The Judicial Coup Is Collapsing

Original Article

Posted By: gaboy, 9/8/2025 12:20:09 AM

Late last week NBC ran a “news” story featuring a dozen disgruntled federal judges whose rulings against various Trump administration policies have been stayed or overturned by the Supreme Court. These lower court judges, none of whom had the courage to allow NBC to name them in the article, bewailed the failure of SCOTUS to provide sufficient justification for ruling against them. It’s blindingly obvious, however, that the real issue they are whining about is the Court’s refusal to countenance their usurpation of the President’s Article II powers and frustrate implementation of his agenda.

I fear the President's own actions in signing dozens of "argumentative" Executive Orders, which do not carry the weight of law, except within the Executive Branch of Government, are becoming rather trifling to the Supreme Court. Through such, the Court may well develop lividity with the President's "goading" of the political left and their lawfare proponents using left-leaning, "activist" Federal Court Judges through his unambiguous "trolling" via yet another Executive Order. It's difficult to say whether the Supremes are angered with the POTUS, or with the numerous leftist Judges, many of whom have little judicial temperament, much less restraint.

it’s unlawful for federal judges to comment on the rules of appeals courts or Supreme Court these rogue judges are the problem. Not only are the usurping presidential authority with their injunctions, they are completely disrespecting the law by criticizing the Supreme Court when they should have their mouth shut. I would like to see an investigation, identifying these judges and removing them.

Obama appointed hundreds of left wing activist judges who are ruling on cases not by the law, but their own personal biases or by what Soros Inc. tells them to do. There needs to be a mechanism in place to remove judges who refuse to enforce the laws of the land.

"appointees who think of themselves as the last line of defense in a Manichean struggle between good and evil " They think of themselves as superior to the will of the voters. They are anti republican (selected by the people) government and thereby anti Constitutional. They have broken their oath to uphold the Constitution and should be impeached. The SCOTUS has been loath, mostly due to Roberts disappointing weakness, to set strong, broad declarations and constraints on Leftist judicial power. The circuit court judges have so abused the injunction process that the SCOTUS had to make a strong declarative statement against universal injunctions, pulling the Leftist circuit court judges teeth. They abused the system and got called on it. So now, the Leftist judges are doing what the Left always does when their antics are curtailed. They whine. They cast spurious accusations. It's surprising they don't dress in pink robes and carry pink gavels. And, they are already probing the actions they might still use to RESIST TRUMP, even though it is not their JOB to resist Trump, it is to decide the law; something they have abandoned. The SCOTUS's clear ruling on injunctions makes it easier for appeals courts to strike down the circuit's rulings, as has happened, so that is going to stop soon. Unfortunately, these judges will continue to be non-biting gnats, annoying but impotent. Their avenues of action will be further reduced until only the most arrogant of them are still taking dumb actions. Being continually overruled is not a good thing to have on your record.

Activist Judges who don't follow the Code of Conduct of Federal Judges (( https://www.uscourts.gov/administration-policies/judiciary-policies/ethics-policies/code-conduct-united-states-judges )) should be fast-tracked OFF the Bench and into ignominy with a big scarlet letter on their foreheads. If the Supreme Court won't do this then Congress must implement some type of removal procedure when these types are identified. Otherwise, our Federal Judicial System will become untrustworthy, yea, even traitorous.

Obama and Biden conducted routine business through executive order and nobody said a word about how they passed their garbage ideology off on the American people. Some of Biden's Autopen decrees he didn't even know about. The scarlet letter stamped on these judges should be an "A" but this time around it would not mean "adulteress."

I've long advocated for a 3 strikes and you're out law for federal judges. If overturned three times, the judge is summarily removed from office. Congress is authorized to do this because the Constitution states a judge can be removed for bad behavior. That can be interpreted as displaying incompetence and ignorance of federal law. Overturned three times? Gross incompetence.

