In a recent court filing [Document Here] President Trump through his legal counsel has requested Judge Cannon to unredact and unseal the search warrant affidavit used as the predicate for the FBI raid on Mar-a-Lago. Apparently, the DOJ have yet to provide President Trump with the constitutionally required predicate documents to support their search.
Additionally, the DOJ previously leaked to media about “empty folders with classified banners” as part of the evidence cache they collected. According to the filing the DOJ has since presented three different versions of their evidence collection list, with the most recent list dropping any claims of “two empty folders with classified banners.”

If the DOJ could not produce an accurate list of seized items the fir s time, each subsequent list that further change makes anything the DOJ might produce in the future even more suspect. Whi h list to believe? None of yhem! The DOJ is casting doubt on any "evidence " they may try to use at a future trial.

I used to be somebody who respected the law enforcement folks both local and Federal. I have been following a fellow on YT who calls himself The Civil Rights Lawyer and it is getting just shocking how corrupt local LE is getting now. Even more shocking is how many have no clue about the law or constitutionality of their orders. They just follow orders and do as they are told.

They don't have anything. They just want a particular narrative and to interfere with his political activities. The first to sway the undecided against Trump, the second to interfere with HIS message.

The "empty folders with classified banners" always smelled like a government set up to me. Why? Because who in their right mind bent on stealing documents would remove the CONTENTS of the folders and LEAVE empty folders marked "classified" strewn around the room for all to find. Just from the standpoint of ease alone, wouldn't it be simpler for a thief to just gather up the alleged "classified" folders INCLUDING their contents...and sort them out later? Why take a risk leaving empty folders scattered as evidence at the scene that could be incriminating? The only way this works is if the government needed to establish or insinuate that Trump knew that what he was doing was illegal because he HAD TO HAVE SEEN the classified banners when he took the documents out of the folders. Yeah sure. IF the documents existed. This is a classic frame.

Wow, something doesn't pass the stink test on this warrant, search and the seizure of personal property and the dog (Dept of jackasses) knows it. Hopefully the new house will call them on the carpet and start dismissing and jailing the culprits.

#7, aside from the fact that President Trump didn't personally pack his papers when he left on Jan 20, 2020, as president, it doesn't matter what might be printed on folders, or on documents. As president, he had sole authority to determine what was or wasn't classified. Just look up the court decision after Klintoon left, and what the court said about president klintoon's papers. These commie-clowns are just trying to make up a narrative of 'trump bad!' for the citizens who don't know anything about national security and classifications.

This is all about keeping Trump in an unfavorable light, relying on the uninformed to think “all of this suspicion on Trump must mean that he must have done SOMETHING wrong.” This is what Stalin’s henchman did with his “Show me the man and I’ll find you the crime.” schemes.

The DOJ & FBI have done this to themselves, and not all Biden's DOJ and FBI either. Barr wasn't worth a damn either, but the worst is the prisoners on 1-6, it's sinful to let them rot in jail with no trial.

By the time the DOJ and their goons get around to their final list, it will probably just include a pair of Mrs Trump's undergarments.

I understand at the moment nothing can be done, but when a republican House gets in they better have the hearings and arrest (ala J 6th arrests) by the capitol police those FBI/ DOJ, officials who perpetrator this injustice.
