Trump DOJ’s James Comey case faces widening
judicial backlash

The Justice Department’s prosecution of former FBI Director James Comey is facing death by a thousand procedural errors. Federal judges overseeing the criminal case have increasingly raised concerns about the department’s efforts to investigate and indict the adversary of President Trump, from the evidence presented to grand jurors to the prosecutor who made the government’s case. Any one of the issues could do away with Comey’s charges before he’s ever put on trial. “This is what happens when you try to make a silk purse out of a sow’s ear,” said Barbara McQuade, a former U.S. attorney.

Deny the case because an Interem Prosecutor brought the case? Why have Interem Prosecutors then? They are the Prosecutor for all intents and purposes. If the Senate would do it's job and actually confirm people this wouldn't be an issue. Comey's attorney is pulling out all of the legal tricks. Going after procedure rather than the substance of the charges seems to be working.

The lawfare conspirators at Brookings actually publish a Blog called Lawfare to which Barbara McQuade frequently contributes. More likely it is she and Comey's other cohorts who are "making do with a sow's ear." Comey went so far as to hire a special FBI employee to facilitate his leaks so it's hard to see how he didn't commit perjury when he denied leaking.

We know the odds are against Comey getting convicted in a Blue State, but if he has many sleepless nights and losing money hiring attorneys, it may be worth it to give a tiny bit of backlash of what he's done to President Trump.

The colossal absurdity of this situation: We have an interim judge deciding the validity of an interim prosecutor, If the other party is an attorney, all conversations are 'privileged.' Federal agents are required to serve as judges over the legal validity of the evidence they collect. Federal judges may dismiss Grand jury indictments over trivialities. False testimony before congress is privileged. Oh well. Maybe they can indict and fry Comey's pillow talk partner. Maybe the civil courts can bring justice. Maybe they can challenge the 'with prejudice' aspect of the decision? There has to be a way to keep Comey in court until he's bled dry.

This will be the case with every single deep stater indicted because the judicial system in DC and VA is corrupt with politicians in black robes. This is also on Roberts who hasn't done a thing to bring all the leftist rogue judges in line. It is these judges that will be the cause of a civil war if we have one when people see that there is no justice and the Left can operate with impunity.

Just wondering how many people actually stop to pray for providential guidance and help for good to prevail in this and all other issues where right is fighting wrong. Prayer is a powerful weapon. God answers according to His will, and we don’t always understand His purpose in some of the answers, but He always has a purpose and He always does what is right. “ you do not have because you do not ask. You ask and do not receive, because you ask amiss” (James 4:2,3).

Less than a week later, Kimmel was back on the air. In between was an orgy of leftist outrage about how President Donald Trump was somehow responsible for forcing Kimmel off the air, that this was yet another sign of authoritarianism on the march, and “the mask of ‘free speech’ coming off for good.” Our favorite was a warning from “actor” Mark Ruffalo,

We've learned quite a few details in the day since Gavin Newsom's chief of staff, Dana Williamson, was charged with 23 federal felonies in a public corruption scheme. According to the indictment, Williamson and multiple co-conspirators, including then-HHS Secretary Xavier Becerra's chief of staff Sean McCluskie, schemed "to divert approximately $225,000 in funds from a dormant political campaign to an associate’s personal use." But there's a lot more to Williamson's indictment. Let's break it down. Tax Fraud When the original story hit, a common reaction was, "Why would she risk everything to essentially embezzle $225,000 for a friend?"

A new documentary about the Palisades Fire of January shows California Gov. Gavin Newsom and Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass touring the Pacific Palisades as it burns behind them — with a contingent of Los Angeles Fire Department firefighters accompanying them instead of fighting the blaze. The film, “Paradise Abandoned,” scheduled for release in December, is a reminder that the Palisades Fire will continue to haunt Bass as she seeks re-election — and Newsom as he seeks the presidency. Newsom addressed adoring crowds of Democrats in Houston over the weekend, even picking up a presidential endorsement or two, though he has not yet officially launched his campaign.

Democrats dominated the first major Election Day since President Donald Trump returned to the White House. And while a debate about the future of the Democratic Party may have only just begun, there are signs that the economy — specifically, Trump’s inability to deliver the economic turnaround he promised last fall — may be a real problem for Trump’s GOP heading into next year’s higher-stakes midterm elections. Democrats on Tuesday won governor’s races in Virginia and New Jersey, the only states electing new chief executives this year. They also swept a trio of state Supreme Court contests in swing-state Pennsylvania and ballots measures from Colorado to Maine.

The New York City mayoral race and the New Jersey’s governor’s race is one of those times when the Jewish vote actually matters and the skew of the Jewish vote looks nothing like the stereotypes. COP30, the UN climate conference, is underway in Belem, Brazil. Thousands of representatives from all over the world have journeyed to discuss how to cut carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions to try to fight human-caused climate change. But ten years after the Paris Climate Agreement, the global consensus on climate change is crumbling. COP30 is the thirtieth “conference of the parties.” The first took place in Berlin in 1995. At COP21 in Paris in 2015, more than 190 countries signed the Paris Climate Agreement, pledging to cut emissions and to limit global warming to 2 degrees Celsius above pre-industrial levels. About 50,000 people are attending COP30 from more than 190 nations.

America’s crime map is not random. And it is not evenly distributed. It forms a pattern, a persistent outline that says more about the country than any campaign speech or census brochure ever could. When you trace the safest states in America, you trace a corridor of calm: New Hampshire, Maine, Vermont’s shadow, Idaho’s long sweep of farms and foothills. Places where the pace is steady and the population overwhelmingly white. When you trace the most dangerous states, the pattern changes just as sharply — a concentration of chaos in states marked by sprawling cities, fractured communities, and the kind of “diverse” demographic makeup polite society insists you never mention.

Question whether man-made global warming was truly responsible for increased temperatures rather than natural, often centuries-long cycles of heating and cooling of the planet, and one was labeled a climate crank.
