The tragic shootings in Tennessee this week have unsurprisingly brought out the worst in progressive media. Although three of the victims were children, a fact that should dominate the coverage of such a terrible crime, mainstream outlets have spent an inordinate amount of time lamenting the “increased danger” to transgender people after learning the shooter identified as transgender. Now comes word that one outlet actually went so far as to ban reporters from using the term “transgender” to describe the transgender shooter. CBS is bowdlerizing their reports of the killer's "transgender" (sic) status for the same reason the LGBTQ+ minions are calling for the killer's "manifesto" to be kept from the public. Heaven forfend that the killer might have manifested something that speaks poorly for the entire mixed up sex industry. These sickos want to be approved of, to be celebrated; thus, it is verboten to reveal the perverted fantasies that led to multiple murders in what should have been a safe place. Most of the mainstream media have consciously decided to be on the side of confusion, chaos, and murder. These transsexuals prancing about are enemies of a peaceful society. They should all go back into the closet where they belong. Enough is enough.

We need a new word to replace the completely inappropriate and flatly incorrect term used by leftist activists and media in describing people who disagree with various ideological positions, namely, by attaching "phobia" as a suffix. For example, "transphobia," or "homophobia." None of us "fears" their pet ideological posiitions. Instead, I suggest we start using "disgustia" as a suffix for accuracy. Yes, I know it's not actually a Latin-derived suffix, but I'm hereby coining it for perpetual, royalty-free use by anyone who likes it and thinks it perfectly describes their true feelings. And for me, "transdisgustia" and "homodisgustia" perfectly capture my true feelings. Enjoy.

Two clauses in the First Amendment guarantee freedom of religion. The Establishment Clause prohibits the government from passing legislation to establish an official religion or preferring one religion over another. It enforces the "separation of church and state." However, some governmental activity related to religion has been declared constitutional by the Supreme Court. For example, providing bus transportation for parochial school students and the enforcement of "blue laws" is not prohibited. The Free Exercise Clause prohibits the government, in most instances, from interfering with a person's practice of their religion.

Why would CBS need to "confirm" the transgender status of the shooter? The individual, Audrey/Aidan Hale was "assigned" female at birth, but clearly listed chosen pronouns as he/him. Does CBS wish to argue that Audrey/Aidan was "mistaken" about identifying as male? If that's the case, CBS seems to be questioning the subject's right to to choose male identity, which the subject already settled upon. Over the years we have been taught that only the individual gets to decide what gender to adopt. Does CBS now believe it's OK to question individuals' ability to accurately identify what gender they identify with?

You can be certain that “manifesto” says something the Left wants hidden. Otherwise, it would have been front page headlines the moment they got it. So what are the Left afraid of here? What has made them overcompensate and go on offense? What could be in the manifesto? Could it be that the shooter blames the trans community for going along with her delusions of being a male and then encouraging it? Could it be that she takes large doses of testosterone and reveals that it makes her angry and hostile? What can it be?

America has officially descended from Ronald Reagan’s “shining city upon the hill” to a banana republic on par with Cuba, Venezuela, or the former Soviet Union. Elected officials from both parties have no interest in slowing America’s decline and most are cheering it on. Just this week, any semblance of fairness, justice, equal protection under the law, and a host of other principles which allowed America to thrive for almost 250 years were thrown out the window. America’s demise didn’t begin this week and can be traced to the days of FDR and then the liberal big-government explosion of the 1960s.

The two big stories this week illustrate the corruption of the legal system and of the Democrat party, which controls key portions of it. As well, they illustrate the media’s continuing effort to deny us the truth we see with our own eyes. The Indictment of President Trump New York District Attorney Alvin Bragg, Jr. has indicted former President Trump. Arraignment is scheduled on Tuesday. Sometime before then we are likely to see the charges against him, which reportedly -- as is the normal order of weak cases -- run to over 20 counts. But everyone in the country and most of the people in the wide world know that Donald Trump has not actually been indicted for the crime of giving hush money to a prostitute. He has been indicted for the crime of opposing the Leftist elites and challenging their control over the political system. For the first time in American history, a politician – indeed, a front-running presidential candidate – has been indicted in order to destroy his political chances.
