Jake Tapper Accidentally Exposed Mark
Kelly’s ‘Illegal Orders’ Hypocrisy

For days now, Democrats have been crying foul over Trump's capture of Venezuelan dictator Nicolás Maduro. Despite years of Democrats literally calling for Maduro’s ouster, the party has completely flip-flopped, calling it an illegal operation, a war crime, and, of course, an impeachable offense. Then, on Monday, Secretary of War Pete Hegseth announced that his department has launched formal disciplinary proceedings against Sen. Mark Kelly (D-Ariz.) over the November 2025 video in which Kelly and five other Democrats urged service members to refuse what they portrayed as “illegal orders.” As PJ Media previously reported, the department has already issued a formal Letter of Censure for Kelly’s “pattern of reckless misconduct,”

To me Kelly comes across as the military's version of John Kasich with Kelly's repetitive "I served my country, I was in combat and I was an astronaut and mission commander," as if the act of serving your country or going into space somehow makes you better and smarter than everyone else. It's an honor to serve your country but don't use it as a platform to broadcast your stupidity. It devalues your service and the uniform

If there are military actions Senator Kelly doesn't want a President to order he can introduce legislation clearly forbidding those actions. Instead, Senator Kelly engages in thinly concealed incitement of insubordination and refusal of duty by by members of the armed forces. He should be ashamed of himself.

Kelly has a bad case of TDS, probably because he can't deal with the real problem in his life - his brain-damaged wife Gabby Giffords. Imagine living with that day in and day out and not being able extricate yourself for political reasons.

The hospital lobby has shown its cards. In December, the American Hospital Association and several safety-net systems filed a lawsuit against the Trump administration in an effort to block a one-year pilot program created by the Health Resources and Services Administration to test reforms to the 340B drug discount program. They are not afraid that the pilot will fail. They are terrified that it will succeed and expose how much they rake in from a program that was supposed to serve vulnerable patients.

Woke colleges and universities across the country are being forced to do with less and are slashing thousands of jobs. This is a good thing. Higher education in America has become fat and bloated. At some schools, there are almost as many administrators as there are students. And people still wonder why tuition has gone up so much in recent decades. There is no need for an ‘assistant vice president of campus diversity’ yet many schools have them. Maybe they should start cutting those positions first. A new report from Inside Higher Education says the university system is bleeding jobs.

California Governor Gavin Newsom has a habit of taking to his childish social media accounts, and boasting about how great his state has fared under his leadership, especailly compared to red states like Texas and Florida, which he takes every opportunity to badmouth in the media as well. Oddly, he never mentions the statistics put out annually by U-Haul that have a predictable trend in recent years with blue states taking many of the prime spots, and California has once again garnered the top spot on it although it's hardly something any governor would boast about.

The day of reckoning for Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei and the cabal that has governed a proud nation through a deluge of blood may finally be at hand. What ignited on January 6 as a strike by Tehran’s Grand Bazaar merchants—born of a plummeting currency and a crushing economic malaise—has metastasized into a nationwide rebellion. What began as a desperate cry for livelihoods has evolved with startling speed into a fundamental challenge to the regime’s very existence. In the western reaches of Ilam Province, the "rebellious youth" of Abdanan and Malekshahi recently forced the regime’s Praetorian Guard —

People in Iran’s capital shouted from their homes and rallied in the street Thursday night after a call by the country’s exiled crown prince for a mass demonstration, witnesses said, a new escalation in the protests that have spread nationwide across the Islamic Republic. Internet access and telephone lines in Iran cut out immediately after the protests began. The protest represented the first test of whether the Iranian public could be swayed by Crown Prince Reza Pahlavi, whose fatally ill father fled Iran just before the country’s 1979 Islamic Revolution. Demonstrations have included cries in support of the shah, something that could bring a death sentence in the past —

The Russian Foreign Ministry on Thursday rejected the latest US-backed offering to end the Russia-Ukraine war, issuing a blistering rebuff that threatens to blow up President Trump’s peace plan. A terse statement from Moscow’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs slammed the US-European proposal for security assurances for Ukraine, saying the protection plan amounts to “a true axis of war.” “The document turned out to be extremely far from a peace settlement. The declaration is not aimed at achieving a lasting peace and security but rather at continuing the militarization, escalation and further conflict aggravation,” the ministry claimed.

The threat of a steep new wealth tax in California has reportedly prompted at least six billionaires including Larry Page and Peter Thiel to cut their ties with the state — and as many as 20 others could be heading for the exits. The half-dozen billionaires made their moves before New Year’s Day — the cutoff date to avoid a potential one-time tax of 5% on fortunes exceeding $1 billion — which California residents will vote on in November, according to Bloomberg News. The security situation in Venezuela seems very fluid, as the new appointed president Delcy Rodríguez attempts to secure her position by making bold statements of independence, while simultaneously negotiating with the Donald J. Trump administration. In the meantime, the US is upping the pressure on Venezuela’s ‘hardline interior minister’ Diosdado Cabello, warning he will be at the top of the target list unless he cooperates. Diosdado Cabello, who controls security forces accused of widespread human rights abuses, is one of a handful of Maduro loyalists that President Donald Trump has decided to rely on as temporary rulers to maintain stability during a transition period, said one source briefed on the administration’s thinking.

In a bombshell interview with Laura Ingraham, Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Administrator Dr. Mehmet Oz laid bare a systemic, government-enabled pipeline in Democrat-run states that links taxpayer-funded welfare enrollment to voter registration. According to Dr. Oz, federal laws tying voter registration to welfare programs like Medicaid and SNAP are being exploited to register illegal aliens or non-citizens, effectively stealing elections by building partisan voter bases.

The Big Apple already has universal Pre-K and 3K programs, and Hochul said she will partner with new Mayor Zohran Mamdani to age down and fully fund the program to cover 2-year-olds. “This is getting on a roadmap to continue what has already started in the city with four-year-olds and three-year-olds,” Hochul said on MS-NOW Thursday morning previewing the proposal.

This is factually a much bigger deal, a bigger win, than most will initially appreciate. As many deep political followers well understand, the 66 organizations that President Trump has just withdrawn from represent a large network of sanctioned government organizations that structurally support the globalist agenda. President Trump has issued an executive order [SEE HERE] “Withdrawing the United States from International Organizations, Conventions, and Treaties that Are Contrary to the Interests of the United States.” These institutions, including the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change, are mechanisms that exist to underpin globalist objectives.

George Wallace didn’t do that. Ross Barnett didn’t do that. Walz can’t seriously think that the Minnesota National Guard can militarily resist federal authority.

It’s the story dominating headlines across America Wednesday night: an anti-ICE activist refused to heed law enforcement personnel’s orders to exit her vehicle — which was blocking the road in an attempt to impede a federal operation — and instead jammed the accelerator and struck an officer. He fired back, killing her. The opposing views on what went down are stark: Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem called the deceased driver, now identified as 37-year-old mother Renee Nicole Good, a “domestic terrorist” and said ICE agents were entirely justified in their actions. Meanwhile, leftists like Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey and Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz
