Banning Modern Agriculture and High Crop Yields?

Original Article

In just seven decades, America’s conventional (non-organic) farmers increased per-acre corn yields by an incredible 500% – while using steadily less water, fuel, fertilizer and pesticides – feeding millions more people. Among the many reasons for this miracle is their ability to control weeds that would otherwise steal moisture and nutrients from this vital food, animal feed and fuel (ethanol) crop. Long-lasting herbicides don’t just control weeds. They also promote no-till farming, which helps farmers save costly tractor fuel and avoid breaking up soils – thereby reducing erosion, retaining soil moisture, safeguarding soil organisms, and locking carbon dioxide in the soil (reducing risks of “dangerous manmade climate change,” some say).

Keep choking off the tools farmers need to feed the world and seewhat happens. The world won’t be fed. Farmers will produce enough for their family and devil take the hindmost. Ugly times.

Another fact that the “Green Fascists” ignore that is part of “The Science” is that croplands, grasslands and the like, convert more CO2 to O2 and water than the same equivalent acreage of trees. So it isn’t about “following the science..” it is about politicizing food solely for their benefit. It is pure evil.

THIS is how you reduce the world population from just a touch under 8 billion to the 0.5 billion that the WEF Reich Leaders envision. Stalin used starvation to depopulate eastern Ukraine in the 1930s. The WEF wants to apply that to the entire planet now. Stalin and Pol Pot were pikers. If we OWN LAND and can defend it, we can grow food. I have 10 acres with a creek running through. That might work. Maybe.

It might sound crazy but tilling up the soil, typically 8-12 inches deep, opens up all the beneficial bacteria in the soil to heat, thus killing them. Then they spray chemical fertilizer on the soil then plant GMO seeds. I can't think of a more stupid way of doing business. All they need to do is put down compost then slightly till it in, top 2 inches. Then plant seeds. Don't laugh, this is being done on many organic farms and the yields are superior to the chemical fertilizer route, and saves lots of money.

Farmers are already telling the rest of us to grow our own food. You don't need ten acres; you can grow small amounts of food, enough for you and yours on a balcony, your backyard. Just do it, and start doing it now. There's nothing wrong with no till farming or growing organic, and there's good use for some chemicals. Weeds, like pests, get used to the herbicides and pesticides. Cardboard works for weeds, and it saves a lot of money. As things get worse, you won't be able to depend on box stores for soil, etc. Learn how to create your own soil. God's creation is amazing, and He lets us use it for our benefit. Do it, and get others you know to do it too.

Bill Russell, the cornerstone of the Boston Celtics dynasty that captured 11 NBA championships in 13 years — including 8 in a row — died peacefully in his home on Sunday with his wife at his side. He was 88. Beginning in 1956 at the University of San Francisco, Russell had the most incredible career of anyone in any team sport. During the next 15 years, he would win two NCAA championships, an Olympic gold medal, be named to 12 NBA all-star teams, and win 11 professional championships. One eye-popping statistic speaks to who Bill Russell was: In 30 elimination games at the college, pro, and Olympic levels,

It seemed obvious that Joe Biden’s selection of Kamala Harris as his running mate was a bad idea. Of all the Black Women™ he could have chosen, how he landed on her is a question for the ages. Unless, of course, someone figured they needed someone so awful that she would make Joe Biden look better by comparison. I suppose that’s it. The Biden-Harris White House has had over 30 senior staffers jump ship — many from Kamala’s office. The latest is Michael Collins, Harris’s director of public engagement; he follows senior aides Meghan Groob and Rohini Kosoglu, who departed a few weeks prior. Groob was Kamala’s director of speechwriting; it’s

With the 2022 midterm elections less than four months away, a New York Times/Siena College poll revealed that just 1 percent of registered voters viewed climate change as a “top priority,” let alone the most important issue facing the nation. The poll placed climate change far behind concerns about inflation, the economy, record crime rates, and the humanitarian crisis on America’s southern border. Even among voters younger than 30 -- the demographic that is typically most energized by debates about environmental policy -- the corresponding figure was a mere 3 percent. The same poll showed that public concern about climate change has actually declined significantly from the already-low levels of concern

The next political crisis may be triggered by a further loss of trust in authority, coupled with another institutional demand for power. Even before the Covid pandemic broke out, faith in institutions was at an all-time low — and falling. In 2022 trust in organized religion was more than four times higher than in Congress. No branch of government was trusted by more than 50% of the public except the military, not even the police. Yet this loss in institutional trust coincided with unprecedented demands by institutions for a vast increase in power. It included the power to regulate nearly anything

The people who really run the United States of America have made it clear that they can’t, and won’t, if they can help it, allow Donald Trump to be president again. In fact, they made this clear in 2020, in a series of public statements. Simply for quoting their words in an essay for The American Mind, I was mercilessly mocked and attacked. But they were quite clear. Trump won’t be president at noon, Jan. 20, 2021, even if we have to use the military to drag him out of there. “Anti-Trump hysteria is in the final analysis not about Trump.” If the regime felt that strongly back then,

In recent weeks, West Virginia has demonstrated incredible leadership in the fight to limit the administrative state’s ability to implement policies based on environmental, social, and governance criteria, a practice commonly referred to as ESG. The recent Supreme Court win in West Virginia v EPA challenges the ability of any federal agency to enact sweeping regulations without explicit Congressional authority. Following the decision, West Virginia Attorney General Patrick Morrisey wasted no time taking on the Biden administration’s effort to push its environmental agenda through the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Winston Churchill was a magnanimous man of exemplary character, yet Stanley Baldwin tested his limits. He held Baldwin responsible for Britain’s lack of preparedness to go to war with Germany when the crisis inevitably came, as Richard Langworth recounts. During the blitz, when informed that a German bomb had fallen on Baldwin’s house, Churchill quipped, “What base ingratitude.” When Baldwin died Churchill rendered judgment: “I wish Stanley Baldwin no ill, but it would have been much better had he never lived.” Yesterday President Biden looked back on his bout with Covid and bragged about his putative accomplishments suppressing the epidemic. The White House has posted the transcript of Biden’s remarks here.
