Over the summer, a young DOGE staffer was viciously attacked by two D.C.-area teens. The perpetrators went before the D.C. Superior Court and were given probation and sent home. This is par for the course in the District of Columbia courts, (snip)They’re a mess in large part due to far-left judges who are selected through a system that disempowers the president who appoints them. While this is a serious problem, there are some ways around it.

I first read and listened to the following account a few days ago and hesitated to share the story because what was described sounded surreal. However, White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt has also shared these details giving the account some level of potential authenticity that did not exist before. What is described about the attack on the compound of Nicolas Maduro is quite remarkable. All electronic countermeasures, including radar were rendered ineffective after initial U.S. military strikes.
Then a wave of drones moved in and began targeting specific infrastructure.

State authorities first became aware of this issue in February 2025, when a resident in Clute reported that a package from an unknown sender in China contained “unidentified seeds and a liquid container,” according to the Texas Department of Agriculture.
Since then, officials have collected 1,101 packs of unsolicited seeds delivered to 109 locations across the state, the agency said in a Jan. 5 statement.(snip).“At a glance, this might seem like a small problem, but this is serious business,” Texas Agriculture Commissioner Sid Miller said in the statement.
“The possible introduction of an invasive species to the state via these seeds poses real risks to Texas families and the agriculture industry.”

Democrats have rushed to brand a Wednesday shooting involving ICE as “murder” and “state sanctioned execution.” After months of attacks against ICE agents, such rhetoric only serves one purpose: to justify more vigilante violence.
Renee Good was fatally shot Wednesday after accelerating her vehicle toward an ICE agent standing in front of it during an encounter in Minneapolis. The ICE agent fired what the Department of Homeland Security described as “defensive shots.” Notably, seconds before the shooting, law enforcement seemingly ordered Good to exit her vehicle — but instead, she tried to flee.
Nonetheless, Democrats have recklessly rushed to issue a verdict, that is, that the shooting was “murder.”

The Iranian regime signaled it was preparing for a crackdown on protesters on Jan. 9, after earlier shutting off internet and phone access across the country.
Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei took aim at President Donald Trump in a series of posts on X, accusing him of having Iranian blood on his hands.
“The U.S. President who judges arrogantly about the whole world should know that tyrants & arrogant rulers of the world, such as Pharaoh, Nimrod, Mohammad Reza [Pahlavi] (the former shah) & other such rulers saw their downfall when they were at the peak of their hubris. He too will fall,” Khamenei wrote.

The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) suspended payments for all federal food programs in Minnesota and Minneapolis Friday over alleged fraud and abuse of federal funds statewide.
“Enough is enough!” USDA Secretary Brooke Rollins posted on X, announcing the suspension. “The Trump administration has uncovered massive fraud in Minnesota and Minneapolis—billions siphoned off by fraudsters. And those in charge have zero plan to fix it.”
The agency plans to suspend all payments of federal financial awards to the state and city—totalling about $130 million—until state and local officials provide documentation detailing expenditures and transactions for the past year, Rollins said.

While the accomplice media go about making the next “Maryland Man” out of the Minneapolis woman fatally shot after allegedly trying to ram an ICE agent with her vehicle, more details are emerging about the radical life and times of Renee Nicole Good.
As the New York Post reports, the 37-year-old woman was known as an anti-ICE “warrior” in a group called “ICE Watch.” The Post describes the resistance movement as a “loose coalition of activists dedicated to disrupting ICE raids” in sanctuary city Minneapolis.

Minneapolis police officers, including Chief Brian O’Hara, were attacked and chased out of a downtown area by violent anti-ICE rioters on Friday night.
Officers were seen in video footage from the riot abandoning the streets, leaving the area under the control of leftist anarchists who have been protesting federal immigration enforcement operations.
Riots have escalated in the wake of the fatal shooting of Renee Nicole Good, a radical anti-ICE activist, who nearly mowed down an agent with her vehicle last week.

During the energy roundtable, Secretary Rubio made remarks outlining the three phases within the U.S. policy toward Venezuela. Essentially the core of the policy is: (1) Stabilization; (2) Transition, and (3) a Return to sovereign representative democracy.
The initial phase is ‘stabilization,’ where the U.S. government is working with existing leadership in Venezuela under tight controls and clear expectations. Reconciliation of political factions is supported. The U.S. leverage is maintained by financial and economic control, provided by the threat of U.S. military. Venezuela’s oil production pays for U.S. oversight.
The second phase involves ‘transition’, where the civic and governing responsibilities are shared between the existing Venezuelan leadership and aligned

The eruption of astroturfed outrage involving the organized leftist agitators and the self-defense shooting by an ICE official is a redo of a familiar pattern. The players are all the same.
From the fabrications around the shooting death of Trayvon Martin, forward to the shooting of Michael Brown, to the ridiculous claims of brutality against Freddie Grey or George Floyd, the same people now aligned to beatify or canonize Renee Good all have the same agenda.RevCom, Weather Underground, Anarchists, Occupy Wall Street, BLM or Antifa, they all follow the domestic communist playbook of social disruption.

One of Beijing’s most notorious influence operations in Western academia came cloaked under the guise of traditional culture and under the name of Chinese sage Confucius.
Those entities—state-sponsored Chinese language programs called Confucius Institutes operating on American campuses—have since been exposed as a Trojan horse for Beijing’s propaganda, and most have shut down across the United States.
But another lesser-known cradle of influence in the Western academic world remains in place, hiding in plain sight under an innocuous acronym: CSSA.
CSSAs, or Chinese Students and Scholars Associations, are found acrossAmerican campuses and act as a ready lever for Beijing to virtually hold Chinese students hostage, say activists, former club leaders, and experts.
