Attorney Robert Costello, the former legal adviser to Michael Cohen, spoke to Tucker Carlson on Monday night after he testified to the Manhattan Grand Jury investigating President Donald Trump. [Snip] And it now is being reported that New York District Attorney Alvin Bragg was HIDING exculpatory evidence from the Grand Jury!
According to FOX News legal mind Gregg Jarrett, Soros-funded DA Alvin Bragg HID nearly 600 pages of exculpatory evidence to the New York Grand Jury investigating President Trump.
Gregg Jarrett: I mentioned it yesterday, I think, when Bob Costello got into that Grand Jury room and told them, “Wait a minute. You don’t have the hundreds of pages

You are of your father the devil, and your will is to do your father's desires. He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks out of his own character, for he is a liar and the father of lies. (John 8:44, ESV

I'm a retired lawyer, but I didn't do criminal law. I know that a prosecutor must disclose all exculpatory evidence to the defense, but I don't think he is required to present it to the grand jury. I think a prosecutor can make a completely one-sided presentation to a grand jury. Hence, the old saying, "A grand jury will indict a ham sandwich." This may, therefore, be a nonstory. I also think that Bragg is stupid and corrupt, and that an indictment will be an outrage. But not for the reasons stated in this story.

They have tried President Trump in the Court of public opinion on a daily basis. It’s time we do the same to them. This information should be made known to the public. Get it out there on social media and let it ruminate in the public square. The people need to know just how corrupt and lawless this prosecution is. Practicing law is a lot like making sausage, nobody wants to see the seedier side of it, but when a lawless prosecutor is given full reign to go after a political opponent of the present administration, it’s time to let the public see just how corrupt Alvin Bragg is with the full support of Biden’s DOJ. Clearly Bragg knows he’s got nothing but his big mouth but the real villain is Merrick Garland whose job it is to protect the people from malicious prosecutions. One call from that little weasel would have stopped this in its track. Garland, like the rest of this administration uses his power as a weapon to punish any opposition to the Biden agenda. This administration is totally lawless and focused on one thing, retaining their power by any means possible. Look at the J6 political prisoners, this is the same song, different verse.

Only 600 pages. That's nothing. 41,000 hours of video were withheld during the J6 criminal trials.
There seems to be a pattern emerging from liberal DA's.

Thank you, #1, Bragg is exceptionally evil and it could not be hidden. He is now a huge pile of burnt toast and, once again, Trump has been vindicated from his accusers. MAGA

The New York DA office is nothing but a criminal enterprise.
Their only function is to go after political opponents.
Meanwhile, criminals walk the streets free to continually commit crimes.

Welcome to the Manhattan, Alvin-Al-Sharpton-Bragg wannabe's, Kangaroo Court. Corruption in the Manhattan DA office, you don't say. If it looks like a Kangaroo, hops like a Kangaroo, stuff's evidence in its pouch, it is a Kangaroo. Justice is not only blind in Manhattan, it's deaf and dumb as well. BTW where is the NY Governor Hochul? Does she allow this sort of legal shite to go on in her state? Evidently so.

OP, the only problem with that is there are few, if any, federal judges in NY or DC that aren't political and corrupt to the core.

Hey #11 you may have a point. Braxton Bragg had the Battle of Stones River won and misjudged the advances of the Federal troops and retreated from the battlefield for the Yankees to win.

FTA: "You know, hiding from grand juries exculpatory information is reprehensible and unconscionable," said Bob Costello. DAs must present exculpatory evidence but not every piece of such evidence is required to be presented to a grand jury, as they are only tasked with determining whether or not there is probable cause to indict, not guilt or innocence beyond a reasonable doubt. I think in the case of Bragg, 90% of the time he primarily submits only exculpatory evidence, as he tends to favor run-of-the-mill murderers, rapists, and other serious felons, regardless of the linear footage of the criminal's rap sheet. The Hoft Headlines are always either moderately hyperbolic or completely over the top.

A liar is a liar and here WE have an example of what soros will go to to get Trump!!...the democrats are in disarray when it comes to arresting President Trump...they hadn't figured on the outrage from WE the people...all for a mug shot of President Trump being arrested and fingerprinted....even moderate democrats across the country know this is wrong and Elon Musk is right...if they arrest President Trump they are looking at a landslide victory for MAGA!!

Gateway does have some startling articles, but I tend to gloss over them as often theirs's is the only outlet reporting. For instance, here GP makes a claim of 600 pages of exculpatory evidence - but no one else is. Barring the possible excuse as mentioned above, it still seems fairly important. Meanwhile, respected (?) Newsweak is wondering aloud if Biden has a twin. Our news and information seems to be 'filtered' before our consumption.

2,
I am not a lawyer, but I believe you are 100% correct. The Grand Jury hears ONLY from the state's side of the case and no opportunity exists for a legal defense.
So, this really is a non-story and Jim Hoft is off the rails again.
The Hoft brothers seem to be 99% click bait and 1% due diligence in reporting.

Its not hard to find Costello's post-testimony video interview. I saw it on Monday.
He explicitly describes the batch of 600 emails he provided to the DAs office- of which 6 were picked to show the Grand Jury.
Not hidden - just ignored by the MSM

This is a psyop information warfare event in the battlefield of the mind. Many factors going on at the same time. Inciting riots is number one. They want J6 to look like a kindergarten tea party. They also want to keep the Trump haters agitated and encouraged and thinking we got him now! It also makes great state run media propaganda. Do not get sucked in. This is political drama at its best.

Bragg is under a lot of pressure right now from both parties. Republicans are calling this what it is - a banana republic chicken excrement persecution. The Democrats fear, probably correctly, that this will boost Trump’s popularity bigly. This is a blatant in your face weaponization of the justice system. Everyone knows this. Liberals applaud it.

Seems like Bragg ran on indicting Trump, then tried to bail on that once elected, then was pressured by Dems to go for it. This crook laid down with a whole bunch of flea-infested dogs, and now he's got to be wondering what all the itching is from!
By the way, back in the day you couldn't go a week without reading about a major act of Trump charity in NYC. No wonder he buggered out of that hive of villainy! Two places I'll never go again: NYC and DC!

#2 and #5, what I see is what many people in the inner cities have been saying for years, and maybe we're starting to see how the deck can be stacked against you.
Trump should go into Harlem and have a rally where he states "I truly understand your pain, as I have been hit up one side and down the other, seen how they use the system against whomever they want to use it against. This has to end, and we need to hold them accountable - no one is above the law"
Then, he and the rest of the GOP candidates should campaign against all of the extreme liberal, Soros-backed, DA's across the country, by reminding the people in those communities, "you can do better, and deserve better, don't let them fool you again".

You have to wonder why so many of the Soros-funded District Attorneys are anti-constitutional. Well, I understand that these D.A.'s are all in heavily blue districts (which someone has studied and chosen) and their philosophies toward the law are known, and so they are afforded the financial backing that gets their names out there. Most of us vote a straight red or blue ticket, and so we vote for the candidate whose name we are most familiar with. Yet, in the last election the RNC chose not to financially support so many excellent candidates, who, with more monies given to them, could have had the name recognition needed to easily win. You have to question why Soros is more attuned to winning elections than our own RNC.

soros will reward bragg,.. so bragg does not care if his indictment fails.
my larger concern: why hasn't the new york state bar stepped in? are they on soros payroll too?

President Trump’s lawyers should be sprinting to a federal judge with this info to quash any indictment that comes out of that office.
