Minnesota sued the Trump administration on Monday, asking a court to halt a massive federal immigration operation they claim is unconstitutional, politically motivated and endangering public safety. The lawsuit claims “Operation Metro Surge” has led to racial profiling and disruptions to public life. “The unlawful deployment of thousands of armed, masked, and poorly trained federal agents is hurting Minnesota,” said Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison. “People are being racially profiled, harassed, terrorized, and assaulted."

OK. New plan. Instead of sending federal agents to Minneapolis, let's send them all the criminal illegal aliens we were going to deport. It's a win-win. Taxpayer saves money. Minnesota gets the kind of "citizen" it values most.

I watched their press conference. It was so full of lies, bs, and political spin it was painful. The State leadership in Minnesota has a very uncomfortable spotlight on them right now and there will probably be criminal charges. They seem to be under the mistaken impression that they have power over the Federal government in their State. They most assuredly do not.

There seems to be one positive here. All the criminal illegals will flock to Tampon Tim Land from the other states. Then ICE can make one fell swoop to round them all up and send them to CECOT. Problem solved!

This will be a fun lawsuit to watch. Lets see Walz and Ellison defend criminal illegal aliens from being arrested and deported as required by Federal law. Lets see if a liberal judge will suport their disregard of the laws passed by Congress. Will Walz, Ellison, and the judge ignore the activists and protesters frenzied agitation and interference with federal law enforcement officers in this lawsuit? This will be must see TV.

The U.S. Supreme Court voted 5–4 on Jan. 9 to toss a procedural limit that had prevented a federal inmate from contesting a sentence. The ruling increases the post-conviction legal options of federal prisoners seeking to challenge their sentences. The nation’s highest court sided with petitioner Michael S. Bowe, rejecting a limit backed by the Trump administration on how many times a federal prisoner may challenge the lawfulness of his sentence.

Democrats have rushed to brand a Wednesday shooting involving ICE as “murder” and “state sanctioned execution.” After months of attacks against ICE agents, such rhetoric only serves one purpose: to justify more vigilante violence. Renee Good was fatally shot Wednesday after accelerating her vehicle toward an ICE agent standing in front of it during an encounter in Minneapolis. The ICE agent fired what the Department of Homeland Security described as “defensive shots.” Notably, seconds before the shooting, law enforcement seemingly ordered Good to exit her vehicle — but instead, she tried to flee. Nonetheless, Democrats have recklessly rushed to issue a verdict, that is, that the shooting was “murder.”
