Minnesota sued the Trump administration on Monday, asking a court to halt a massive federal immigration operation they claim is unconstitutional, politically motivated and endangering public safety. The lawsuit claims “Operation Metro Surge” has led to racial profiling and disruptions to public life. “The unlawful deployment of thousands of armed, masked, and poorly trained federal agents is hurting Minnesota,” said Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison. “People are being racially profiled, harassed, terrorized, and assaulted."

The U.S. Supreme Court voted 5–4 on Jan. 9 to toss a procedural limit that had prevented a federal inmate from contesting a sentence. The ruling increases the post-conviction legal options of federal prisoners seeking to challenge their sentences. The nation’s highest court sided with petitioner Michael S. Bowe, rejecting a limit backed by the Trump administration on how many times a federal prisoner may challenge the lawfulness of his sentence.

Regardless of how you feel about the Federal Reserve Board, I think we would all agree the construct of an autonomous central bank is outside the boundaries of our constitutional framework. Factually, the Sea Island financial group set up the Federal Reserve as a system of control over the U.S. economy that was completely unnecessary. (snip)Last year facing ridiculous cost overruns, congress questioned Powell over the insane spending proposal by Powell for a new office building. Chairman Powell characterized the construction changes that escalated the cost of the project from $1.9 billion to $2.5 billion as ‘minor modifications.’ That’s $2.5 billions of taxpayer money.

I first read and listened to the following account a few days ago and hesitated to share the story because what was described sounded surreal. However, White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt has also shared these details giving the account some level of potential authenticity that did not exist before. What is described about the attack on the compound of Nicolas Maduro is quite remarkable. All electronic countermeasures, including radar were rendered ineffective after initial U.S. military strikes. Then a wave of drones moved in and began targeting specific infrastructure.

Since then, officials have collected 1,101 packs of unsolicited seeds delivered to 109 locations across the state, the agency said in a Jan. 5 statement.(snip).“At a glance, this might seem like a small problem, but this is serious business,” Texas Agriculture Commissioner Sid Miller said in the statement. “The possible introduction of an invasive species to the state via these seeds poses real risks to Texas families and the agriculture industry.”
Any Democrat Accusing ICE Of ‘Murder’

Democrats have rushed to brand a Wednesday shooting involving ICE as “murder” and “state sanctioned execution.” After months of attacks against ICE agents, such rhetoric only serves one purpose: to justify more vigilante violence. Renee Good was fatally shot Wednesday after accelerating her vehicle toward an ICE agent standing in front of it during an encounter in Minneapolis. The ICE agent fired what the Department of Homeland Security described as “defensive shots.” Notably, seconds before the shooting, law enforcement seemingly ordered Good to exit her vehicle — but instead, she tried to flee. Nonetheless, Democrats have recklessly rushed to issue a verdict, that is, that the shooting was “murder.”

Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei took aim at President Donald Trump in a series of posts on X, accusing him of having Iranian blood on his hands. “The U.S. President who judges arrogantly about the whole world should know that tyrants & arrogant rulers of the world, such as Pharaoh, Nimrod, Mohammad Reza [Pahlavi] (the former shah) & other such rulers saw their downfall when they were at the peak of their hubris. The scandal surrounding Somali-linked welfare fraud in Minnesota has been festering for more than a decade. For years, it lingered as an open secret, quietly discussed and carefully avoided. That era has ended. The Trump administration is going to turn a blind eye to it in the way other past administrations have in the past. In an exclusive interview, Christopher Rufo and Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent laid out just how vast the problem has become — and why Minnesota is just the tip of the iceberg because what the Treasury Department has uncovered is worse than most people realize.

Earlier this week, President Donald Trump cautioned that if the regime forces “start killing people,” the U.S. will “hit them really hard.” Iran has so far decided to ignore President Trump’s warnings and has toughened its stance.

U.S. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent was told over the weekend that a new Nick Shirley video being released soon - maybe even as early as Monday — is "ten times worse" than the "Quality Learing Center" daycare scam. In Shirley's previous video, he and his source, David Hoch, who has been investigating this billion-dollar-plus scam for years, discovered multiple daycare centers in one building without children in them for years. And this is where Hoch says is the heart of the ongoing continuing criminal enterprise. Hoch says the new video will show that most of these companies are Somali-owned, and his and Shirley's visit to these companies found zero companies.
