Zuckerberg vs. Musk wasn’t exactly going to be the MMA Fight of the Century. “In this corner, we have a 39-year-old father of three, weighing in at a lean 155 pounds and best known for his combative pursuit of a virtual reality where people only recently got legs… MARK ZUCKBERG! Zuck wants everyone to know Musk chickened out, but Zuck, an unsalvageable leftist, does what all leftists do: project. The "X" (formerly Twitter) post by Musk almost made my noontime tea come out my nose. "He [Zuckerberg] can't eat at chick fil a because that would be cannibalism." ROTFLMAO These challenge matches don't always turn out as expected. I dimly recall a fight between the undefeated (28-0) kickboxer Rick Rufus, who faced an incredibly hard-headed Thai fighter who had basically one attack: kick Rufus in his lead leg (the right leg, since Rufus fought from a southpaw stance) all fight long. Rufus scored two quick knockdowns with spectacular head kicks in the first round, and might have finished the fight if he had had a few more seconds in the first round. But the Thai's head cleared between rounds, and he came out in the second round still low kicking the hell out of Rufus's right leg, which began to hurt. Rufus started dancing around on a circle, trying to protect his damn leg, but the Thai kept kicking him and kicking him, cutting his leg out from under him and putting him down. Third round was worse for Rufus, who was nearly crying out in agony as the Thai gentleman kept kicking his leg. Finally in the fourth round, Rufus went down for good after absorbing a final vicious kick to his right leg, and was taken to the hospital, seriously injured. KO to the leg. Soon after, Rufus started training in Thai conditioning and Thai techniques until he has by now become the foremost teacher of Thai fighting outside Thailand. Rufus learned his lesson well. You never know who you're fighting until you get into the ring.

The world of U.S. election fraud tactics changed forever -- in the most fundamental of ways -- last week with the Gateway Pundit publication of the alleged 2020 Michigan ballot manufacturing factory. Days later, the Michigan Secretary of State confirmed that indeed this event did take place, adding a little different spin -- the system caught this fraud before it impacted an election. Interesting that now, three years later, an admitted massive election fraud event did occur -- yet not one person has been jailed. Not one prosecuted. Not one indicted. Crickets! One would think Michigan would have announced such a “catch.”

Happy Tuesday, dear Kruiser Morning Briefing friends. (Snip) Well, it happened again: I had to reset my “Days Since Donald Trump Has Been Indicted” wall counter back to “0” yesterday. It is beyond surreal that the Democrats are hell-bent on punishing Donald Trump for questioning the results of an election by proving that they are willing to go to any lengths to tamper with an election. This time they’re making sure that they get a huge head start. Chris posted a copy of the indictment here. It’s also laughable that this is happening in Fulton County, Ga., which is basically Philadelphia South when it comes to something not smelling right

The Biden DOJ keeps hitting Donald Trump with new indictments, including one that could possibly draw the draw the death penalty. These mounting attacks on the former president have drawn comparisons to a banana republic or third world dictatorship. A new development suggests a different dynamic is in play. Former U.S. Attorney General William Barr was recently asked if he would be willing to testify against Trump. “Of course,” Barr responded. Special Counsel Jack Smith’s case was “challenging,” but Barr does not think it “runs afoul of the First Amendment.” That runs afoul of Bruce Thornton, who makes a strong case that quashing free speech is what

While campaigning for president, Joe Biden adamantly denied any involvement in his son Hunter’s business dealings. By Biden’s own words, he was careful to keep Hunter’s foreign business deals separate so as not to give the impression of impropriety that could raise questions. But he can’t do that anymore. The amount of damning evidence that has come out has made that impossible, and now, a large majority of Americans believe Joe Biden and his son Hunter broke the law by selling foreign influence. “Fully 63 percent of voters say the president breached the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA), which obliges people to declare foreign interests,
Of Course the Climate Has Always Been Changing 9 replies

Climate is the description of the long-term pattern of weather in a particular area, according to NASA. We think of Florida or Aruba having a warmer climate, compared to Maine or Canada. Weather is short term, whereas climate is long term. As NASA explains: The difference between weather and climate is a measure of time. Weather is what conditions of the atmosphere are over a short period of time, and climate is how the atmosphere "behaves" over relatively long periods of time. What is meant by “long periods of time”? Given the Earth’s age of around 4.5 billion years, one might think these long periods of time should be in the millions of years.

Fani Willis, the Fulton County, Georgia, District Attorney, is seemingly intent upon being the next Alvin Bragg, as she busily puts together an indictment based on questionable facts, currently mysterious legal theories, and, most importantly, leaks to the media. It’s the last that concerns us today because CNN is very excited: On January 7, the outlet strongly imply, Donald Trump’s team, everyone from Rudy Guiliani to Sidney Powell, hacked into, or oversaw someone else hacking into, the Coffee County election software. Except that, according to CNN itself, that’s not what happened. The story has a scream headline: “Exclusive: Georgia prosecutors have messages showing Trump’s team is behind voting system breach.”

The Illinois Supreme Court has found that a ban on assault weapons, passed after the hysteria generated by the July 4 mass killing in Highland Park, Ill., is legal. A lower court ruled that the law was “facially” unconstitutional because exemptions denied the “law-abiding public” equal protections. But the Supreme Court challenged the standing of the plaintiffs — not the unconstitutionality of the law. They allowed the ban to take effect. Justice Elizabeth Rochford wrote, “First, we hold that the exemptions neither deny equal protection nor constitute special legislation because plaintiffs have not sufficiently alleged that they are similarly situated to and treated differently from the exempt classes. Second, plaintiffs expressly waived

Trump is ineligible to be president under a provision of the Constitution that bars people who have engaged in an insurrection from holding government office. Currently, Joe Biden’s creepy, handsy, sniffing behavior is limited to the little children who get too close to him. And this conduct is newsworthy because it’s disgusting, especially when the head of the American state engages in it. However, it’s worth remembering that Biden has been credibly accused of sexual assault and has a decades-long reputation for grabbing grown women. Now, former Massachusetts Senator Scott Brown has reminded us that he once had to threaten to “kick the s***” out of Biden when the latter groped Brown’s wife. The MeToo movement was an effort to destroy Trump. It failed and, indeed, backfired. It turned out that a whole lot
