I'm with #2. When are these Leftist judges going to be Punished? If there is no punishment, it's like the Thugs that these judges release from jail before the cops are finished with the arresting paperwork..... the Thugs LAUGH at the cops and these judges laugh at the law-abiding Citizens. These judges know that there is no downside..... they will keep on, and keep on getting PAID, as they continue to do as they please. It's past time for some Heads to Roll! Dismissal and Disbarment!

Has anyone told the judges? There is nothing to prevent any of them from continuing and delaying action until the 8th pipes up. The Judiciary has failed us because the Legislative branch refuses todo it's job!

Special Counsel Jack Smith’s targeting of Kash Patel and numerous congressional Republicans as part of his lawfare against Donald Trump was worse than originally thought, new records show. Released Tuesday by Sens. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, Ron Johnson, R-Wis., and Ted Cruz, R-Texas, the new documents demonstrate that Smith and his team’s efforts to acquire Patel’s phone records during his time as a private citizen were far more extensive than previously reported. The bid to acquire such information came as part of Smith’s Arctic Frost investigation, which ultimately became his elector lawfare against Trump.

CPAC 2026 is scheduled to begin March 25 through March 28 in Grapevine, Texas. Interestingly, President Trump not scheduled to speak at the event; neither is JD Vance, Marco Rubio or any other potential GOP 2028 nominee including Florida Governor Ron DeSantis. (snip)The absence of Donald Trump, JD Vance, Marco Rubio, Ron DeSantis or any other major MAGA-era politician is not that surprising given the commercialized nature and evolution of the organization under the leadership of Matt and Mercedes Schlapp. The Schlapp’s are highly focused on affluence and considerably disconnected from the MAGA base.

Dems have been playing fast and loose with our elections for quite a while now. They keep testing every gimmick they can think of. Whatever they can do to make voting drag on longer, feel less secure, and leave more room for “funny business.” Of course the one thing they don’t want to do is the most obvious: voter ID. Their schemes are always sold as some kind of better “access” or more “convenience,” but what they’re really doing is turning a civic act into a chaotic, messy process that Americans don’t trust.

Within Germany the Rhineland-Palatinate regional parliament election was held yesterday. The region is the heart of the German industrial sector and home to the massively important auto-manufacturing sector(map).Chancellor Friedrich Merz’s conservative party the Christian Democratic Union (CDU) won the biggest portion of the election, defeating the Social Democratic Party (SPD) who lost ground in the western area bordering France. However, the biggest electoral gains were for the Alternative for Germany (AfD) party, with gains that more than doubled its previous vote share.

The Supreme Court ‘s conservative majority on Monday sounded skeptical of state laws that allow the counting of late-arriving mail ballots, a persistent target of President Donald Trump. The court heard arguments in a case from Mississippi that also could affect voters in 13 other states and the District of Columbia, which have grace periods for ballots cast by mail. An additional 15 states that have more forgiving deadlines for ballots from military and overseas voters also could be impacted. A ruling is expected by late June, early enough to govern the counting of ballots in the 2026 midterm congressional elections.

This is one heck of an explosive viral story. It starts with claims about low-IQ Africans and just takes off from there. It all started when an Africa-based research team decided to challenge and prove wrong a very long-standing claim in Western circles about low IQ levels in African countries. Instead of continuing to argue about it, they decided to put these claims to the test. They conducted a large-scale IQ assessment in Lagos, Nigeria, with a mixed bag of participants over the age of 16.The results were not what they wanted and are what’s going viral. As it turns out, those “Western circles” were right all along.

Sen. Lisa Murkowski, maybe the best Republican the Democrats have ever had, doesn’t want to waste her time with such inconsequential things as election integrity, particularly making sure noncitizens don’t vote in U.S. elections. So what’s important to the Alaska RINO? Why, “Native Hawaiian women,” of course. That’s the resolution Murkowski proudly lobbied for in the Senate this week as she works with Democrats to kill the SAVE America Act. Senate Resolution 650, which recognizes “the heritage, culture, and contributions of American Indian, Alaska Native, and Native Hawaiian women in the United States.”

Democrats have refused to fund the Dept of Homeland Security which means the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) officials are working at reduced capacity. This is slowing down security times at airports and creating massive delays for U.S. air travelers. The problem has been worsening day-by-day for well over a week. President Trump announced today that if Democrats don’t fund DHS/TSA, he will move Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers into TSA positions with the benefit of creating an illegal alien catch net.

Let me start by saying there is a lot of misleading information circling current events, some of it by what CTH considers very dubious alt-right voices. I suggest just to be leery of “exclusive” insider information. There are motives and angles that are not obvious and would not be comfortable for those who follow events closely. As Way To Strengthen The Economy: I&I/TIPP Poll

President Donald Trump’s tariffs on imported goods suffered a Supreme Court legal rebuke in late February, but they’re not doing much better in the court of public opinion. As the latest I&I/TIPP shows, a plurality of voters don’t believe the economy will get a boost from tariffs, which win strong majority support only from Republicans. It was once the case that most conservatives and many moderates rejected tariffs on imported goods as an unwanted distortion of free trade. Meanwhile, liberals embraced tariffs as a welcome tool of government “industrial policy.” But President Trump has flipped the script.

A California gubernatorial debate was canceled just hours before it was set to occur on Tuesday after mounting criticism that only white candidates in the crowded field had qualified for the event. The criteria to participate in the debate, which was set to be co-sponsored by the University of Southern California and the Los Angeles TV station KABC, had emerged in recent days as a source of controversy in the wide-open race to replace Gov. Gavin Newsom. The sprawling field includes eight prominent Democrats and two major Republicans, as well as several other lesser-known candidates. USC had faced condemnation for

Maryland Del. Kathy Szeliga, R-Baltimore County, is calling out Maryland Democrats for backing a bill that would stock tampons in men’s bathrooms in state-owned buildings — an idea she says is emblematic of Annapolis’ misplaced priorities. Szeliga said that after she was made aware of HB 941, she took to the House floor to question which public buildings would be impacted. In particular, she wanted to know if the state's professional sports facilities, such as where the Ravens and Orioles play, would be impacted. During her remarks, the GOP Maryland lawmaker also questioned language in the bill ordering "appropriately sized tampons"

Last month, 12-year-old Ava Little committed suicide. Apparently, she did so because she was being chronically bullied at Byron Middle School, Peach County, Ga. According to Little’s family, none of the school’s anti-bullying measures or guidelines was implemented, even as “other students targeted her over and over again.” The bullying began in fifth grade and intensified this year. Better that a regime that murders its citizens by the gross, rapes and mutilates young women for not wearing a hijab, and that executes people for being gay survive than have Donald Trump be the author of its demise.

Meta failed to protect kids from sexual predators and misled users about its platforms’ safety, violating New Mexico law, a jury found Tuesday in a landmark case. The tech giant was ordered to pay $375 million in civil penalties. The verdict came after six weeks of testimony from witnesses that included ex-Meta executives, teachers and online safety experts. New Mexico prosecutors argued that Meta hid the extent of safety issues that kids faced on Facebook and Instagram and failed to enforce its claimed minimum age limit of 13 – even as its algorithms allegedly made it easier for creeps to target kids for online harassment and even sex trafficking.
