Pelosi Inverts American Justice System:
Trump Has Right to ‘Prove Innocence’

Original Article

Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) appeared to invert the U.S. justice system in a statement Thursday as she was reacting to news that a Manhattan grand jury had voted to indict former President Donald Trump. Pelosi, the former House speaker, placed the burden of proof in legal cases on defendants, saying that “everyone has the right to a trial to prove innocence” and that the justice system “grants [Trump] that right.” “The Grand Jury has acted upon the facts and the law,” Pelosi wrote on social media. “No one is above the law, and everyone has the right to a trial to prove innocence. Hopefully, the former President will peacefully respect the system,

The smart thing for all Republican candidates to do now is to drop out of the race for president and clear the field for Trump, That would scare the living daylights out of the Democrats to see a completely united Republican Party.

The United States that many of us knew and loved is dead. Period! Anyone telling you differently is simply either blowing smoke or incapable of assessing reality. It would be comforting to believe that all the ills can be laid at the feet of 1 party but unfortunately that is not the case. We have destroyed ourselves from within by allowing people like Pelosi, Schumer, Romney,.... etc. etc. to obtain and remain in power. America now aligns itself with evil (Soros, Fauci, Gates, and WEF (Schwab)) and it embraces and promotes an unnatural order and law that every that every philosophy and religion has condemned from the beginning and this is the LGBQ and Trans movement. Currently, it is very unlikely that the United States will replicate Lazuras.

Furthermore, this fiasco was ordered directly by the senile Joe Biden. No sentient Democrat wanted this, but Biden is so hateful of Trump, that he will do anything to destroy the man. His handlers may have wanted to stop him, but they secretly wanted this too. And here we are, with a communist country.

Unless the wimpy Republicans get their crap together, grow a pair, and go on the offense instead of always being on the defense, one day the country is going to wake up and find that the only recognized and powerful political party in DC that has the ability to win elections, even by way of mass fraud, is a conglomeration of leftist, progressive, and socialist Democrats, who have weaponized the executive agencies of the federal government to their partisan political favor and are always ready and able to use Democrat “law-fare” political persecutions and the liberal media against any “outsider” politician, or political party that dares to get in their way, by opposing the “insider” leftist, progressive, and socialist Democrat political agenda or the corruption perpetrated by DC “swamp” creature politicians, super bureaucrats, or their operatives. Anyone who has not figured that out by now has obviously been living under a rock for the last seven years, or is simply stupid.

She may have given the Republican Party, and Donald Trump, the perfect line of attack in 2024. Many inner-city folks, people of color in particular, have complained about a two-tiered justice system that's stacked against them. How they feel they're guilty until proven innocent. Pressured to take plea deals, etc... Well, Nancy just said the quiet part out loud, and showed how Progressive Democrats feel about people in the justice system - that they need to prove their innocence, not that they're innocent until proven guilty. Use this as a rallying tool, particularly in the African-American and Latino neighborhoods, who feel they don't get a fair shake from the system which is dominated in Progressive Democrat run cities.

When Little Miss Where The Sun Don't Shine took over the Speaker's gavel, she launched a "first 100 days" by barring opposition participation in debates over congressional decisions. That showed the so-called "Democratic Party" leader to be profoundly un-Democratic. In a similar fashion, this statement of Nancy's shows her to be fundamentally unjust, too, since no nation can be just without respecting the principles of Due Process. Hmm, and notice how her obdurate opposition to Catholic doctrines on abortion show her to be non-Catholic. Is there anything about that woman that isn't exactly the opposite of what she claims to be?

Sorry people, the former Speaker, Nancy Pelosi is absolutely right. In the new AMERIKA, conservatives, republicans, anyone who disagrees with the regime is GUILTY UNTIL PROVEN INNOCENT. She said out loud what we all are seeing with our own eyes. Look at the J6 political prisoners and the innocent grandparents and people walking around the Capitol grounds on January 6,2021. They are all guilty. Guilty of what? Doesn't matter. What does matter is many of them do not even possess the means to figure out the charges let alone prove their innocence. The moronic former Speaker is right on. And under our new system of "justice" our beloved Trump will have to prove his innocence, not only on the Bragg case, this but the other outrageous indictments that are sure to come his way. Welcome to the new AMERIKA.

America has officially descended from Ronald Reagan’s “shining city upon the hill” to a banana republic on par with Cuba, Venezuela, or the former Soviet Union. Elected officials from both parties have no interest in slowing America’s decline and most are cheering it on. Just this week, any semblance of fairness, justice, equal protection under the law, and a host of other principles which allowed America to thrive for almost 250 years were thrown out the window. America’s demise didn’t begin this week and can be traced to the days of FDR and then the liberal big-government explosion of the 1960s.

In case you’ve been living under a rock, yesterday, March 31, was proclaimed to be Transgender Day of Visibility. This apparently started back in 2010, though I don’t recall hearing about it until this year. There was some confusion over the name because a group of trans activists had also declared March 31st to be the “transgender day of vengeance.” (That wound up being canceled at the last minute, apparently when people noticed it and started talking about it on social media.)

Like most big cities, Chicago has a crime problem. The city is not unique in that respect, nor is it unique in residents charging the police with racism, brutality, and the targeting of minorities. But Chicago is afflicted with a deadly combination: a police department that walks on eggshells for fear of being accused of brutality, thus making far fewer arrests, and a local prosecutor who believes it’s more important to impose her idea of “restorative justice” than enforce the law. The city’s police department is under a Department of Justice consent decree that does little to address the real, systemic problems on the Chicago police force but adds reams

The two big stories this week illustrate the corruption of the legal system and of the Democrat party, which controls key portions of it. As well, they illustrate the media’s continuing effort to deny us the truth we see with our own eyes. The Indictment of President Trump New York District Attorney Alvin Bragg, Jr. has indicted former President Trump. Arraignment is scheduled on Tuesday. Sometime before then we are likely to see the charges against him, which reportedly -- as is the normal order of weak cases -- run to over 20 counts.
