There is an endless list of factors students consider while choosing a college: size, cost, campus life, proximity to home. But since the U.S. Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade in June — removing nearly 50 years of federal protections for abortions and giving states the right to make the procedure illegal within their jurisdictions — abortion access has become an increasingly influential consideration in students’ college decisions. Of those planning to enroll in an undergraduate program sometime in the next 12 months, 39% said that the court's decision to overturn Roe v. Wade will affect their decision to attend

The precious Gen Z'er wants to move elsewhere to control her body. How about Pakistan or Cameroon? Even the most liberal countries in Europe restrict abortion after 20 weeks.

Well, kiddies, you could always try Canada, Africa (great weather in Congo!), Europe, russia, chicomsville (China), North Korea, Iran, Venezuela, Mexico, Iraq, Afghanistan, or even Ukraine. What's it going to be, kids? Regardless, you sound like you'd be happier someplace else. So leave, then.

The young women claim that "this is a really scary time". What is so scary? You still have full control over your body. In 99.99% of the cases, you choose to take the actions which may result in your pregnancy. To plan you whole life around the possibility of maybe needing an abortion someday because of a possible unwanted pregnancy due to irresponsible actions (99.99% of the time). Don't want to get pregnant, take birth control and don't whore around. If you do get a little to passionate and something happens, there is always the Morning After Pill which is usually available free without a prescription at a pharmacy. Rape and incest fears? Pregnancy resulting from this is rare. Stop living your life in fear of something that is most likely not going to happen unless you allow it to.

When the 2020 presidential campaign was lurching into gear three years ago, former Vice President Joe Biden had led in the polls for months. Still, everyone kind of assumed he was a placeholder, a former office-holder with high name recognition whose campaign would nevertheless go the way of his two previous presidential bids, meaning nowhere. He was dull as dishwater compared to many of the others vying for the nomination, and nobody had ever really considered him presidential timber. As the campaign took off, other candidates were winning in the early states even as Biden still led in national polls.

NEW YORK -- There are new fears that New York City could be hit with a surge of migrants. This week, Title 42, a policy that has kept many asylum seekers from entering the country, is set to expire. Mayor Eric Adams is warning that there could be upwards of 1,000 migrants bused into the city each and every week, if the policy is allowed to expire. It's not clear how he arrived at that number, but it is clear that there is concern the system could be overwhelmed. The U.S.-Mexico border has been packed with migrants desperate to get in.

Remember this story the next time your progressive, blue-haired brother-in-law calls you a “racist” for wanting the southern border closed. WARNING: This story is graphic. Illegal immigrant Luis Saavedra Villa, a 44-year-old registered sex offender with a history of previous deportations, snuck back into our country and raped an 8-year-old girl in Wyoming. Villa kidnapped the young girl and brought her to McDonald’s in his truck while her mother was working. He is a known family acquaintance. After their meal, Villa locked the doors of his truck so his young victim couldn’t escape and violently raped the girl. He then forced her to clean her own blood from his truck.

Travelers will need to obtain a negative PCR test within 48 hours of departure, it said. Currently, travelers entering China need to undergo five days of mandatory quarantine in an approved facility, followed by three days at home.
