We don't yet know the timeline, but the Trump administration appears to be planning to use the power the Supreme Court just acknowledged to deport Kilmar Abrego Garcia to a third-party country. As you may recall, two major legal issues were being argued about Abrego Garcia's deportation to El Salvador; the one, of course, was the "due process" argument, and the other was the fact that while he had been ordered deported, he was not to be deported to El Salvador due to his claimed fear for his life.

Drop him in South Sudan, he'll love it, I'm sure. If not, tough.

There is no way that criminal gang members who are illegal aliens should be exempt from removal (deportation) from the USA by claiming that they could be injured or killed by rival criminal gang members in their home country. As once that became the norm, just about every illegal alien criminal gang member would claim the same thing. Once illegal alien gang members are notified that they are going to be removed to some third country like South Sudan, you can bet your boots that they not have any problem being removed (deported) to their home country.

Can we deport Sen. Chris Van Hollen with him? He seems to be in love with the guy. After all, we don't want to break up their family.

Signal to the "waiter" for more Margaritas after taking a dip in the pool. Visiting Congress people expect it.

If I was ol' Kilmar, I'd take this deal and hop on the plane to wherever land.
In fact, I wouldn't have gotten on the plane back to the USA but since Uncle Sam and the guys are offering to ship him back somewhere, it's a win-win for the USA, Kilmar, and the beat-up-wife.

Let’s face it. Congress needs to make some laws that will allow foreign workers into the country. They are remiss if they don’t. IT workers are allowed and they help build our great computer networks and work in intelligence based products. We need to open our doors to legally allow service workers in the farming, hospitality, and construction industries to come here. That is how a lot of our ancestors got here generations ago.
We can’t allow Congress to just let the country go without a proper and legal way for people to come and live in our great country. The chaos that has been brought on us by having no regulations and standards is destroying decent life in our neighborhoods and schools.
It’s time to solve this problem.

A day after he lands in South Sudan he will be wishing he had stayed in El Salvador. One rape and he is a headless body to be fed to the Hyenas.

#9, first they need to correct the anchor baby problem. Work visas are a good way to employ foreign talent and I have met many good IT people but we don't need to sign on to award welfare to the extended family generations after the project is finished.

#9 seems well-intentioned but a bit behind the curve. We do have laws that permit legal entry into our country. No, our immigration system is not “broken”, a particularly obnoxious bit of manipulative sophistry.
The truth is that we are under attack; we have been invaded. Talking about the usefulness of Indian IT specialists or Guatemalan fruit pickers or Chinese prep school students is beside the point. We are currently worried about vicious Salvadoran, Mexican and Venezuelan gangs in the country as well as N. Korean, Iranian, Chinese and other sleeper cells in our midst. We are watching NYC finally fall to the very Islamists who attacked it 24 years ago.
To #9 and those who agree with him/her, we don’t have time to wait while you catch up to reality.

#9 the USA has always had legal pathways in accordance with the immigration laws for legal immigrants to come into the USA to live and work indefinitely as long as they obey US law. Currently the USA reportedly allows 1.8 million legal immigrants to be admitted to the USA annually as permanent resident aliens (green card holders). In addition to that, the USA has a number of immigration law provisions where US employers can petition for prospective alien employees to be admitted to the USA temporarily for certain period of time. Those temporary work visas number in the hundreds of thousands annually. Many employers who now hire illegal alien workers claim that those temporary foreign worker programs are too expensive for them to use, in that they have to comply with all US Labor Department rules relating to the amount of minimum wages that they must pay those workers, that are the same minimum wages they would have to pay US workers along with providing the same working conditions for the alien workers as they would have if they employed US citizen or legal immigrant workers.
Bottom line, most Americans don’t have a clue about all that, as the leftist and progressive Democrats have obscured those facts. What the leftist progressive Democrats want is for no illegal aliens to be removed (deported) from the USA, what the leftist progressive Democrats want is for all illegal aliens to essentially be granted “amnesty” under what they call Democrat designed “comprehensive immigration reform” legislation passed by Congress which would put all illegal aliens, now and in the future, on “a path to US citizenship” in the years ahead, thus allowing the leftist progressive Democrats to transition the vast majority of illegal aliens who are poor and uneducated Third World origin peoples into becoming future leftist progressive Democrat supporters and voters by the tens of millions, to keep the leftist progressive Democrats in permanent majority political control of the Congress, and the White House. At this point, it is fair to ask, do the wimpy Republicans even have a clue as to the above?

So if you sneak into the US and commit crimes. Instead of being sent to jail you are merely deported to a nice country of your choice. Seems to me he should be jailed for a few years first then deported.
