The tip of the Lawfare spear consists of a small group of former DOJ attorneys and Main Justice leftists who helped AG Eric Holder create the DOJ National Security Division (DOJ-NSD) when it was formed on behalf of President Obama.
Lawfare writ large, are a tribe of leftists who strategically weaponize the justice systems within the DOJ. They are also the main guides, strategists and legal analysts who previously used Robert Mueller and currently use Jack Smith.
The tribe is led by a trio of fellow travelers: Mary McCord, Norm Eisen and Andrew Weissmann.

How Obama/Holder DOJ weaponization sausage was made and continues... A very important article.
Washington DC created the modern national security apparatus immediately and hurriedly after 9/11/01. DHS came along in 2002 and within the Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act of 2004 the ODNI was formed. When Barack Obama and Eric Holder arrived a few years later, those newly formed institutions were viewed as opportunities to create a very specific national security apparatus that would focus almost exclusively against their political opposition.
And there is much more here. Read and share.

FTA - "The tribe is led by a trio of fellow travelers: Mary McCord, Norm Eisen and Andrew Weissmann. (snip)Mary McCord sits at the center of every attack approach deployed against President Trump."
These are the grifters of today. Somebody should make a modern-day spaghetti western with these characters as the star cast.
Read this entire article and then decide - how do we fix this problem. Re-electing biden the cheater or re-electing President Trump who would surely clean house of these parasites - this time. And until non-rino Republican President {fill in the blank} takes office in 2028.

While we're at it, can someone tell AOC that Congress can't impeach SC Justices because some of them make decisions contrary to her beliefs - such that they are.

This is wonderful. Key words in this ruling to REMEMBER.
FTA:
The 6-3 opinion held that the President is “a person alone who comprises a branch of government.” This is important to understand.
Remember this: The Executive Branch is the President.
ONE person is the Executive Branch and he can fire literally anyone he chooses at any time, without batting an eye. Frankly, from reading the article the DoJ-National Security Division needs to have all the personnel fired on day one, and the branch erased. It was only recently created, and has continuosly run amok in doing political lawfare against Americans, HARMING our security.

As the years go by, one never ceases to admire the handiwork of geniuses that created our Constitutional Republic with its intricately balanced structure. A legislature facing he people with 535 elected members. An Executive by necessity a concentration of power in one individual. A nine person judiciary unaffected by vagaries of transient public opinion but originating in a mutual agreement of the other two branches. Liberty created and preserved without once mentioning the word Democracy. A Republic if you can keep it Madam!

For those who are able to grasp intellectually how this Department of Justice--National Security Division has been operating, this Supreme Court decision on Presidential immunity is truly significant. It allows the POTUS to fire DOJ employees/appointees who are actively promoting lawfare against any sitting POTUS and against any and all private individuals who seek to run for office against the POTUS or his party. They do this solely in service of the objectives of the democrat party. This Supreme Court decision underlines and highlights how crucial it is that we nominate and preserve conservative, Constitution-respecting justices on the Supreme Court.
The Department of Justice-National Security Division is populated with extreme left-wing lawyers who, during a Republican presidential administration, work to impede the progress of the administration and, during a Democrat presidential administration, work to impede and bankrupt potential political rivals seeking to oppose or run for office against the Democrat presidential administration. They are the source of the lawfare cases against President Trump while he is now running against Biden. They are also the source of the "Russian Collusion" threats against President Trump when he held the Presidency. They are also the source of the hand-wringing arguments against President Trump's capacity to fire the treasonous James Comey as the Director of the FBI.
This is truly the stuff of a communist governmental organization. This governmental cancer was initiated after the September 11 attacks. It epitomizes Rahm Emanuel's rule: "You never want a serious crisis to go to waste. And what I mean by that is an opportunity to do things that you think you could not do before."
These people are the enemy. They are human demons seeking to destroy our freedoms and the American way of life. They are a cancer on our constitutional republic. And they are supported and paid by our taxes.

One of President Trump's first orders of business should be to move most of the federal agencies out of DC and to the rural flyover states. It makes sense for countless objective reasons. Land and construction costs are cheaper so new facilities can't be constructed from the proceeds of the sale of old DC facilities with money left over. Agencies like BLM should be located in the west where most of the land they are overseeing is located. Other agencies should be scattered among several different states in flyover country. It would make it far more difficult for any terrorist group or foreign enemy to take out the federal government with an attack.
The fact that most of the current deep state will quit rather than move is just an additional benefit.

We would recommend the 8 Week course on the Constitution by Dave Barton of Wall Builders and Rick Green. We learned our Founders were arguing at the beginning about what the Constitution should say until Ben Franklin suggested that they all should start their debate by praying. From then on our Founders started their session by praying for Divine help in crafting our founding documents, the greatest documents man has ever seen and used as a Nation. Our Constitution has lasted over 200 years more than any other nation's. For those of us who know our history, this is a testament to the Hand of God on our Constitutional Republic!

#18,
Hold the padding,
Any ol' cell will do for Weisman.
Scratch him a little bit and felonies will literally ooze out of his pores.
Wear gloves.
