Pregnant Race Hoax Victim to Sue for Defamation

Go after everyone involved, including her employer, as they believed the race hustlers. Oh an really go after the race hustlers, get every last nickel and dime they have. As this happened in NYC, she may not get a fair jury. Just ask 45.

I feel bad for the employer. Suing people for being spineless seems cruel.

This is how the government and their partners in the media have caused so much racial divide. Everyone blasting this woman did not know the facts but they were fine with painting her a racist prematurely. In fact, they were gleeful. She was white. Her attackers were black, therefore she must be lying. I hope she sues everyone involved in damaging her reputation because she deserves it and she will not shake this incident. It will follow her throughout her life. Regardless of what the facts show now, there are people who will call her racist and may even harass or attack her personally in the future. The hospital should be on their knees begging her forgiveness. All they had to do is wait for the evidence to come out but they were so afraid of the woke mob that they were willing to allow one of their employees to be defamed and called racist than suffer through what the mob had in store for them. Cowards. This knee-jerk reaction must stop because time after time it has been proven to be incorrect. We have multiple examples of white people being innocent but tried in the court of public opinion without proof of any racial bias on their part. Through this ongoing process, it is creating animosity by people who see such devastating bias. The victim is forever labeled as a racist and but accuser never pays the price for being a liar and accusing someone of racial hatred. Do we remember those people? No, but instead of the black community apologizing, they double down and believe this woman is still at fault even after the truth is revealed. When right is wrong and good is evil, we are in deep trouble in this country. Despite the flack we receive, we must always stand for truth regardless of skin color. However, far too many in the country want a whole swath of people to be exempted from the rules the rest of us respect and follow. This is a disaster in the making and it will not end well. Americans are fair minded people but they will not tolerate injustice forever. There will come a tipping point and frankly, people of every hue are fed up.

Everywhere we see people suing for this or that, as though the activity will accomplish anything, other than financially or to the prestige of the attorneys involved. The “victim” , if there actually is one, never actually benefits from the result, whatever it may be, and is meaningless in any event. Even Rinktum, usually clear minded, is encouraging it. The situation is clear on its face, and no amount of litigation will improve it.

Documentary and video evidence demonstrates the …youths timed an abusive interaction with PA Comrie to align with her releasing by payment a public rental bicycle, to commandeer it without they themselves paying for it. Then these minority …youths verbally abused PA Comrie, using the politically-incorrect term, “retarded,” to refer to her unborn child. Their affect was one of ridicule, they laughed at the predicament in which they had placed PA Comrie by outnumbering her and appropriating her bike rental at a vulnerable moment. Who is the victim and who the victimizer? Stating the obvious but risking a heinous generality, US inner cities are full of …youths like this; smart enough to clearly see exactly how to exploit the system, and empty of any ethical values restraining them from doing so. Ganging up on a young, pregnant white nurse is preparation for the job, with the added fillip of thinking it’s funny. Nothing stands in the way of their attaining the office of the Presidency or US Attorney General.

So, #4, what do you suggest she do?

I heard Sarah Comrie is a liberal democrat. That suggests —- street punks who are enabled by leftists, Comrie’s woke employer and leftist social media hacks who smeared her were not a problem until she was the target.

This was one brave woman--communist dimocrat or not.

We are long past the point of having faith in our legal/justice system to protect our rights. It's the exact opposite in far too many instances. Our only recourse to gain even a semblance of justice is to initiate a lawsuit. Yes, it's stacked against us, but it's the vehicle for making our side of the story (i.e. what really happened) seen in the public eye. Even then the litigant is harrassed and characterized as greedy and retaliatory. Well, what else can we do if we choose not to tolerate the abuse of the mob and the lack of integrity of the institutions that should be standing up for decency and truth?? A big, punishing win in court speaks volumes.

My advice to all whites who live in black-run cities, is get the hell out of those burgs. Let them burn to the ground.

In response to #7, I suggest she bay at the moon. It will be as useful and rewarding to her, perhaps more. But not to the “legal system”. Unless she is sued by someone for disturbing the peace.

A jury of ones peers, unfortunately, is defined by the Legal Dictionary as a "cross-section of fellow citizens." In NYC it's unlikely that the jury will even check for citizenship. Not that it matters, as the vast majority of her legally-defined "peers" will represent the defendants/aggressors rather than the pregnant nurse who was the victim of verbal assault, libel, slander, and wrongful actions by her employer. This is another case like the NYC subway case, in which the only way justice may finally prevail is if it goes through trial, multiple appeals, working its way up the very expensive chain until it finally may attain a level of scrutiny from from a court which is not rotten to its leftist core.
