With Nikki Haley disintegrating and being discarded like a floppy paper straw foisted upon us by the same kind of unsatisfied suburban wine women she hoped to use to win the nomination, it’s time to look ahead at Donald Trump’s options for his second Veep.
I’ll save you time – Mike Pence is not on the list. Oh, if he had only just done his job and sat there being pious and sober, but instead, he had to try to be Mitt without the edge. During Trump 1.0, Pence fulfilled the requirements of a modern Veep – the Veep used to be the campaign assassin,

Trump may again pick the wrong person, as he did so many times with cabinet picks. He still has RINO advisers around him like he did during his presidency. Ramaswamy is not a good pick. He said whatever staunch conservatives wanted to hear.

My first choice would be Ron DeSantis. But! I don't think he would accept the job. Second choice would be Bob O'Brien. Trump could give him the Border and know it would be whipped into shape in no time. Then he could go to work on the many other messes that the Biden Administration left for us! he would be an Excellent VP and yes, even an Excellent President down the Road!

I had never even heard of Pence before Trump picked him. My worry is Trump has such a bad track records with key hires. I am praying he has someone he listens too this time helping guide him on staff. And fire all of Biden/0bama/Clintons people buried everywhere in the goverment jobs ASAP! Clean house.

Sarah Hickabee Sanders would be a great choice, but I think that perhaps Tim Scott would bring a lot of votes with him. Ben Carson would be wonderful, too, and way smarter than Scott.

#3 I think Pence was the one picked by the RNC and was planted as a mole. Trump didn't know then how deep the corruption was. He knows now.

Gotta pick someone who can win POTUS in 2028.
Carson (wonderful man) is too old. Back to HUD to find the budget discrepancies.
Vivek to be czar (no Senate confirmation) as Budget Reduction Analyst.
Tulsi -something with the VA. She can be useful but not controversial.
Tucker Carlson- interim press secretary

Looking at it through the lens of 2028, there are several good picks here. So far I like Kristi Noem, but could be talked into Rand Paul and Kari Lake.
No matter what, the choice is his, not mine. As long as he's on the ballot thats who I'm voting for. Only Hillary or Nancy as veep would change that.

I'd love to see Winsome Sears, but Kari Lake might be a safer choice. I don't like Kristi Noem much.

I'd like to see Sarah Huckaby Sanders get the nod. She did an awesome job in Trump's first administration. She's done a nice job as Governor of Arkansas. My second choice would be Senator Tom Cotton.

Don't worry about VP choice until summer. It's too early for cheap speculation.

Noem is sleeping with Landowski, Sanders is Governor of Arkansas foolish to cut her legs off, Tim Scott maybe, Kari Lake maybe, Gen Flynn good choice, Vivek is a fighter, he'll do.

I think Kurt is pretty much right on about all of the names he mentioned as possible vice president candidates. My choices still remain the same, mainly because they would govern pretty much like Trump and could easily take over in 2028. They are DeSantis because of his governing in the great state of Florida, but there's the two candidates in the same state. I hadn't thought about Robert O'Brien, but he does sound like an excellent choice. Third would be J.D. Vance. He is young, but he would be a much better choice than Ramaswamy. Both Vance and DeSantis spoke against Trump at various times, but I think Trump is big enough to forget that because our country is at stake. Ramaswamy would bring less to the ticket than Tim Scott; seem too eager to want the job and wouldn't help the ticket, in my humble opinion.

Noem would be a disastrous choice per her documented extramarital activities with Landowski.

Why is a conservative who will not stab Trump in the back so hard?

Ron Desantis showed hiis true character and quickly alined with the elites. Promised to be gov of Florida--filed to run for President. He is not trustworthy. Does not keep his promises.
I could never trust him to not sell out for political gains.
Amazing to me that anyone could think that President Trump would ever consider a back stabber like him.

Trump mini-me or not, my choice is Vivek Ramaswamy. Besides everything he said when he was still running, you can be assured that when it comes down to it, he will never stab President Trump in the back, as did Pence!!
