A whistleblower is claiming that the lead Secret Service agent in charge of Donald Trump's deadly Butler, Pennsylvania, rally was 'inexperienced' and 'failed to implement appropriate security protocols.' (snip) 'The site agent, the lead agent, was known to the Trump campaign to be inexperienced, to be ineffectual, to be, frankly, incompetent at their job,' Hawley told Fox News' Jesse Watters Monday evening.
'I'm also told by whistleblowers that on that day, she was not enforcing the normal security protocols.'
The Missouri senator noted a slew of concerning abnormalities with the tragic rally from flags that obstructed agents' views to authorities forgoing ID checks.

A federal judge on Monday ordered the government to return property — including a 6-foot spear and a horned fur headdress — seized in connection to the case against U.S. Capitol rioter Jacob Chansley, otherwise known as the “QAnon Shaman.” (snip) The Justice Department noted in a recent court filing that it might consider taking steps toward seeking a civil forfeiture, but Lamberth rejected that argument as a legitimate basis for denying Chansley’s request to return his property.

Second Gentleman Douglass Emhoff, the husband of Vice President Kamala Harris, criticized “toxic masculinity” in an interview with MSNBC’s Jonathan Capehart conducted Tuesday. (snip)
DOUGLAS EMHOFF, SECOND GENTLEMAN OF THE UNITED STATES: "Oof. This is something I have thought about a lot, I’ve spoken about a lot. There’s too much of toxicity — masculine toxicity out there, and we’ve kind of confused what it means to be a man, what it means to be masculine. (snip) I think it’s a problem and I am going to continue to use this platform every time I get to speak out against this toxic masculinity that is out there."

Second gentleman Doug Emhoff acknowledged on Saturday that he had an extramarital affair during his first marriage after the Daily Mail published a report alleging that he impregnated a nanny, CNN reported.
Emhoff admitted that he had an affair while married to his first wife, Kerstin, in a statement provided to CNN, though he did not specifically address who his mistress was. This week, a large Zoom event called ‘Blacks Against Harris’ took place and was attended by thousands of people, but the media ignored it. Apparently, ‘White Dudes for Harris’ and ‘White Women for Harris’ are fine, but ‘Blacks Against Harris’ is unacceptable.
Why do you suppose that is? If Democrats and their media allies want to live in this divisive world of identity politics, they should not be allowed to pick and choose which groups deserve attention and praise.
Twitter/X user Dom Lucre posted the following on his feed:
Blacks Against Harris Zoom call was successful with over 72,000 attendees in total.

A tweet from a Democrat has sparked chaos after it appeared to suggest that Vice President Kamala Harris picked Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro as her running mate.
Philadelphia Mayor Cherelle Parker prompted confusion with a post on Friday saying: 'Proud to be back with so many leaders from across our region supporting @KamalaHarris for President and @JoshShapiroP for VP!'.
She included a video with footage of recent press conferences that ended with the message: 'Josh Shapiro for Vice President'.
Journalist Ernest Owens then claimed he had heard from sources that the post was due to be scheduled for Monday, but was accidentally published early.

Vice President Kamala Harris, now running for the Democrat nomination for president, was once a top champion for allowing illegal aliens to become licensed attorneys in the sanctuary state of California.
In 2014, the California Supreme Court ruled in a unanimous decision to admit illegal alien Sergio Garcia of Mexico to the State Bar thus allowing him to become a licensed attorney in the state.
Harris was at the time the attorney general of California and served as the top advocate for allowing Garcia to become a licensed attorney — opening the door for thousands of illegal aliens across the state to become licensed attorneys.

A whistleblower alleged that Secret Service acting Director Ronald Rowe personally cut security resources and “retaliated” against agents with security concerns leading up to former President Donald Trump’s rally on July 13, according to a letter released Thursday.
The whistleblower alleged that Rowe personally implemented “significant cuts” to the Counter Surveillance Division (CSD), which does advanced threat assessments for venues, and alleged that agents who expressed security concerns were “retaliated against,” according to Missouri Republican Sen. Josh Hawley’s letter to Rowe. As a result, the CSD failed to perform its “typical evaluation” of the rally venue in Butler County, Pennsylvania, and “was not present on the day” of the attempted assassination.

After a months-long investigation, the former executive director of a now-defunct San Francisco nonprofit was arrested Tuesday on dozens of felony charges related to the alleged misuse of over $700,000 in public funds, the San Francisco District Attorney's Office said.
Kyra Worthy, a resident of Richmond, California, has been charged with misappropriation of public money, grand theft by embezzlement, submitting fraudulent invoices, wage theft and writing fraudulent checks while she was the head of SF SAFE, a 48-year-old nonprofit that aimed to enhance safety and crime prevention in San Francisco in partnership with the city police department, prosecutors said.

Nina Jankowicz, the one-time (and short-lived) head of the Department of Homeland Security's "Disinformation Governance Board," filed suit against Fox News last year alleging that the network "built a narrative calculated to lead consumers to believe that Jankowicz intended to censor Americans' speech" among other allegations.
In a delicious and deserved irony, the judge summarily tossed the suit, writing that, in essence, Fox told the truth.
"Fox contends, and I agree, that Jankowicz has not pleaded facts from which it could plausibly be inferred that the challenged statements regarding intended censorship by Jankowicz are not substantially true," U.S. District Judge Colm F. Connolly wrote in his July 22 order to dismiss.
