Hey, Pritzker — Do You Support THIS?

Illinois Gov. JB Pritzker, whose insurrectionist tendencies would have made him most welcome in the Antebellum South, is nothing if not forceful in his defense of radical Antifa rioters against federal law enforcement officers — but will a new revelation force him to back down? The question is rhetorical because who am I kidding? But today's news shows just how far Antifa's communist insurrections might be willing to go toward making Chicago — and maybe the country — completely ungovernable. Pritzker and Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson, as PJ Media's own Rick Moran reported on Tuesday, perform "in a two-man play" of local resistance

Joe Biden's post-presidency has been rough, to put it mildly. Nearly nine months after Donald Trump reclaimed the White House, Biden is holed up in Wilmington, Delaware, grappling with a reality that must feel like political exile. He's dealing not just with the sting of losing power, but also the inability to sell access and enrich his family. Though he won’t admit to the latter. The irony couldn’t be thicker. After years of attacking Trump and using the Justice Department in a desperate bid to put his successor behind bars, Biden now finds himself being told by his own advisers to stay quiet and act like a traditional ex-president.

As the owner of the largest police news outlet in the world - The 1776 Project, which owns Law Enforcement Today, Blue Lives Matter and other platforms... I've seen some royally stupid moves in the last decade. But this one takes the cake. Imagine passing your group off as a police organization... only to sell your soul, p**s off your supporters and endorse the very person who hates cops. It's like the people running things woke up with a bad cheap wine hangover and mixed up a cocktail of TDS and liberal tears to try and get through their day. But on behalf of our

This was an incredible week for news, and I am going to discuss just three of what I consider the most important events: The ongoing investigations and criminal indictments; the shutdown of the government, and the ceasefire and return of the hostages in Gaza. The Ongoing Criminal Investigations Letitia James, the New York attorney general who confected a criminal case for financial fraud against President Trump has herself been charged with criminal mortgage frauds. Former head of the FBI James Comey has been indicted by a Virginia grand jury for making a false statement to Congress and obstructing a congressional investigation. Reasoned speculation is that former national security adviser John Bolton

Over at last few years, people on the left have taken exception to the mission of Turning Point USA (TPUSA). Our leftist university campuses in particular have criticized the TPUSA mission, since it advocates conservative and religious values. Since the assassination of Charlie Kirk, the founder of the organization, attempts to ban the organization have grown exponentially. And if they oppose the plans of TPUSA, they have good reason to be worried about maintaining their leftist agenda: Since [Kirk’s] death, interest in Turning Point USA, the organization he co-founded has grown exponentially. “In the past 2 weeks, TPUSA has received 121,000+ requests from high school and college students nationwide

If we want to humiliate a party stupidly expressing its disapproval of us, we can take a lesson from J.K. Rowling. The Vancouver Parks and Recreation board voted unanimously to apologize for the Harry Potter: A Forbidden Forest Experience event set to open on November 7 in Vancouver’s Stanley Park after hearing from members of Vancouver’s 2SLGBTQ+ Advisory Committee. In the X post below, Ms. Rowling advises the board how to ratchet up the pain. The upshot of her advice is that she could not care less, and yet she has delivered her message with a wit that probably exceeds the board’s capacity for comprehension. The Vancouver Sun helpfully

The shutdown rages, ostensibly, but not many seem to notice. When will it end? I suppose when Chuck Schumer’s polling shows him pulling even with Ocasio-Cortez, now that he has stood up to the dreaded Trump. In other more significant news, a cease fire finally came to Gaza. It is bittersweet: good to have the remaining hostages returned, bad that Hamas still exists. Whether any of the remaining points of President Trump’s peace plan are ever implemented, remains to be seen. But memesters gave Trump credit for saving the lives that could be saved. Meanwhile, battles raged in Portland and Chicago. The Democratic Party and its judges came out foursquare for criminality,

