocrisy here.

Like one of those Buddhist monks who poured gas on themselves and set themselves on fire. A hell of a way to draw attention to yourself.

People who presently are in power often remind me of the 16 year-old who was working in the drug store after school who'd tell me that I did not have nose covered with my mask. You knew they felt empowered telling the big people what to do. I always obeyed and covered my nose like I was told to.
These chargesto are so contrived that the 16 year-old would know they were fake, but she feels empowered telling the powerful people what to do.
