October 5, 2022 "Even among the most extreme Democratic secretaries of state, Michigan’s Jocelyn Benson stands out. A former employee of the left-wing Southern Poverty Law Center and Democratic National Committee, Benson’s a committed Democratic activist. And as Michigan’s secretary of state during the chaotic 2020 presidential election, Benson played a key role in making last-minute changes to election law to bolster Democratic voter turnout and swing Michigan in then-candidate Joe Biden’s favor. When a $12 million grant from Mark Zuckerberg — “Zuckbucks” — was funneled to Michigan through the left-wing Center for Election Innovation and Research" Jocelyn "EleonoreBaur" Benson

She insists that the candidate never set loose murders and rapists in California. She told the lie that the candidate has not supported the destruction of our borders. And these are the very same people and political party that said Republicans were going to destroy Democracy!! Now they propose to silence persons who say something they disagree with about elections. These are anti-American Communists through and through. Since Democrats ALWAYS blame others for that which they are doing, or about to do, when they said Republicans were going to destroy democracy, we should have known that were setting in place plans to do just that! So many now in critical places in our various governments that it will likely be impossible to vote them out. OTHER actions will be necessary.

Isn't this the type of action the NAZI's used? And how authoritarian and communist countries keep "order"? Certainly not honoring the First Amendment and likely violating people's Rights. The First Amendment of the United States Constitution protects the right to freedom of religion and freedom of expression from government interference. It prohibits any laws that establish a national religion, impede the free exercise of religion, abridge the freedom of speech, infringe upon the freedom of the press, interfere with the right to peaceably assemble, or prohibit citizens from petitioning for a governmental redress of grievances. It was adopted into the Bill of Rights in 1791. The Supreme Court interprets the extent of the protection afforded to these rights. The First Amendment has been interpreted by the Court as applying to the entire federal government even though it is only expressly applicable to Congress. Furthermore, the Court has interpreted the Due Process Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment as protecting the rights in the First Amendment from interference by state governments. Freedom of Speech / Freedom of the Press The most basic component of freedom of expression is the right to freedom of speech. Freedom of speech may be exercised in a direct (words) or a symbolic (actions) way. Freedom of speech is recognized as a human right under article 19 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. The right to freedom of speech allows individuals to express themselves without government interference or regulation. The Supreme Court requires the government to provide substantial justification for interference with the right of free speech when it attempts to regulate the content of the speech. Generally, a person cannot be held liable, either criminally or civilly for anything written or spoken about a person or topic, so long as it is truthful or based on an honest opinion and such statements.

Friday marks the 50th anniversary of one of the darkest days in American politics — the day when the FBI and the rest of the deep state overthrew the duly elected government of President Nixon by forcing him to resign in a scandal designed by teh FBI and promoted by the Washington Post. The cover up was worse then the crime, because there really was no crime. Thus in less than two years, the deep state overturned the biggest Electoral College victory in 152 years. Nixon’s 520-17 win in 1972 was bested only by James Monroe and George Washington; both were unanimous choices although one of Monroe’s electors in the Electoral College

Perhaps the most instructive faux pas during the controversial Olympics opening ceremony in Paris on 26 July was the moment when the South Korean team was incorrectly labeled as the North Korean team instead. You can see how the confusion may have arisen. Not so long ago, we Western democracies mocked Pyongyang’s interminable public-theater displays of regimented, all-singing, all-dancing political conformity in their stadiums prior to sporting events as an unmistakable diagnostic sign of state-mandated ideological totalitarianism. Now we have the precise same thing ourselves, but ineptly disguised by placatory bromides like “diversity,” “tolerance,” and “inclusion.”

As recently as last week, Kamala Harris appeared to be on the cusp of picking Gov. Josh Shapiro (D-Pa.) as her running mate. Despite the progressive backlash against him and a slew of scandalous leaks, he was the runaway frontrunner in the betting odds as conventional wisdom held that Kamala needed a "moderate" swing state Democrat to help expand her path to 270 Electoral College votes. Shapiro's chances remained high even after he faced serious allegations by a fellow Democrat of covering up harassment in his office. The sexual harassment cover-up didn't take Shapiro out of contention, and neither did another cover-up — this one involving murder.
