Class Struggle.

Donald Trump had hardly made it down the escalator in 2015 by the time political commentators had begun to search for ways to explain away his appeal to the public. Eight years later, the search continues — and the stubborn persistence of What’s The Matter With Kansas? reduxes suggests that most of it has been in vain. For most of the people who prognosticate about politics for a living, Trump is every bit as much of an enigma today as he was when he first announced his candidacy.

Because he is a street fighter and that's what we need to fix the mess we are in. He's not part of the swamp. That's all the reason we need.

I have four degrees including one on the Dean’s list at the top most Business School in the world. Three of my Professors were Nobel winners. How much more educational achievement do you want? I have been an ardent Trump supporter for one reason. Honesty. Other politicians are all crooks. And analysts and commentators who unfairly attack him are worse!

Good article. Trying to peg Trump voters as uneducated, unsuccessful and resentful is missing the real reason people vote for Trump by a mile. Trump is the only one willing to unapologetically stand against our country's downward slide, with unchecked immigration, rampant inflation, unprosecuted crimes in our cities, child mutilation by woke parents. billions of tax dollars diverted to fight a war in Ukraine with no accountability, the weaponization of the Justice Department, the jettisoning of the First Amendment for speech that the government does not like and the Democrats' rabid lust for power by any means.

The Self Dealing Elites who very publicly are going to save the world and make a huge profit on it wonder why we don't like them as they foul our institutions and turn the justice system and police loose on anyone who objects.
So of course we like the guy who is trying to stop them, to shut them down. And he's the underdog.

they obviously think touting their 'success' w/Bidenomics is a winner, so out of touch are they. and how low they estimate our reasoning capabilities. so they are campaigning all wrong and should, by all rights and according to legal voting standards, bite the dust Big Time. yes, we do want our America back: where criminals go to jail and victims get justice; where the accused is considered innocent until proven guilty; where Lady Justice is blindfolded; where differing viewpoints and religions are respected and preserved via the Bill of Rights; where the life of the innocent is precious; where Israel is our ally and not the 51st state; where gender is a matter of following the science of biology; where rights fought hard for by women over the last 50 years are not stolen by transgender extremists; where our schools are academies of learning and mind-broadening and not indoctrination centers; where parents and citizens are not vassals of the state, and maintain the right to direct not only how families are to be raised, but also what our representatives should be concerned with; where our history instructs us where we were bold and amazing, and where we went wrong, instructing our forward actions on how we want to improve; where the flag and the Constitution are aspirational, inspiring us and guiding us to achieve an always better America. so, at this time of our lives, in our land, per the national anthem, we must be 'brave' in order to be 'free.'

Why is Trump popular? Trump is our modern day Paul Revere. He comes to warn us of pending disaster in our government. He can speak for hours without notes. This is a rare gift similar to Reagan. He tells it like it is without embellishment. Yes he a little gruff in his delivery...but his motives are always for the good of the country. Because he has already made his fortune he does not crave personal wealth. Unlike the movie "A few good men"..."we Can handle the truth". The left hates him for this and he must be personally and financially destroyed.

I'd add that there is something primal in our loyalty to this man: every instinct tells us that we recognize ourselves in him and choose to cast our lot with him as our fearless, steady, steely-eyed natural leader. our Top Dog. He IS us, having nothing whatsoever to do with the trappings of wealth or celebrity.
He is my next-door neighbor who would be the first at my side should need or peril fall upon me or my family. He sees what must be done, and does it with no thought of glory or reward. He shares my love of this country, and sacrifices himself to protect it at great cost and peril to himself. He's a real man, put here at this time for a reason. He has earned my loyalty.

Because it appears that he's the only honest man left in the country who might possibly be able to clean out the DC Unitparty Deep State Criminal Cabal which has taken over our government and is running it into a totalitarian disaster.

When you look at Biden’s cabinet, the economy, world affairs, inflation, JD investigating Parents & Catholics, schools under performing, increase in crime, low morale in the military, one sided justice, election fraud, high taxes….people want to go back to 2020!

Prior to the 2020 election, one of my siblings asked me why I liked Trump. I replied, look at the alternative. It is not about liking Trump.
