The Federation Internationale de Nattacion (FINA), the governing body of swimming sports, recently ruled that male-to-female transgender athletes must establish that “they have not experienced any part of male puberty beyond Tanner Stage 2 or before age 12, whichever is later.” “We have to protect the rights of all our athletes to compete,” explained FINA boss Husain Al Musallam, “but we also have to protect competitive fairness at our events, especially women’s competition and also the past record and achievement of the women.” This ruled out swimmers such as Penn’s Lia Thomas, formerly Will Thomas, who transitioned from the men’s team to the women’s team. Jamie Glazov guessed right Will Thomas still has his rudder and reports tell us he has flaunted it while walking naked through girl swimmers’ locker rooms.

This is all a bunch of hoogadooga. These people want to be identified as Trans, so OK, do that! Create a separate category for transies to compete with other transies. I'll bet very few show up; maybe that's what they're worried about? Nobody has to get involved with Tanner Stages or what allegedly happened at what age and if it was prepuberty or not.

This will just encourage idiot parents and groomer coaches to get malleable boys to begin "transition" even earlier so they can qualify for international competition. Why don't they just say if you were born with male genes, you can't call yourself a woman. Simple.

A misguided effort to normalize and accommodate insanity. I don't even want these gender-confusion proselytes to be around other youth. They prey on those who are confused by life and who they are, and anxious about their future prospects, and persuade those others that the solution to their angst is to mutilate themselves and flood their bodies (and minds) with hormones.

FTA: FINA plans an “open” category for athletes to compete, “without regard to their sex, their legal gender, or their gender identity.” And now the games will really begin, with trannies like Thomas competing in the open class, perhaps with some men, and their times and games will eclipse the women's versions, dropping them from second- to third-tier, underscoring the lesser skills of women in virtually all athletics and sport to men...and others. To be more honest about all this there should be an Open class and a Womens class. An open class could effectively kill Title IX in sports. And then let's hear no more from the likes of Megan Rapinoe and/or the other lesbians in sport about "EQUALITY". You want it, girls? Earn it on the field, court or track.

Former LSU All-American Mondo Duplantis added another medal to his collection Sunday night when he took the gold with a world record in the pole vault on the final day of the world championships in Eugene, Oregon. Duplantis, the silver medalist at the 2019 world championships in Doha, claimed the gold at his second world championships to go with the gold he won at the Tokyo Olympics last summer. This one was a big one. Representing his mother's home country of Sweden, Duplantis broke his own world record when he cleared 20 feet, 4½ inches on his second attempt at Hayward Field. In doing so, Duplantis easily bested American Christopher Nilsen,

To say that the Biden administration failed to think through the consequences of confrontation with Russia over Ukraine might be the understatement of the 21st century. Western observers are shocked—shocked —to learn that Putin will ally himself with our enemies. Wrote the Daily Telegraph on July 19, “Desperate for new friends, Vladimir Putin plots unholy alliance with Iran and Turkey.” This isn’t desperation, though, but a trade-off that Russia has pondered for nearly twenty years. Putin always has had the option to turn spoiler and to use Russia’s considerable capabilities in military technology to make life miserable for America and its allies, most of all Israel. In an interview set to air on Sunday, Gore told NBC, “You know the climate deniers are really in some ways similar to all of those almost 400 law enforcement officers in Uvalde, Texas, who were waiting outside an unlocked door while the children were being massacred. They heard the screams, they heard the gunshots, and nobody stepped forward.” Following the Robb Elementary School shooting tragedy in Uvalde, Texas,

The skeptical philosopher David Hume is one of the giants not just of the Enlightenment, but of the whole history of philosophy. But that was not enough to save him from being canceled in his native Scotland. At the instance of “woke” students, who wallow in incorrigible ignorance, David Hume Tower at the University of Edinburgh was re-named “40 George Square.” Hume’s offense was that, while he opposed slavery, there is a footnote in a 1758 essay where he wrote that he was “apt to suspect the negroes to be naturally inferior to the whites.” Now comes the good news: the University’s donors are not as benighted

Since his elevation to the pontificate in 2013, Pope Francis has consistently echoed the globalist narrative that we make sacrifices for the planet in “reparation” for the “sins” committed against her. His whole demeanor has been ecological as opposed to Catholic, though his latest stunt takes the cake. His meatless sacrifice is a mockery of the true sacrifice that Christians render to God Francis is now urging the youth to “make noise” to be heard and to eat less meat as a means of curbing global warming and saving the planet. in a July 6 letter addressed to the participants in the European Union’s 2022 Youth Conference, the pope said.

In just seven decades, America’s conventional (non-organic) farmers increased per-acre corn yields by an incredible 500% – while using steadily less water, fuel, fertilizer and pesticides – feeding millions more people. Among the many reasons for this miracle is their ability to control weeds that would otherwise steal moisture and nutrients from this vital food, animal feed and fuel (ethanol) crop. Long-lasting herbicides don’t just control weeds. They also promote no-till farming, which helps farmers save costly tractor fuel and avoid breaking up soils – thereby reducing erosion, retaining soil moisture, safeguarding soil organisms, and locking carbon dioxide in the soil (reducing risks of “dangerous manmade climate change,” some say).

We're now about three and a half months out from the upcoming November elections, where voters will not only cast ballots in the midterms but gubernatorial races across the country, including in Georgia. The race is a re-match from 2018, with Gov. Brian Kemp (R) facing Stacey Abrams (D). While the race was, until recently, considered a "Toss-Up," Cook Political Report has now shifted the race to the "Lean Republican" territory. Sabato's Crystal Ball and Inside Elections had already changed their ratings to "Lean Republican" and "Tilt Republican," respectively. "As Axios reported, the majority of Kemp’s money has come from in-state donors ($26.2 million), while $10.2 million of Abrams’s

In opening comments Wednesday for the Senate Judiciary Committee hearings on so-called “assault weapons,” Democrat Senator and gun-confiscation enthusiast Dick Durbin threatened that it is “time to name and shame” the makers of AR-15s, the rifle Democrats have demonized as “weapons of war.” Gun manufacturers aren’t the trigger-pullers behind mass shootings, but they are a much easier and more politically useful scapegoat to target than the criminally insane minds of the actual shooters. Democrats aren’t interested in ending gun violence anyway; if they were, they would be holding hearings on the shootings perpetrated by gang members in Democrat-run inner cities, by terrorists, and by the criminally insane.
