Liberal judge Susan Crawford has won Wisconsin's high-stakes state Supreme Court race, beating her conservative opponent Brad Schimel late Tuesday evening, according to NBC News and CNN. Her win comes despite billionaire Elon Musk pouring around $20 million into the Badger State race in attempts to see Schimel win and Crawford defeated. The entrepreneur had protested what he called "activist judges" and sought to reinforce President Donald Trump and Republican's popularity. With spending on both sides combined, this race broke records for the country's most expensive court race. The final tally could surpass $100 million.

The Associated Press projects that Dane County Circuit Court Judge Susan Crawford will defeat Brad Schimel, a former state attorney general who currently serves as a state circuit court judge in Waukesha County. Schimel, the conservative-aligned candidate in the race, was endorsed by President Donald Trump.

House Republicans can breathe a small sigh of relief as they've held onto the House seat vacated by former Rep. Matt Gaetz in Florida's special election. The GOP pulled out a narrow win in the House in November, hanging onto the majority with 222 seats. The good news is that Donald Trump also won the presidential election. The bad news is that he then needed to stock his Cabinet — and that meant tapping several GOP members of Congress, including Gaetz (initially selected by Trump to serve as U.S. Attorney General) and now-National Security Advisor Mike Waltz (CD-6), which further narrowed the GOP majority. While the number of the (often frivolous) legal challenges filed against the Trump Administration is utterly ridiculous, the Fake News Media says very little about the Trump Administration’s victories, while rulings against the Trump Administrationg are relentlessly reported. In this article, I will shine some light on a few more of the Trump Administration’s important legal victories. Among the recent victories are cases involving Refugee Resettlement, efforts to dox (obtain the identities) of DOGE personnel and efforts to block DOGE personnel from working on the dismantling of the rogue agency USAID.

While Democrats were busy hyperventilating over the nothingburger “Signal scandal,” President Donald Trump quietly took an action that could do more to drain the swamp – and Democratic Party finances – than any other action he’s taken to date. On Thursday, Trump signed an executive order that ends collective bargaining rights for most federal workers, a move that “is a magnitude of tenfold on what they’ve done so far on their attack of the federal workforce and the labor movement,” Cathy Creighton, director of Cornell University’s Industrial and Labor Relations Buffalo Co-Lab, told the Washington Post. Protests used to be really something in America. Back in the anti-war 70s, college kids and young adults were protesting continued U.S. involvement in Vietnam, and it was effective enough to alter the direction of the country. Those same hippies are now grandparents and great-grandparents, if they're still alive. You might guess that a lot of their grandkids are the ones protesting Elon Musk and Tesla, Donald Trump, ICE, and whatever else they think is wrong. But that doesn't seem to be the case most of the time. Many are foreign nationals here on a student visa. A lot of them are paid protesters.

What happens when we find out that much of what we believed or assumed is completely wrong? One of the greatest accomplishments in entertainment history remains Orson Welles War of the Worlds. His 1938 production was so skillful, so brilliantly produced that hundreds if not thousands of people believed that Earth had been invaded by Martians and ran from their homes in terror. Welles had to reassure listeners that the radio broadcast was only a program and that there was no fighting between the aliens and US army forces. How did those who drove out of New Jersey in panic feel when they were finally convinced that the whole thing

The Atlantic thought they could get a scalp with the Signal story involving top Trump officials discussing anti-Houthi operations. That chat, which was held on an encrypted, government-approved messenger app, accidentally added the publication’s editor and notorious anti-Trump writer Jeffrey Goldberg, who claimed classified information was divulged. It was not, and no one cared because we know the publication peddled in myth. The DC bubble is not the people. It barely dented Trump’s approval rating. When the usual anti-Trump critics come to full froth, it’s usually over nothing. Again, the people know Trump now;

Deportations by Immigration and Customs Enforcement surged above 100,000 since President Trump returned to the White House in January — as he maintains his promise to boot illegal migrants, alleged gangbangers and suspected terrorists from the United States, The Post has learned. ICE officials have made 113,000 arrests and carried out “north of” 100,000 deportations since Trump’s Jan. 20 inauguration, a Department of Homeland Security source told The Post Monday. “He’s doing what he was voted in to do. Point blank!” an ICE source said.

Federal District Judge Edward Chen, a Barack Obama appointee, took his turn at playing President of the United States on Monday. Chen blocked President Trump from ending the temporary protected status for 350,000 Venezuelan illegal migrants. Judge Chen’s move is a godsend to the estimated 350,000 Venezuelans who entered the country illegally. Many of these same illegal migrants have been wreaking havoc across the US since they entered the country under Joe Biden. Judge Chen wants these illegals to stick around a while longer.

A United States appeals court rejected a request from the Trump administration to be allowed to enforce its ban on transgender-identifying individuals serving in the U.S. military. The Trump administration filed an appeal with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit after U.S. District Judge Benjamin Settle “issued a preliminary injunction putting on hold the military’s new policy of identifying and discharging any transgender service members,” according to Reuters. In its appeal of Settle’s ruling, the Trump administration asked the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit “to put the ruling on hold,” according to the outlet.

Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem acknowledged Monday that she was trying to send a message to migrant gang members and the American people when she was filmed and photographed inside El Salvador’s notorious mega-prison last week. “People need to see that image,” Noem said of the striking pictures of her surrounded by rows of tattooed inmates standing obediently inside their crammed cells at the Terrorism Confinement Center (CECOT) in El Salvador. “They need to see that the United States is going to use every tool that we have to make our communities safer, that that is a consequence of someone who is a terrorist,”
