House Democrats, with the help of a small group of Republicans, on Monday successfully blocked an effort led by Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, R-Ga., to impeach Homeland Security Sec. Alejandro Mayorkas in a straight up or down vote. The final vote tally was 209-201, with eight Republicans joining all Democrats in support of the latter party's motion to stop that floor vote, and instead refer the impeachment resolution introduced by Greene to the House Homeland Security Committee. Twenty-four members — 12 Democrats and 12 Republicans — did not vote on the measure.

That's not 8 Republicans. That's 8 Democrats who checked off the wrong box on the party form. And 12 more who are too cowardly to vote. It wouldn't have required any real courage to get rid of that horrible person who has made it abundantly clear his goal is to destroy our border and culture.

It really does not matter if Mayorkis is impeached of not, as the Democrat Senate will not remove him from office as long as Biden tells his old Senate buddy McConnell that he and the rest of the wimpy Republican RINOS should show ”bipartisanship” by voting with Democrat moves to keep Mayorkis in office. Beyond that if Mayorkis is impeached and removed from office, Biden and his crew will just appoint a new highly partisan Mayorkis type to replace the current Mayorkis. In order to change and halt Biden’s “open borders” and phony asylum claims that are now up in the millions filed by so-called migrants or asylum seekers (illegal aliens) who came unlawfully into the USA for economic purposes (to take a U.S. job) and thus do not qualify for asylum under U.S. law, the wimpy Republicans are going to have to win the 2024 Presidential Election. The highly politically partisan reason that Biden and the Democrats are allowing mass uncontrolled illegal immigration into the USA, is that while knowing that well over 90% of the incoming illegal aliens are not lawfully and legitimately eligible for asylum in the USA, so instead Biden and Democrats intend that Congress, the Democrats and RINOS there, grant amnesty to and place all illegal aliens on a “path to citizenship” legalization program that will be designed by the Democrats to transform as many of them as possible into future leftist and socialist Democrat supporters and voters in the years ahead.

The Biden administration is extending a sanctions waiver that will allow Iran continued access to $10 billion in previously frozen assets, The Associated Press reported Tuesday. The four-month extension will allow Iran continued access to previously frozen $10 billion in electricity revenues for humanitarian aid, according to the AP. Critics of the Biden administration have said that giving Iran to access frozen funds will free up money in Tehran’s money reserves and allow them to carry on sponsoring terrorism. The sanctions waiver will authorize Iraq to continue purchasing electricity services from Iran and give Tehran access to the billions in payments currently stored in the Iraqi banks, according to the AP.

A group of approximately six thieves that looked to be young boys raided a large walk-in delivery truck after the driver left the door wide open. They frantically grabbed boxes as the female driver watched from a nearby sidewalk and did nothing. She appeared to be fed up with the robbers that snuck up on her while she delivered other packages in an apartment complex that is believed to be in Atlanta, Georgia. It is unclear exactly what was stolen from the truck and who the thieves were.

The musician announced she is teaming up with PEN America to combat what the nonprofit calls a "book-banning crisis across the country." Some may blame video games, others the music. Some may lay the problem at the feet of years of progressive education and politics, while still others point to the prevalence of social media. Some will point out that the nuclear family has been atomized over the ages through sexual liberation, federal intervention, and feminism. Others will look to conservatives who dithered about taxes while the country rotted from the inside. More than likely, it was all of the above that contributed to the chaos that reigns in the United States. To a certain degree, cops have always faced a certain level of animus.
