Report: Gavin Newsom Considering Cowardly
Move in Event Dianne Feinstein Retires Early

While the push has been on in woke Democratic circles to shove Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.) out the door before her last term in office is over, there has also been a coordinated effort among Feinstein’s “allies” to make sure she doesn’t. The reasons are obvious but nevertheless intriguing even to those not predisposed to obsessing over the finer points of behind-the-scenes political machinations. The most vocal proponent on the “Feinstein must retire” side has been Rep. Ro Khanna (D-Calif.), who is rumored to be considering a future run for president but who for now seems content with being the co-chair for Rep. Barbara Lee’s (D-Calif.) 2024 Senate run.

Ro the Co and Bernie........ "Ro Khanna was a national co-chair of our campaign for president and I've worked with him in Congress to end the horrific war and humanitarian disaster in Yemen. He recently introduced legislation to provide $2,000 monthly payments to all Americans during the pandemic and proposed an Essential Workers' Bill of Rights to protect those working on the frontlines."

If Feinstein's retirement keeps Adam Schit from filling her seat that's a good thing. Feinstein barely knows where she is at any given moment, and along with Fetterman and Biden they are all half vegetable figure heads doing what they are instructed.

Bud Light and its parent company Anheuser-Busch are sponsoring at least three different upcoming Pride events despite backlash over the partnership with Dylan Mulvaney, a social media influencer who identifies as transgender. Bud Light is listed as a sponsor on the Cincinnati Pride Parade website. Planned Parenthood and the Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, which medically transitions minors, are both also listed. Meanwhile, in St. Louis, Missouri, where Anheuser-Busch is headquartered, the company is listed as the presenting sponsor of the St. Louis Pride Parade. A sponsorship packet explains that there are only four “presenting sponsor” slots available. The “Rainbow” sponsorship tier, located below the “presenting sponsor” tier, requires entities to pay $25,000.

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis is expected to announce his 2024 candidacy tonight, coming on the heels of a new immigration enforcement measure that has some illegals leaving Florida. We must secure the border and deport people who shouldn’t be here. Joe Biden and the Democrats think otherwise, creating a humanitarian crisis at the southern border. It’s an invasion. And with Democrats occupying the White House, Republican governors are our best hope to curb the flow of illegal immigration until the next election. On July 1, new measures in the Sunshine State will greatly degrade the ability of illegal aliens to move and live among us freely.

On Tuesday, a U-Haul crashed into a barricade outside the White House grounds. Immediately, speculation that the driver was a “white supremacist” after a Nazi flag was allegedly pulled from the wreck. In fact, the flag was spread out and displayed for reporters by the FBI agents on the scene. Why did they do that? Someone will have to ask them, but the narrative became a lot more complicated after the driver was identified as Sai Varshith Kandula. Needless to say, he didn’t exactly fit the “white supremacist” profile. Now, in a move that is sure to spark much speculation, the DOJ has suddenly downgraded the charges involved.

Left-wing Hollywood killed the movie star, and now the chickens are coming home to roost. Nevertheless, even as outlets like the far-left Variety finally admit to this problem, do not expect anyone to admit to the real reasons. “Hollywood Grapples With Loss of Young Star Power,” reads the headline. The story explains the problem this way… “The hottest package at this year’s Cannes Film Festival stars a 76-year old action star and is a reboot of a movie that first dazzled moviegoers in 1993.” Variety is talking about Sylvester Stallone and his hit movie Cliffhanger. Yep, Cliffhanger 2 is the biggest deal at a prestigious worldwide film festival:

Notably, Yellen continues sending these letters to McCarthy — the man who, along with House Republicans, already passed a bill that would raise the debt ceiling and avoid default — while failing to dispatch similarly snide letters to President Biden or Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY). Perhaps a letter could have been sent to Biden

Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., slammed the Supreme Court's ruling Thursday that limited the Environmental Protection Agency's ability to regulate bodies of water, calling it a "MAGA" court even though the decision was 9-0. On Thursday, the high court issued an opinion that narrowed the EPA's broad definition of Waters of the United States (WOTUS). The court said the federal government must define WOTUS as a water source with a "continuous surface connection" to major bodies of water. The decision upended an attempt by the Biden administration to regulate wetlands, lakes, ponds, streams and other "relatively permanent" waterways, which had relied on a broad reading of the EPA's authority

A week ago Wednesday before the controversy erupted, Target’s stock closed at $160.96 a share, giving the big-box chain a market capitalization of $74.3 billion. As of early trading on Thursday, however, shares of the company were trading off 1% at $141.76 — capping a weeklong tumble that has shrunk the “cheap chic” discount retailer’s value to $65.3 billion. That amounts to a 12% drop that has shaved a whopping $9 billion off the company’s market capitalization.

The current reports of executive branch illegality make Watergate look like kindergarten mischief. It is clear from the Durham report and the work of House Republican hearings that the current scandals in the Biden White House – and senior bureaucracies at the Justice Department, IRS, and elsewhere – are much deeper and more cancerous than Watergate ever was. It may be hard to remember, but Watergate came about due to a weird, dumb, and fairly narrow set of criminal behaviors which mushroomed into 69 officials being indicted and 48 imprisoned. I remember Watergate vividly, because I first ran for Congress in 1974 during the Watergate scandal.

Rodriguez, 45, turned herself into the 43rd Precinct in the Bronx after footage emerged on Tuesday showing her holding a machete to the throat of Post reporter Reuven Fenton. She has been charged with menacing and harassment, an NYPD spokesman told National Review. Fenton had visited Rodriguez’s apartment in the Bronx to ask her about a recent controversy on campus in which she destroyed a table display set up by pro-life students.
