A tiny baby girl died after being left in the back of a hot car just two months after her adoptive parents took her home as a newborn.
Diana Sofia De Los Santos was found unresponsive in the SUV outside her parents' home in Santee, San Diego, about 12.20am on June 13.
She had been left in the car for several hours in 63F weather when a family member found her and called 911. The baby girl was rushed to hospital but did not survive.
San Diego County Sheriff's Office detectives are investigating how Diana was forgotten in the car and who left her there. No charges have been filed.

Tragic for anyone.
Especially tragic as DEI let the "gay" couple adopt and they let her DIE!

Left in the car - parked on the street - at that hour? Something's not right. Several hours in a car AFTER SUNSET in 60-degree temperatures does not
induce heat stroke.

How very sad. That poor poor baby. I cannot for the life of me understand how you can walk in your house and go hours without wondering where’s baby. I can sort of, tho not making excuses, see how someone might be distracted and pop into the grocery and forget, but in your house where you assume are baby things laying around? Inexcusable. There needs to be serious consequences.

The baby was discovered in the car not by either of the adopters, but by family members. What distracted them until the infant was gone? Why were they put in the front of the line to adopt? Who did that? Look at the Daily Mail comments. DM readers are looking at the sky and missing the sun. They don't want to be thought badly of. Don't say ....

Giving a child to perverts is absolutely child abuse. These vermin need to be prosecuted to the maximum extent of the law.

63F is low enough temp to kill an infant due to hypothermia. The surface to volume ratio of an infant is dramatically different than an adult, causing heat loss to the environment to be extremely more rapid than with 12 year old, and even more rapid than an adult.
Core temp of the infant would have dropped rapidly in an unheated car at 63F, leading to unrecoverable hypothermia.
Criminal child abuse.

It was 63 when she was found. It’s San Diego in the summer. The poor baby had been there “for hours”.

There is no excuse for this. A newborn constantly need to be checked on. They squirm and fuss and cry. I think they didn't want the responsibility. They need prison, for life.

What seems to be overlooked is the fact that this couple also has a son. Will he be cared for by someone else — at least until the facts in the baby’s become clear?

I'll bet $5 that they wouldn't 'forget' any of their dogs or cats in the car.

Sin, sin, and more sin.
The wages of sin is death. Tragically, it was a ripple effect in this case.
The child is in heaven.

The first mistake was giving a child to two freaks . The story plays them up as such nice educated and smart fellows so we can see where this trial is going. I wonder if a white heterosexual couple left a kid in their car until midnight, would they be written up as such a nice couple.

Aw c'mon folks they are new parents.......there is a learning curve you know. After all , the "parents' had a couple strikes against them being a couple of perverts.

So how's that pride month going ?

My opinion: more often than not a baby is just a prop for homosexual couples. "Oh, look at us, look at us, we are just like heterosexual couples," and that could not be further from the truth.

Isn’t interesting how we all have to dance around this situation? A two-month old baby that was birthed and raised by her mother would likely be breastfed. Any woman who has ever breastfed a baby knows it is not physically possible to forget the baby. This is why unnatural situations must be avoided for the good of the children. I understand that is considered culturally bigoted, but I stand by it.

NOT a "hot car", DM is wrong, as usual.
A COLD car. I'm sure that the cause of death was hypothermia.