Abigail Spanberger’s campaign for governor of Virginia took a major hit Wednesday night when she refused—repeatedly—to answer a simple question during the Virginia gubernatorial debate: does she still endorse Jay Jones for attorney general after his violent text messages came to light? The exchange, moderated by Deanna Allbrittin of WRIC, was terrible for Spanberger as she twisted herself into rhetorical knots to avoid giving a clear answer. Her opponent, Lt. Gov. Winsome Earle-Sears, wasted no time pointing out what everyone watching could see—Spanberger was dodging. It began when the moderator tried to clarify an earlier non-answer. “Thank you, Ms. Spanberger. I just… I didn’t hear an answer there on the endorsement issue,

There is a fundamental misconception about what is happening politically in this country, and it may be helpful to reconsider a particular assumption that is creating cognitive dissonance throughout American culture. That assumption is that Democrats are a political party. Consequently, every measure of their behavior seems unexplainable. The assumption is incorrect. They have accelerated their devolution as a political entity over the last decade and have now arrived at a stable, if not entirely American, end state. The leaders, elected officeholders, and members have now been completely subsumed into a Communist Death Cult. The recent past is only a prologue for what is to come.

Hillary Clinton heaped some rare praise on her former arch-enemy Donald Trump for his handling of the Gaza peace deal in a recent interview. “I really commend President Trump and his administration,” Clinton told CBS News 24/7 Friday. “As well as Arab leaders in the region, for making the commitment to the 20-point plan and seeing a path forward for what’s often called the day after,” she added. Clinton’s comments came just a day after Hamas agreed to Trump’s peace plan in a stunning move that is expected to end the two year war that’s ravaged the Gaza Strip.

Washington, D.C.'s longtime congressional delegate, Eleanor Holmes Norton, is facing an uphill challenge to reelection with less than $7000 in cash on hand. Norton, an 88-year-old Democrat who has held office as the district's non-voting member in Congress since 1991, only raised $3,227.30 between July 1 and Sept. 30, according to a quarterly disclosure her campaign filed Wednesday with the Federal Election Commission, NOTUS reported. As a House delegate, Holmes Norton can vote on bills when they are in committee but cannot cast final floor votes. As of Sept. 30, Norton's campaign had just $6,477.50 in cash on hand and is $90,000 in debt to Norton, who personally loaned her reelection committee money

Democrats spent years insisting that providing free healthcare to illegal immigrants was a moral imperative. They haven’t exactly kept that a secret. During the 2020 Democratic presidential primaries, every single candidate promised their healthcare plans would cover healthcare for illegals. Now, though, they've shut down the federal government to protect funding streams for these programs—but are pretending that’s not what they are after. Nevertheless, we know what their objectives are. But their crusade to give free healthcare to illegals has hit a bit of a snag. Faced with exploding costs and healthcare systems on the brink of collapse, blue state governors are quietly pulling the plug on their own sacred cow.

An elated mother of one of the freed Israeli hostages was able to video chat with her son for the first time since he was taken captive by Hamas during the Oct. 7 attack on Israel. Democrats shut down the government partly to force Republicans to extend COVID-era boosts in Obamacare subsidies that Dems once called “temporary” but now say are needed to keep the program viable. This reveals what a true disaster Obamacare has been, as its critics warned even as Dems were ramming it into law with not a single Republican vote in 2010. Blindly tossing fresh trillions down that hole is nuts: Time to fix it — or scrap it altogether. The 10-year cost of Dems’ current demand totals almost a half-trillion dollars, to benefit primarily insurers and wealthier Americans. Under the expiration that Democrats wrote into law, 1.6 million Americans (just 0.5% of the population)

The Washington Post editorial board ripped Democratic socialist New York City mayoral candidate Zohran Mamdani for his pie-in-the-sky proposal to eliminate bus fares, warning the only beneficiaries would be the city’s homeless and drug users. “Vagrants and drug addicts would camp out all day on New York’s buses, especially in the winter,” the scathing op-ed published Sunday read. "Parents would grow afraid to let their children ride alone,” the board predicted. The outlet also mocked Mamdani for brushing off the nearly $800 million his plan would cost the city each year, which he compared to “$50 million less than what New York spent on the new Buffalo Bills stadium.” “Oh, is that
