Judge Aileen Cannon has dismissed the classified documents case against Donald Trump. In a ruling Monday, Cannon said the appointment of special counsel Jack Smith violated the Constitution. “In the end, it seems the Executive’s growing comfort in appointing ‘regulatory’ special counsels in the more recent era has followed an ad hoc pattern with little judicial scrutiny,” Cannon wrote.

Oh this is really gonna put the heat of the Obambi appointed activist in DC. How does she go forward with her predetermined verdict if there is a question about the constitution? And at least one Supreme Joke jester agrees Smith is unconstitutional which alerts all the Obambi/Biden/Clinton judges in DC that they will be watched very closely. It figures that CNN uses a totally STAGED photo to headline the story, those "Classified covers" were intentionally placed by the special counsels/FBI on stacks of other unmarked documents, then released to the Media, suggesting that the ones they make claims about were readily/easily/instantly recognizable as classified. keep in mind that at that time they also claimed they "Seized dozens of boxes of classified materials, Hundreds of documents, thousands of pages", though when looked at, nearly all were returned to Trump, or to the archives, only 31 pages were actually "Actionable". Several dozen spare "Classified" cover-sheets, without ANY documents attached were called "Evidence".

Not surprised. This judge was simply waiting for the Supremes to rule on immunity. Makes it much easier to inform the world that she thinks Smith is a partisan hack. This should also be the means to have the other Jack Smith brought case against Trump (Election interference) dismissed since Jack was illegally appointed.

Fani Willis Gets a New Court Date 7 replies

Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis has been handed a new court date in her election subversion case against former President Donald Trump. It was announced Tuesday that on December 5, a panel of three Republican-appointed Georgia appeals court judges would hear Trump's appeal seeking to disqualify Willis from the case due to her relationship with former prosecutor Nathan Wade. The change will pause the already delayed case until one month after this year's presidential election. If Trump wins the election, the case would almost certainly remain on hold until his next presidential term is over, if not be thrown out entirely. The appeal had previously been scheduled for October 4.

A federal judge rejected a more than century-old ban on home distilling as unconstitutional Wednesday. Judge Mark Pittman, a Trump appointee, found that a federal law making it a felony to distill spirits at home exceeded Congress’ power, holding that neither Congress’ tax power nor its ability to regulate interstate commerce justify the ban. Pittman permanently blocked the government from enforcing the ban, which threatens violators with up to $10,000 in fines or 5 years in prison, against the plaintiffs it found to have standing. “Indeed, the Constitution is written to prevent societal amnesia of the defined limits it places on this government of and by the people,” Pittman wrote.
