Paul Ryan, a member of the Fox Corporation Board of Directors, will not vote for former President Donald Trump, he told Yahoo on Tuesday at the Milken Institute Global Conference. Ryan’s pledge is his latest attack against the America First movement. In April he praised House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) for his leadership at a time when the Speaker’s actions permitted Democrats to seize control of the House. Ryan said he will write in a Republican candidate, as he did “last time.” He did not specify any particular person.

Why can't Ryan and his friend, Mitt Romney, just go on with their own lives, and forget their obsession with Trump? Why do we need to be told ever often that they don't like Trump? We have gotten it already!

Once again, the self righteous, holier than thought moral purity police RINOS come out claiming that they can't/won't vote for someone because they don't have the proper temperament. They might agree with their policies 100% and have an excellent track record of accomplishments, but Ryan feels he isn't moral enough. If only we could all be as holy and righteous as RINOS like Ryan and Romney (Republicans would never win)!

It's obvious, Paul Ryan is not a reliable or dependable Republican. Democrats love people like Paul since they need 1 less vote to win, and winning, which means governing, is all Democrats care about.

California Senate passes ban on parental

The California Senate passed a bill that would ban parental notification for gender changes in public TK-12 and provide more resources to increase parental support of LGBTQ pupils. While parents broadly support disclosure rules and have approved them in many school districts, state leaders, including the attorney general — who has supported lawsuits against districts with disclosure rules — say these efforts harm transgender children. In the past year, school districts across California have adopted measures requiring parents to be notified if their children request to officially change their pronouns, go by a different name, or use facilities or school programs for children of the opposite gender.

The motion, introduced by Senator Scott Wiener (D-San Francisco), would make California the first state in the nation to enact the safety requirement, which is similar to a law in the European Union that is set to take effect in July.

Smith reopened Atilis Gym, arguing that the lockdown orders were unconstitutional and harmful to small businesses. The confrontation escalated in July 2020 when police officers forcefully arrested Smith for repeatedly violating the state’s shutdown orders. Officers, including K-9 units, burst through the gym’s doors and arrested the owners for defying the governor’s directives.

How might we change the premise of Social Security to make it fully funded, more equitable, and sustainable indefinitely? Social Security is societal insurance, not an individual retirement plan. It’s intended to protect individuals against income loss due to retirement, disability, or death. It supports disabled individuals, survivors, and children and reduces poverty. Social Security protects taxpayers across American society. Without Social Security, millions would face poverty, straining families and state and local governments, increasing inequality, and destabilizing the economy.
