U.S. health officials on Tuesday warned doctors to be alert for dengue cases as the tropical disease breaks international records. The virus, which is spread by mosquitoes, has been surging worldwide, helped by climate change. In barely six months, countries in the Americas have already broken calendar-year records for dengue cases. (Snip) Dengue remains less common in the continental United States, but in the 50 states so far this year there have been three times more cases than at the same point last year. Most were infections that travelers got abroad, but officials warn that local mosquitos are a growing

Comments:

They initially blame 'climate change' but then say most cases were caused by travelers from abroad. Sounds like another ''gift'' from the millions of migrants from abroad.

“About 1 in 4 dengue fevers are symptomatic, the CDC says. Symptoms, if they do occur, show up typically five to seven days after infection. People often feel fever, and other flu-like symptoms, such as nausea, vomiting, aches, rashes, joint and bone pain, and headaches. [SNIP] Small infants, pregnant people and the elderly are more vulnerable to severe complications.“ Wow, same playbook. I guess because so many people fell for it last time, they decided to try it again.

The second I read the words “pregnant people” I disregarded this article as BS designed to advance Marxism. I suspect the long term approach here is to manipulate people using fear and guilt as tools, as is usual with the globalist Communist crowd, but the dead giveaway of where the author’s allegiance lies is in the nonsense language and the disregard of facts in order to describe a problem in political terms.

FTA: has been surging worldwide, helped by climate change. [emphasis added] Objection. Stating alleged facts not in evidence. Every MSM and government publication includes these little climate change references just by rote in every article they can. There is rarely any further justification or discussion of this allegation because the articles are about something else, just like this one. It’s as predictable and about as accurate as “safe and effective” was three years ago.

It is occurring in the US, because cities and counties are broke, and are not spraying for mosquitoes, as they did in the past --- but they have given themselves 5% annual pay raises, that being their priority.

I smell the stench of Bill Gates.. again. Last year he was involved with the development of a mRNA "vaccine" for malaria and since 2020, he's been giving funds to a company called Oxitec to release billions of genetically modified mosquitos in Florida, California and Texas. Here comes the law of unintended consequences. Or in Gates' case intended consequences.

Members of Joe Biden’s family privately trashed his top campaign advisers at Camp David this weekend, blaming them for the president’s flop in Thursday’s debate and urging Biden to fire or demote people in his political high command. (Snip) Among the family’s complaints about the debate practice: that Biden was not prepared to pivot more to go on the attack; that he was bogged down too much on defending his record rather than outlining a vision for a second term; and that he was over-worked and not well-rested. The blame was cast widely on staffers, including: Anita Dunn, the senior

More questions about President Biden’s cognitive state are emerging as a new poll showed a jaw-dropping 72% of registered voters do not believe he is mentally fit for the job. While many Democrats were left flabbergasted and sent into a tailspin by Biden’s debate debacle last week, the 81-year-old president’s cognitive slips have been nothing new to his inner circle. White House aides have been meticulously working behind the scenes throughout his presidency to minimize his exposure to situations where his cognitive slip-ups could flare up in public and to adapt the day-to-day of the presidency to the needs of

NEW YORK — A sense of concern is growing inside the top ranks of the Democratic Party that leaders of Joe Biden’s campaign and the Democratic National Committee are not taking seriously enough the impact of the president’s troubling debate performance earlier in the week. (Snip) Multiple committee members on the call, most granted anonymity to talk about the private discussion, described feeling like they were being gaslighted — that they were being asked to ignore the dire nature of the party’s predicament. The call, they said, may have worsened a widespread sense of panic among elected officials, donors and

First lady Jill Biden drew backlash from conservatives on social media after President Joe Biden's presidential debate fiasco on Thursday evening, with one X, formerly Twitter, account calling her a "monster." During CNN's debate in Atlanta last night, Biden answered the moderators' questions with what his administration has currently accomplished and hopes to accomplish in another four years if he's reelected in November. Meanwhile, former President Donald Trump deflected many answers and had little to say about the exact policies he would enact as president. However, the biggest takeaway from the debate was the dismal job Biden did at answering

ATLANTA — Above all, Joe Biden’s allies wanted him to demonstrate strength and energy on the debate stage to help put to rest questions about the 81-year-old Democrat’s physical and mental acuity. But on the biggest stage in U.S. politics on Thursday night, Biden did not meet their modest expectations. And by the end of the 90-minute showdown, the Democratic president’s allies — party strategists and rank-and-file voters alike — descended into all-out panic following a debate performance punctuated by repeated stumbles, uncomfortable pauses, and a quiet speaking style that was often difficult to understand. Publicly and privately, Democrats questioned
