Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg is really making a name for himself on a national level, likely much to his eventual regret. After convincing a grand jury to bring preposterous charges against Donald Trump, Bragg had to find something to keep himself busy until Tuesday, and a New York garage attendant named Moussa Diarra offered him that opportunity. Diarra was working the overnight shift yesterday when he spotted Charles Rhodie rooting around the garage with a bag, apparently attempting to steal some of the tools and equipment in the garage. Diarra confronted Rhodie and demanded to inspect the bag.

I'm a wholehearted proponent of the old "Texas System" when it comes to these sorts of things.
1st Question: "Is this a man that NEEDED shooting"
When the answer is "Yes", no charges are filed and the enforcement/prosecution powers turn their focus to catching and convicting actual "Bad Guys"

I think that all of these Soros DA's are affirmative action hires. They are simply stupid people like Maxine Waters and the guy who thought Guam could "capsize." I've never been to law school but even I know that, after you have been shot (twice) with a gun the robber brought with him, and you don't die from that and you somehow manage to get a hold of the gun that the ROBBER shot you with, that you can, in turn, shoot the robber.
This just highlights Bragg's stupidity. A judge will throw this out, just as he did the Bodega guy's arrest. That's not a good look right before he takes on the the "Show Trial of the Century." Bragg has delusion's of riding this all to the Governor's mansion. Maybe that's what he was promised but it's only going to throw a spotlight on his ignorance.

Great example for the Second Amendment! Bragg grew up in Harlem. His parents worked for the city of NY. Bragg attended Harvard. The guy saw a lot of crime in Harlem His way of fixing things is to glower the some crimes to minor infractions to keep the poor criminal out of jail. Make sense to you? Instead of being an example of what a person can do, no matter where they were raised, the guy becomes one of the worst examples of being bought and paid for.

How do you get rid of a DA? I think Gov DeSantis fired one in FL. Would probably never happen in NY.

Self defense is now murder in New York. Remember the bodega worker who stabbed his attacker? Same deal. Bragg loves his criminals and hates the idea of citizens defending themselves or their families from harm. Loves his power too.

US law is irredeemably corrupt. A reset is required, scrapping the entire contraption and starting with a blank slate. First order is to retool the Constitution to repair every crack and crevice that the Left has used to pervert it, for example, the "well regulated militia" phrase in 2A, the Anchor Baby excuses they take the 14th Amendment, removing the 13th & 14th Amendment.
Get busy, Constitutional lawyers, and start identifying what must be changed to remove every one of the cockroaches' entry cracks.

If Soros sponsors your AG appointment, does that make you are one of Soros's boy-toys forever, or just until the end of your term or until Soros gets tired of you--whichever comes first? Asking for a friend.

Re #15....he went to Harvard as an affirmative action handout. They aren't required to qualify to get in like other folks, or to qualify by their work while there. Automatic graduation and automatic degree....Affirmative Action means "probably incompetent AND arrogant".

Mr. Bragg is becoming more and more noxious as time passes. He obviously doesn't have the first clue about actual law.
