U.S. Marine veteran Daniel Penny is celebrating his acquittal Monday at a bar in downtown Manhattan. A cheerful Penny raised a glass with his defense attorneys Thomas Kenniff, who posted a picture of the celebration, and Steven Raiser at Stone Street Tavern in the Financial District hours after a jury acquitted him of criminally negligent homicide in the death of Jordan Neely. (Photo) Penny would have faced up to four years in prison if the jury had decided otherwise. He was previously charged with second-degree manslaughter, a more serious offense carrying a maximum sentence of 15 years behind bars, but

Thanks be to God! I pray that the LORD will visit this young man and that Daniel Penny will give Jesus control of his life. May he allow God to use his courage for HIS glory. It is so rotten that this case proceeded into court as it did.

Yes, this was good news, but it's not over. For one thing, Neely's family announced that they will file a wrongful death lawsuit against Penny. While such a lawsuit may or may not materialize, it is still a hurdle to overcome. Also, there is the BLM call for a violent reaction to the verdict to inflict vigilante street justice upon Penny and others.

As usual, the 'loving family' crawls out from under a rock and looks for a huge payday. A sane court system would throw their garbage out of court.

It's funny how the leftists are claiming this is an attack on homeless nutjobs. Well, I'd like to point out to these leftists' clowns that many years these homeless mental patients had homes. They were housed in what were called mental institutions where they got at least some help and were for the most part kept away from harming the general public. It wasn't a perfect solution, but it was better than we have now. That is until the parents of these leftist decided it wasn't humane to house mental people, and these institutions needed to be closed. So, the institutions were closed and all the nutjobs were let out to roam the streets and in some cases cause harm to others. Of course, this sort of history is somehow blocked out from the memories of the lefties.

The insane left now says that they think this means that anyone can be killed for minor issues on the subway. One wrote "the smallest misstep on public transit could result in their death.". Complete and total lie. This GOOD jury did not do anything of this sort. They found a man who stopped a lunatic from threatening to kill the subway riders to be innocent in that man's drug-induced death. Like Floyd, this guy's trajectory to death was probably already set by his own drug ingestion, and Penny had the misfortune to become associated with him as he was crashing. Neely was alive after the wrestling match, and died from other causes, not from Penny's actions.

What are you going to do now?? How about not threaten people on the streets of NYC? City leaders, grievance politicians, race hustlers and family are blaming the death of Jordan Neely on racism. The fact is that it is those very people who failed him.

President Trump on Wednesday afternoon ripped into Christopher Wray after he announced his resignation as FBI Director. Chris Wray, who has a record of setting up innocent men in fake kidnapping plots, spying on Catholics at church, raiding the homes of peaceful pro-life activists, terrorizing J6 protesters, and targeting parents at school board meetings, announced he will be resigning in January before Trump fires him. “After weeks of careful thought, I’ve decided the right thing for the bureau is for me to serve until the end of the current administration in January and then step down,” Christopher Wray said Wednesday, according NBC News.

She apparently is on Kash Patel’s list.” Clinton said, “They’ve got a problem with her because first, she didn’t do anything wrong. Second, she followed the rules exactly as they were written. And I’m not just talking about members of the working class who feel betrayed by elites;
