Supreme Court Makes Decision on Dominion
Voting Systems Case

Original Article

The U.S. Supreme Court has refused to hear a case alleging that Facebook and Dominion Voting Systems had an illegal and undue influence on the 2020 elections. The court rejected the appeal from eight Americans without comment. The group was led by Kevin O’Rourke and had lost two previous rounds in court. In May, U.S. District Court Judge Timothy Tymkovich rejected the suit. The 10th Circuit Court of Appeals followed suit, leading to the request for the Supreme Court’s intervention, according to The Hill. In their bid to have the case reviewed, O’Rouke and his other plaintiffs explained their purpose.

Of course the Supreme Joke rejected it! Who was stupid enough to think otherwise? The Supreme Joke has a long and powerful tradition of supporting voter fraud and Black-robed demigods making election laws. To take this case would make it more difficult to continue those proud traditions.

Not surprised. I've said it before and it still stands. Had the Supreme Court heard just ONE fraud case in 2020, Biden wouldn't be President and our world would have been a much safer place. THEY are solely responsible for the state of the world we're in right now. The Supreme Court is anything BUY Supreme. Traitors the lot of them.

The Article includes: The complaint included a claim that “‘hundreds of thousands of votes’ were switched in the 2020 presidential election ‘as a result of the systemic and widespread exploitable vulnerabilities’ in the software utilized by Dominion’s voting systems.” Another case where the plaintiffs had no standing! Several state governments paid $ millions to license/use this software. Clearly these governments have standing to sue under breach of contract. Why no claim(s) of breach of contract? It's possible that these governments' personnel were so incompetent that these agreements specify the licensors did NOT guarantee that the software includes adequate safeguards that absolutely prevent the referenced exploitable vulnerabilities.

Trump roasts Electoral Count Act

Posted by Imright 12/21/2022 8:13:10 PM Post Reply
Former President Donald Trump is, from the sounds of it, frustrated by the inclusion of the Electoral Count Act in the $1.7 trillion omnibus that’s currently being discussed. As previously reported, the Electoral Count Act would make it significantly harder for both Congress and the vice president to reject the results of an election. On Tuesday the former president posted a stream of thoughts — all of them mostly negative — to Truth Social about the bill. He started by complaining about how the bill would set in stone that the vice president may not unilaterally choose to certify or not certify the results of an election.

Congress is trying to cram through a mammoth $1.7 trillion government funding bill ahead of a nor'easter that could otherwise leave lawmakers snowed-in in Washington, D.C. over Christmas.  The 4,500 page bill is full of classic priorities: $858 billion for defense, $45 billion for Ukraine, $38 billion for emergency disasters and billions more for other social programs - but also includes some odd riders.  It's loaded with thousands of earmarks - funding for the pet projects of individual lawmakers sometimes in exchange for their vote. Earmarks were banned until Democrats brought them back last year. Republicans followed suit in their own conference.

House Republicans issued a scathing report Wednesday exposing House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s key role in the catastrophic security and intelligence failures that left the US Capitol vulnerable to a violent attack on January 6, 2021. Days after Pelosi’s Jan. 6 select committee recommended insurrection charges against former president Donald Trump over the Capitol riot, Republicans have hit back with a counter-investigation apportioning blame for the internal security breakdown on Jan. 6 to Pelosi and a dysfunctional Capitol Police intelligence division. “Leadership and law enforcement failures within the U.S. Capitol left the complex vulnerable

The House Select Committee on January 6 is ending. It’ll be gone by the next Congress—and good riddance. The committee was probably slated to be the Democrats’ 2022 attack vehicle funded by the taxpayer to paint Trump and the Republican Party as too extreme for America. It failed because a) no one cared anymore about that little riot, b) Americans knew hyperbole when they saw it, and c) the economy was collapsing. Most Americans don’t care or have the time to worry about the trivial matters that consume rich white liberals with dread. With the economy in recession, the Left tried everything to put this committee’s work front and center,

We often despair that neither party represents the interests of fiscal discipline these days, or even competent and accountable governance. It’s clearly too much to ask that we get to a balanced budget, since we haven’t even seen one attempted in nearly 30 years — and even that used budgetary gimmicks. Without a constitutional amendment, Congress will never budget properly within the limits of national revenue, and without an Article V convention, we won’t get an amendment that requires it. As for competent and accountable governance, that will likely require an Article V convention as well.

The US military may get woker. A new report has advised the US Marine Corps to no longer use “gendered terms” such as “Yes Sir or Yes Ma’am”. The new academic report stemmed from research conducted by the University of Pittsburgh that was directly commissioned by the Marine Corps. The report claims the Marine Corps is behind other branches of the military when it comes to using gender identifiers. The report also states the Army, Navy, and Coast Guard have, for the most part, gotten rid of gender identifiers such as “Sir” and “Ma’am” but instead address drill instructors by their rank and last name.

A polar vortex bearing down on the border region could prove deadly for migrants crossing the Rio Grande in large groups. Temperatures in the border region are expected to remain below freezing beginning Thursday when overnight lows will reach 19 degrees Fahrenheit with expected wind chill temperatures in the single digits in several border cities.

The Republicans’ 141-page report explores at length the security measures taken leading up to the events of January 6, 2021, an issue they say the January 6 committee has “thus far ignored.” The report serves as a counter document to the select committee’s anticipated behemoth conclusive report, which is expected to come this week after the committee held a final public meeting Monday summarizing its investigation and announcing criminal and ethics referrals.

Add yet another government overreach to the “Things You Didn’t Think Could Happen in America” file: Democrats on the lame-duck House and Ways and Means Committee voted Tuesday to release six years of former President Donald Trump’s tax returns. Why? Because they um, uh—because they want to? But wait, you say to yourself, that’s not possible; your tax returns are private by federal law, and therefore protected from release. The Dems of course found a sleazy way around that. The tax code allows the committee to look at people’s tax returns to provide “oversight” of the Internal Revenue Service, and by writing an official report on their findings,

The question in the title needs, I believe, critical examination. Why DOES the Left hate Trump so much? The answer, as usual, can largely be found by analyzing history. But first. Do they hate him because the average price of a gallon of gas in his administration was far lower than under Biden? Is it because inflation was low (around 2%) and trending downward? Is it that the USA was energy independent and didn’t need to beg our enemies for oil, deplete our strategic oil reserve or sell it to China? Is it because black and Hispanic unemployment was lower than at any time in history?