#9 Conservatives respect the Constitution and its separation of powers and only challenge Democrat EOs in court when they exceed Executive authority. Progressive Democrats seek to disrupt all conservative policies and seek Courts of like mind. It it obvious that conservatives respect law and order while the progressives will use any means to gain power and maintain supremacy over we hoi polloi It is not ironic that these obstructionist judges are "democrats", it is expected as democrats are not democratic. The Democrats should re-brand as the Judicials.

Absent a Congress willing to impeach and remove these judicial obstructionists the best we can hope for is a Supreme Court that refuses to waste time explaining why obviously baseless rulings are baseless. Hopefully courts of appeals will follow their example. Compare their demand for anonymity with Appeals Court Justice James C. Ho's recent criticism, in a published opinion, to a Supreme Court decision remanding a case. They couldn't follow his example because their actions were legally indefensible.

If the Democrats really mean it when they say, “We don’t have any Kings (or Queens) ruling the country!”, they should be up in arms about all the partisan district judges issuing universal restraining orders against President Trumps policies. But, no, they are not. Instead, they support this unlawful usurpation of the President’s authority. Such regal justices should be disbarred.

Whew, better late than never! That was my first reaction to the news that President Trump intends to give Rudy Giuliani the Presidential Medal of Freedom. The announcement followed the serious weekend car crash in New Hampshire that sent the 81-year-old Giuliani to the hospital. Thankfully, his injuries, said to include a broken vertebrae, are not life-threatening and he has been released from the hospital. A likely result is Trump’s presentation will focus almost exclusively on Giuliani’s greatest achievement: His stellar tenure as New York’s mayor.

When President Trump signed his August 25th executive order setting guidelines under which burning an American flag can be prosecuted, we quickly learned how ignorant his critics are about the constitutional and cultural implications of desecrating this revered national symbol. Indeed, it appears that very few of these people actually read the President’s EO. It does not, as most Democrats and alleged experts insist, violate the 1989 Supreme Court ruling in Texas v. Johnson that flag burning is protected speech under the First Amendment.

Just eight years ago, in those halcyon days of 2017, millions of women took to the streets in pink “pussy” hats to protest the election of President Donald Trump, who they saw as an affront to women. The Women’s March planted leftists’ enraged flag in the sand — and eight months later they swamped social media and America’s airwaves to excoriate sexual harassment in the workplace. Protecting and believing women was the movement’s clarion call, with the hashtag #MeToo a symbol of women standing together against predators and abusers. And now, in 2025, they have once again taken to the streets to rally around . . . a credibly accused wife-beater.

On August 8, 2022 about 30 FBI agents descended on Donald Trump’s home at Mar-a-Lago and searched the place with less civility than they would have afforded a Miami drug lord. They spent most of that day rummaging through Trump’s personal belongings — and those of his wife and son — allegedly in search of classified documents. This was the first time in American history that such an outrage had been committed against any former president. Yet it was greeted with thinly disguised glee by Trump’s critics, including erstwhile National Security Advisor John Bolton.

California Gov. Gavin Newsom has cast himself as a defender of democracy in the gerrymandering war that erupted after Texas Democrats fled the Lone Star State in a futile attempt to kill a GOP redistricting plan. This is obviously part of an ongoing effort to bolster his national profile ahead of a probable presidential run, but it has forced him to adopt an Orwellian position on redistricting. Newsom is telling Golden State voters that, to save democracy from Republicans, they must allow him to usurp the power of a redistricting commission they voted to create in a 2010 ballot initiative.

President Donald Trump is still facing a $83.3 million payment to writer E. Jean Carroll after a federal appeals court rejected his challenge of a defamation verdict against him Monday. The ruling from the 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals upholds a lower court decision finding that Trump did, in fact, defame Carroll. Trump's lawyers argued his comments about Carroll were protected by presidential immunity and that the verdict in the case was unjust. The three-judge panel rejected both of those claims. "We conclude that Trump has failed to identify any grounds that would warrant reconsidering our prior holding on presidential immunity. We also conclude that the district court did not err

Regardless of the party in the White House, both sides have long agreed that a president deserves to have his or her administration in place, quickly. That doesn’t mean we don’t disagree.
