Amy Coney Barrett Utterly Humiliated Ketanji

Justice Amy Coney Barrett has gotten a bad rap lately for siding with the leftist wing of the Supreme Court on a few cases, but if you ever needed a reminder of why ACB was such a pivotal addition to the Supreme Court, look no further than her latest majority opinion, which brutally destroyed Ketanji Brown Jackson for her moronic dissent in Trump v. CASA, Inc. In a 6-3 decision that handed President Trump a major victory, the Court put the brakes on runaway district judges issuing nationwide injunctions — an abuse that’s become the left’s favorite tool for stalling any policy they dislike. Jackson’s dissent veered into unhinged territory

So happy the SC came to its senses. And Barrett’s dissent is short, sweet, and a brilliant slap down.

BAM!! Ketanji (I'm not a biologist) Jackson should really be feeling that burn. Now the photo in an earlier article makes sense. It does appear that most of the other judges merely tolerate her. I assume though that Ketanji's opinion would be markedly different if the President sitting in the Oval was the auto pen or any other Democrat. Since that's the way she rolls she should not be on the court. Unfortunately that's the exact reason she was nominated.

"Barrett didn’t just slap down Jackson; she delivered a lesson in constitutional government that the left won’t soon forget." A lesson it was but you can be sure that Jackson didn't learn anything. Leftist judges have a very different idea about how our government should work, based on their OPINION about what should happen, not LAW. It's not surprising since that has been happening for a LONG time now. Roe v. Wade was the classic example and it took almost 50 years for that to be corrected. Since then, Leftist judges have been emboldened to act outside of law simply because no one was willing to stop them. Even now, it took a ridiculous amount of extralegal actions before the SCOTUS took action because Roberts made it as hard as possible to make such a ruling. Fortunately, the mass of insanity became too great for Roberts to manage. "His" court was becoming a laughing stock. So Jackson will stick with her view that her opinion is what matters. Hopefully, it will never come to pass that she is correct.

It a partial pic of the bench, those in it look most unhappy and Justice Barrett is standing next to Justice Jackson starting at her with a if looks could kill stare. Her stupidity smears the others to a degree. Not a good look for the SCOTUS - can't define a woman, does not understand the most common terms of law (legalese), doesn't understand why the states have so much power. Wow. NO. Six justices of the Supreme Court (five beside Barrett) signed that opinion. Too much nonsense going on about a catfight between female justices.. The five justices who joined Barrett could have filed "polite" concurrences to her opinion if they winced at her putdown. They didn't. We have witnessed an historic rebuke BY THE COURT of one sitting justice for her lack of education and professionalism. To say nothing of an historic lesson in the idiocy of making DEI appointments.

The essence of deterrence is credibility. The best way to stop Russia from attacking even a small NATO country — one of the Baltic states, say — is for Vladimir Putin to be convinced that the risk of major retaliation is too great to take. This is why President Trump’s reaction to the commitment by NATO members at their recent summit to more than double their defense-spending target is welcome, even if a partial opt-out for Spain is not. NATO, said Trump, was not a “rip-off,” high praise from this president. NATO’s European members “really love their countries . . . and we’re here to help them.” Critically, Trump emphasized

The report published by The Washington Post on Friday cited the book saying that the time and place where the assassination nearly succeeded was while Pompeo was in a hotel in Paris three years ago. The book provides no further details than that, the report said. Last September, then-presidential candidate Donald Trump and his campaign were informed by intelligence

The Supreme Court’s 6-3 decision in Trump v. CASA, Inc., released Friday, finally put the brakes on the reckless abuse of nationwide injunctions by lower courts—and has Democrats in full meltdown mode. The left’s favorite judicial weapon just got neutered, and the hypocrisy is impossible to ignore. The liberal wing of the court didn’t do itself any favors, either. Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson’s dissent was so horrible that Justice Amy Coney Barrett felt compelled to call it out in the majority opinion. But Justice Elena Kagan’s credibility also took a direct hit. In a stunning display of judicial flip-flopping, Kagan’s own words from 2022 have come back to haunt her,
